      I made an order for an item online and paid, . I was waiting for the email to notify me when the item will be available for pick up, and instead received an email notifying me that they had canceled my order due to a shortage in supplies. I called Customer Solutions to discuss this cancellation, and after over an hour on hold, and another hour of bargaining, I was told that they couldn’t do anything to help. Instead they offered to create a new order for the same item but with a new price, that is more than double what I had originally paid. These are unethical bait-and-switch tactics. I will not be returning.

      We are so sorry to hear your order was cancelled. Unfortunately, the store you placed your order with did not have this product in stock like the system inventory showed. We are constantly working to keep our stores inventory as up to date and accurate as possible in the system. The product you ordered is a clearance item and is out of stock at all of our Distribution Centers, so we do not have a way to get this item for you. We hope you will accept our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

      I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with recent experiences at Tractor Supply stores. Despite purchasing a chainsaw twice from different locations, I have been consistently met with the frustrating news that the product is "unexpectedly unavailable."
      I have diligently searched multiple Tractor Supply stores in both North Carolina and Ohio, only to find that the chainsaw I seek is out of stock. Even a store in Lancaster, Ohio, which claimed to have three units available, confirmed that they were unable to fulfill my order.
      This lack of product availability and inconsistent information is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on Tractor Supply’s business practices. I believe this issue is widespread, affecting customers in multiple states.

      I'd give less than one star if I could. Bought the largest bag of rabbit feed they had and opened it to feed my rabbits and its mostly sand, hardly any pellets at all. Called to try to exchange or see what I could do and they said they don't do food returns and hung up. So I'm stuck with a big bag of rabbit feed I can't use and lost 40 dollars because they can't take care of customers. Not the first run in with the one in Corinth, MS. Will NOT be shopping with Tractor Supply again.

      Ordered 2 items online. They “shipped” the next morning. 3 days later I get an email that my order is delayed and “they’re sorry”. My order is just sitting in New York waiting to be picked up by *****. The customer service number they provided does not connect, you get an error message. I was unable to find another way to contact tractor supply. I will NOT do business with them ever again!

      On 10/29/2024 I made a purchase in the amount of $2,164.99 online. Picked up the item on 10/30/2024. That same day I was charged for the item again. It is now 11/4/2024 and Tractor Supply still has not refunded my money. A huge error on their part and yet they are still holding my funds. This is not just a small $100 transaction this is over $2,000. Absolutely no remorse from this company at all. I know $2,164.99 is not a lot of money to this corporation or to most but for me it was all the funds in my account. They over drafted my account which lead to no money to feed my family but of course none of that matters to them.

      I am very disappointed in Tractor Supply credit services. I called and spoke to Jonel on 08/13/2024 re: a balance due which included late fees. Prior to this, I already called and CLOSED my account. Anyway, I agreed with Jonel to pay the balance of $66.00 due. She also indicated that this was due by 09/10/2024. I mailed the $66 check on 08/16/2024 to the address and confirmed with her the address which was the P.O. BOX 6403 Sioux Falls, SD 57117-8403. Now I don't have any control over what the USPS office processing but assumed they should have received the payment by 09/10/2024. Anyway, Tractor Supply continues to charge me late fees since and have still billed me for $6.00 late fees as of receipt of statement today, 10/21/2024. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I had Business Law class in college and they taught me that when you agree to pay the balance due ($66 in this case), that NO additional late fees should be charged. That is not the case here. I am getting tired of receiving statements with late fees. I also wrote their SVP and Divisional President but have not heard back.

      Had an bad experience at Tactor Supply in Boiling Springs SC with the Manager of the store, sent my teenage son and his friend both off color to return an item within the 30 days the week of the hurricane and was told the computer was down and they could return after the 30 days since there was an issue with the store system when they went back while the cashier was helping try and return the item store manager walked up saying they couldn’t return it so he called me to come, I ask could I return it with a drivers license and he say no you can’t since you are not a member and don’t have a phone number on file so then I reach out to customer service and the lady say you are not required to have a phone number and that we don’t pressure people to be a member after waiting for a call from the district manager I reached out again and they was able to l Iocate my receipt the district manager returned my call and was very friendly and said the store could of searched it but the store manager was so rude and told me there was no way he could process my return so I asked for corporate number and he gave me the number and told me I could call them very bad experience for a New store in our community.

      Purchased a Pellet Pro PP130 from Tractor Supply
      Stove does not stay running
      I've owned pellet stoves for over 20 years. Never had issues. Bought in August and have been trying to get it to run. Stove is junk. 30 day return policy what a joke. All done buying from them.

      My husband has applied for credit cards multiple times to get the promotions that are frequently advertised. It is a huge hassle every single time and he almost never ends up getting the promotional credit. It's false advertising. He spends hours on the phone and in the store trying to fix TSC'S mistakes and deals with one manager to the next, to no avail. Horrible customer service and false advertising. I even opened a card myself to get a promotion and ordered ***** water bottles online. I got there to get my order and they gave me generic water bottles. I told the associate I ordered ***** water bottles. I was told that the generic is all they carry and they know the website says *****, but that's not what they have. Won't buy here again.

      We have done business with them since 2020 when we started rescuing cats in our neighborhood. We also feed birds in the early mornings. For at least the past 6 months or so our 50lb bags of ********* ***** Cracke CORN were SPOILING NOT EVEN 1/2 way through the month! Never had this problem so we just figured it was how we were storing it so we started different methods. We paid 25.00 for a metal trash can to store them in. Our cats inside kept getting sick, outside cats stopped eating.Just 3 days ago we noticed MOLD GROWING ON THE 44LB OF THEIR MULTI CAT FOOD!! LET it be known on record that the workers at my local BRANCH WERE AMAZING! PALETTES OF THIS WERE SPOILING!! After the 6th bag or so we thought we were in the clear. Our CATS FLAT OUT REFUSED TO EAT IT AT ALL! WITH a LITTLE SELF RESEARCH, THEY ARE BOTH MADE WITH CORN FROM SAME ****** COMPANY!! The GREAT GMO CORNHOLIEO RABBIT HOLE UNLOCKED!! PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO YOUR PRODUCTS!! THEY HAVE GMO'D THE CORN SOO MUCH IT HAS BEEN COMPLETELY DEPLETED OF ITS NECESSARY NUTRIENTS NOT ONLY TO PROVIDE ANIMALS WITH PROPER NUTRITION, IT HAS NO SHELF LIFE! Further more all those who have taken CoVId injections.. yeah you have been injected with moldy gmo corn????
