      Tractor Supply mails Live chickens through the ****** ****** ****** ******* (****). They do not mail the correct way for you to get your chickens alive. Chicken must be delivered within 72 hours. Tractor supply sends chickens with no guarantee of 72-hour delivery. My chickens were delivered in 96 hours all dead. Use another company to get your BABY chickens. They should be investigated for abuse.

      We have been shopping the Covington , Tn store for years. I have to say lately is the cleanest we have seen and have the friendliest workers. Keep up the great service.

      I was not treated as a customershould be. I have owned an operated my company for 30 years, and if I treated my clients as I was I would be broke. The days of the customer be valued are gone in today's society. I hope that the man that waited on me is happy because he has damaged our relationship possibly for good. I know I am not important but I am human.

      They charged me and they didn't ship. I asked for a refund and they said to wait 3-5 days but it's been 2 months now and they still ignore my email. No refund.

      In November I started having issues with my rewards. I have been to the store and had to stand there for an hour. Why they call customer service and then customer service tells them that I have to call them. I called customer service at home. They tell me I have to go to the store and it’s their problem. I go to the store and they tell me no it’s customer service problems. In the meantime I don’t get any rewards because my number won’t work anymore. The lady at the store redid my whole account. It worked two times I believe then it doesn’t work again I’ve been told my account was merged and for some reason I can’t seem to fix it. I’m very disappointed time to go somewhere else. Customer service stinks because no one to help me get this straight.

      ***** * I ordered a Big water cooler from our local store in Bartlesville OK i was very impressed with all the employees there they were very polite and helpfull. I had to order the fan and offered to make a deposit on it. It was over a month before it came in and the hottest time of the year and 3 weeks before it came in I found one at **** ***** for about half price of the one I ordered from tractor supply. I tried to cancel my order with TS and they said they couldn"t I had to wait until it came in and then return it. So it finally arrived and i just unloaded off the transport into my pickup and took it straight back to them. About 2 months later I received a check from them and deposited it in my account thinking they just returned my deposit. another month later I had a debit on my account without ever contacting me for the same amount as the check ( they had my debit card number on file) it gets worse yet !! when I ordered the fan they said I had to apply for a Tractor Supply credit card and they gave me one with a 2 thousand-dollar limit. Since I didn't take the fan I never used it. About a month ago I received a letter from them wanting to know if I wanted to raise my limit I looked on down and it was maxed out. it looked like someone had hacked into their system and from what i could tell had made orders online and maxed out my card. I had shredded my card after I returned the fan. As i said the personnel in the store were very impressive but they have big problems in corporate headquarters!! I received a letter today and they offered to let me make reduced payments on my account until they figured it out. If you do bussiness with them do it in CASH!!

      Tractor Supply's brand of chicken feed, Producer's Pride 16% Layer Feed Mini Pellets, contains about TWICE the amount of the poisonous weed killer GLYPHOSATE, than any other brand tested.

      The next highest brand was Purina Layena Layer Crumbles. But the Tractor Supply brand had twice the level. Tractor Supply is poisoning chickens and no telling how many other animals intentionally.

      Do not support tractor supply. Switch your chicken feed to local feed only and watch how much more eggs your chicken produce. Never buy anything from tractor supply again.

      Wish you could give the elm Grove store no stars, I have never met such rude employees and manager and inexperienced on what there selling this is why I go to a local feed store more knowledgeable and friendly

      The Del Rio store has a near incompetent gentleman,( not any of the females as they are excellent), that misses work on ordering day so feed ect... isn't ordered leaving a nearly 2 week gap in supplies to customers.Many loyal patrons are dismayed by this gentleman's immaturity and only continue shopping there because of all the wonderful workers that keep us coming back.Please have corporate fire him.

      Made an in store purchase of horse feed. Employee acted like it was a bother. I hadn’t gotten the proper large cart. There were 3 50 pound bags on the shelf and I asked for 3 more. She reluctantly brought them out on a large cart they use for stocking and added to the 3. That’s 300 pounds. I wrangled the cart to the front check out. Clerk took my payment then left the area. No one asked if I needed assistance loading. I am 71 years old but dragged the unwieldy cart to my vehicle and loaded 3 bags then a customer helped me load the rest. I have purchased at other TSC stores and had assistance but this one didn’t care. Never again.
