Tried to order water softener salt which they said could be delivered to my local store. Not true. False advertising. Never again. Wasted 2 hours on these losers.Tractor Supply Company, Inc.

We're so sorry that you were told salt pellets sku ******* was able to be shipped to your local store when it can't due to it being out of stock at our warehouse. We've looked into this item further and it's currently only available to be purchased at a store or purchased and paid-for online and then picked up at a store in which it is currently located. This means items with this type of availability are not able to be purchased online and shipped to a location other than a store in which they are located.

1 starWas accused of stealing by owner / manager Timothy at brownsville tn location then when I tried to defend myself , well I was a liar ..then when I was right ..manager said it was a misunderstanding ..but did not want to resolve said issue..then I called corp was told there is nothing they can do ..but if the problem is management who do you talk to ..no one that's who..they condone the actions of the owner Timothy..who defamated my charcter in the store in front of witteness and God..and not one person gives a care or concern ..horriable business practice. 1 starTractor Supply Co. refuses to swap a 4 month old compressor out because I bought the 2 year extended warranty. So now my shop will be shut down making no money until they find a service provider to come look at the compressor and take it in for repairs. If I hadn’t purchased the warranty they would have done a store swap out. On top of I was told Friday “yes we have 3 here at the Mims location, just bring it by and we will swap it out” I showed up this morning and the refused to do so. What a terrible corporate business and even worse customer service. I will no longer do any business with them, and I suggest you be cautious of your purchases with them.Review fromMegan B

1 starWorst case of Profiling and discrimination I've ever seen...I walked into the local Tractor Supply this morning with a backpack on because you know, having to pay for bags now it seems to be smarter and more cost efficient. As I was browsing I noticed and employee blatantly following me so I decided to see if I was just imagining it or not so I walked back and forth between two different aisles a few times and absolutely was being followed so I pulled out my phone and recorded..finally she asked if I needed help after she knew I knew what she was doing. I said no I'm just looking and then I was told I had to leave. I asked why and she said obviously I was up to something because I had a backpack on...there's absolutely no signage up saying customers can't wear a backpack in store. My real problem is the way this company and especially this store in Bennington Vermont treats customers like criminals and thieves just because of what they are wearing or for having a backpack when people are encouraged in this day and age TO BRING THEIR OWN BAGS!! I will not let this go this time and I have filed a customer complaint directly with TSC but have absolutely no faith I'll get a response or anything will change going through them. It's a constitutional right that no one is to be accused of a crime without substantial evidence or to be treated as less than simply because of looks, beliefs and the like. 1 starWhat happened—-. We went to the Cabot AR. Location. And were interested in the ******* 3100 psi pressure washer. It shows it online at this location for around 250. When we got to the store there was one there but none of the accessories were with it. We got a store manager red headed guy with a red beard probably in his 30s. And we were told by him the reason it was reduced is because it did not come with attachments. I tried to show him online where it says it comes with all accessories for 250. He wasn’t interested in looking . He basically shrugged his shoulders and walked off.we never argued whatsoever. I told my wife if he isn’t willing to stand behind the advertisement there’s nothing we can do. He said nothing . As he walked off we are about to walk out of the store. Actually I had just went thru your doors when He says it’s not my problem. So immediately i turned around and he’s staring at me so I told him to * ***. I’ve never seen anyone in costumer service tell a customer it’s not my problem. After this me and my wife walked out of the store and he yells at me and say don’t ever come back to this store or he will beat my ***. Then he slaps his chest and says come on. Like he wants me to come fight him.
Update 1- I wrote a review on the Cabot Tractor Supply, ******** page .I also sent a message to the Main Tractor Supply page on ********, and they told me that a district manager would be getting in touch with me, but that has never happened.
I even sent an email to the corporate office
Update April 27th 2023 - the district manager calls me and we discuss this and ask me what I want out of this? I told her I was a superintendent and if one of my people did this they would be terminated. I told her if it wasn’t resolved I would not spend another dime in tsc. She then proceeded to let me know tsc doesn’t allow threats so I told her this wasn’t a threat it was a promise. I will not use tsc. Lesson learned.Review fromSCOTT D

1 starI bought a lawn tractor online on Tuesday, April 25th and selected their "same day delivery" option. It is now 8AM EST on Saturday, April 29th and I still do not have the tractor.
On Wednesday, April 26th, I received a text from Tractor Supply at 8:37PM EST saying that my order was picked up by a company called "Roadie" and was out for delivery. At 9:23PM EST, I received another text from Tractor Supply saying that the delivery could not be made and my order was being returned. First off, who delivers a lawn tractor at 9:23PM? Second, nobody ever came to my house to attempt to deliver this tractor so how/why was it decided that my order could not be delivered? To make things even more confusing, I received an email from Tractor Supply at 10:06PM EST saying that my order was delivered. This was 40min after I received a texted saying that the order could not be delivered.
The next morning I called Tractor Supply's Customer Solutions department and they were less than helpful. The person I spoke to (won't mention name) told me that they have a lot of problems with this "Roadie" company.....THEN DON'T USE THEM!!!!!!!!
The Customer Solutions person opened a claim and promised to get back to me later that day. I waiting until 5PM EST for a response, but did not hear from anyone so I called them and spoke to a different person (again, I will not mention name). I repeated the situation to this person and after being on hold for almost 20min, they acknowledged the error, apologized and promised me that my tractor would be delivered on Friday, April 28th. They credited the delivery charge to compensate for the delay which was appreciated but now as I mentioned at the beginning of this review, it is now Saturday and I still do not have tractor I bought 4 days ago that they "PROMISED" would be delivered on Friday.
I will be cancelling this order later this morning and will NEVER USE or REFER ANYONE to Tractor Supply...EVER.

1 stari will never shop at this company again. I used to spend a lot of money there but there was a ****** cordless grinder model xag25z and there was 2 depending price tags saying it cost $89 but when I went to purchase it it rang up for twice as much. Rather than admitting they were wrong they tried to ** me saying it was a different tool. I will never shop her again and any chance I get to tell people not to go there I will. That's very bad business. I bet they don't change the tags either. I'm gonna get a picture tomorrow to prove it.
