      Tractor supply in Vincennes ,In has wonderful employees who always go above and beyond to help me . Hannah specifically in Vincennes goes the extra mile . Thanks for your help Hannah

      I always had a high opinion of tractor supply until all the items I look for are advertised but then I get to the store only to be told they don’t carry it. It’s one thing to say we ran out but they said we don’t care it. False advertisement

      They sent me a a cracked 40gal Aux Gas tank and now they’re telling me the only way to get my money back is to send the product back which is against the law because it has gasoline still in it that’s not possible to pour out because how it’s setup. And I have already contacted ups and they said they will not even pick up the order if it has a strong smell of gas which it very much does. And I can’t bring it into a store because I don’t live near one and I have a small car that it won’t even fit into plus again it’s still pouring out gas and I can’t get it to stop. Your customer service has been zero help and I actually told me to leave it on the porch for ups telling them to not turn it on its side or it’ll leak gasoline like seriously? I have product a lot from tractor supply but I will be purchasing everything from somewhere else from this point on if I still can’t get a resolution for this.

      I can't believe that Tractor Supply doesn't honor veterans with a military discount. I will no longer shop there and will post this review where ever I can to expose this.

      Oct. 17 purchased 275gal water container told employer Sam I'm running home grab my truck be back, he handed me a duplicate receipt kept my original, I questioned it. As I'm walking out I told please don't let this go unless I am here, be back 45 min. Next thing I know someone goes up there n returns my container n got the money from it 499. Plus tax. So the employer let someone that didn't purchase it have my original receipt n got my cash. Called police they was no help. Tractor supply did adventually refund me the 500.

      I want to put no stars. I have been a loyal customer for 35 years. I ordered trays for cages at the advertised price of 16.49 on your sale. I placed the order 10/21. I am trying to get my cages completed.Its been over a month. I placed the order never got a cancelation email, no correspondence at all saying 1. I could not put the order of 9 trays through and have them shipped to the store of choice.
      2. A cancelation notice. I called Customer service ( which she was great ) and helped to place the order. Was still charged shipping but who cares. I. Want. The. Trays. I need them. So now, there is an email saying it's delayed and (I was charged for these), no updated on WHY the item is delayed . They are light plastic trays.What is the delay? If you do not have them, then WHY did you chrage me? This is false advertisement.
      Where I come from if you take my money and i get no product or service proviced ( or solution) then thats called stealing. If they dont resolve it, I will not go back and tell everyone I know and on social media, and online reviews why I won't go back! Funny how the person below my comment has had the same problem. Hmmm.....

      I have used tractor supply for a lot over the years but I think I will be using other online ordering services from now on ! I ordered a toolbox for my truck and it’s going on two weeks now and it’s not even shipped yet ! $1400.00 and 150-200 dollars of that is shipping . No one can tell me where it’s at or how long it will be . In my experience with EVERY other company I have ever done business with I have never had so many issues just trying to find out where my products are or how long it would take to get them ! Not to mention $150-$200 shipping was to have a product that tractor supply sells , shipped to their store ! All in all I wish I had went else where and still might do that at the end of this work week . 1 star rating only because 1/2 a star isn’t an option. Highly disappointed mainly for the simple fact I was told in store that it would only take a week to Receive and here we are going on 2 weeks and my product has not even been processed or shipped !

      Absolutely the worst customer service in store. I shop at the Bay St Louis MS store regularly but that ends today. They are not nice people there and I have put up with it long enough. Most of the women in there are some of the rudest my husband and I have ever encountered. Today was the last straw. I was in store struggling for at least an hour and a half. The manager was there and not once approached me and asked if he could do anything. I promise he heard there was a problem. And Tiffany who claims to have worked there for 3 years also said she’s never heard of tractorsupplyrx!!!
      My money works other places!
      Also they have NOTHING for Veterans! No discount No respect!!!

      Awful Just Awful!!!!! I have placed two orders online, I paid for same-day delivery, was told they don't have a driver on the weekend, and didn't get the order until two days later. Two weeks later, I placed another order on Sunday at 2:04 p.m., I used a perk of same-day delivery, understanding that it would not be delivered until Monday. Here it is Monday, I have not heard anything from anyone, I am waiting for my delivery. I go online to check the status and it says processing so I call the store, the guy on the phone says oh it was transferred to another store but he can't tell me what store so I have to call customer service. I called customer service only to find out that my order was on backorder. I am upset because no one notified me of anything and now I am in a bind to find chicken food quickly. Tractor Supply has lost me as a customer permanently just because of the lack of communication.

      This store is terrible for customer service and following store/state policies. They refuse to honor prices that are posted on items. They break state laws and think calling the law to have you "banned" will just make the issue go away. This Bristol, VA Tractor Supply store needs to be shown that you can not just call the police and make your employee mistakes go away. Learn to follow the law and store policies!!
