      Tractor Supply puts out their big sale ads but does not really provide the inventory. If it is a good sale price the only options is always 1 item available in a different city. It is a simple scam to get you in the store. Their customer service is pathetic.

      Well I guess this revied wont do much good sense the review rating is 1.39 out of five But here goes can anyone tell me why the Paris Tn store is so rude when you ask them to do a price match with another one of their stores ? this is the second time they treated me like a criminal when I ask for them to match a price of another one of their stores today 09/24/2034 I forgot my phone and asked for a price match and the the girl said oh well so I put it back on the shelf I had two choices to pay the higher price or drive home 16 miles and get my phone any time I have had this problem at another tractor supply store they just kindly look it up Why is it so different at the Paris store is it new management or something else if it helps any I was in the store this morning at 9,16 this store didnt used to be this way

      I purchase extended warranty for my gun safe and the keypad went bad I filed a claim and they offered me $19.99 for $100 part that I would have to purchase to repair it

      I got a credit card at Tractor Supply. I spend large sums of money there using other forms of credit so I don’t need their card.
      I was convinced to get one when I was at the store.
      My wife and I went out of town and we forgot the first payment was due.
      My balance was $ 194.35 so we went in to our local store and paid the entire balance.
      I am still receiving emails and phone calls two days later demanding payment. I was a whopping 3 business days late. I spent an hour on the phone tiday and finally thy admit that payment was made.i will not do business with Tractor Supply or their credit service “ **** ****” again.

      Tractor Supply online is extremely unsatisfactory. Each time I have ordered they send a "Shipped" email when indeed the item hasn't shipped. It takes days or weeks for the item to actually ship and then usually ends up at the wrong location.
      I have decided to not shop online or in store with ANY Tractor Supply.
      They can do better, they just don't want to.

      Go to pick up an online order and they will tell you it's going to be awhile the manager is busy filling propane when he's done he will sign it out for you. When you explain you're on a time crunch due to father being on hospice and you need the part for your lawnmower it doesn't matter propane in more important. Asked for a refund so I could go to ****** or ***** **** and get the part I need they give me in-store credit. No I need that money to get the part for my lawn mower not in store credit. Then when you call corporate you get shoved from one person to another because they don't know what they'd doing or just don't care. Maybe 61.09 isn't alot to some people but it's a **** of alot to me and I need that to buy the part I need. So I will be sending the fines I get for my grass not being mowed to TSC they can pay them.

      Password reset is not possible with a phone number listed on multiple accounts, my current number is an "old Number" on another profile so anytime my password is lost they must completely re create my account to allow access. This as taken up 6 hours of phone all time, while forcing me to try to reset it a hundred times when the issue is on their end. Forcing me to try new all sorts of solutions and waste time, without being able to do anything on their end.
      Website lists free shipping on items with preferred plus neighbors club, when this free shipping is never applied. This is extremely confusing and contradicting. Finally go to call them and they want a screenshot because they cannot see the standard delivery option on their end. Trying to make me do more work and take up more of my time. Subscription items have varying pricing when they should be identical. Why is my subscription order going up and down including taxes and excluding them week by week.
      How in the world can you trust this company. Absolutely ridiculous.

      I purchased a ****** welder for $2,900.00 and even purchased extended warranty on it. A year later it breaks down and all I have been given is the run around.
      The place the tell to take it to get it fix says they will not take in the machine to call *******, and ******* gives me the run around as well.
      I've tried contacting coorporate for both Tractor Supply and ******* but no luck. I dont know what do at this point.

      I purchased a Big *** fan swamp cooler from Tractor Supply inn Giddings, Texas on 07/24/2024. The price was reduced, the tag said “ … been in for too long…’ . When I asked if it worked, I was told “ I am sure it does.” by the clerk.” There was no disclaimer “ As is!” on the reduced tag. I purchased it in blind faith. After having an electrician install a plug and buying a ladder to plug in the fan this last week, I discovered when plugging it in it was not a piece of working equipment. After calling to speak to a manager on duty, I was told it was not returnable because it was marked down as an “As Is” purchase and was not returnable. This was a shock to me that they’d not identified the true condition of their product since the reason on the tag simply said “…the age of the product… in store room ‘… for too long.”
      I regret this lost purchase! All customers should BEWARE of their purchases with this company’s dodgy practices with Anything Reduced! There’s absolutely no guarantees for anything once they get your money!!!

      Awful customer service. The manager Anna, rude, doesn't like to help with questions or load outs. She screams when you disagree with her answer if she decides to help as walking away from you talking. She threw a 50lb bag of Beet Pulp pellets on my hand, causing a hematoma and still has not been required to apologize even after supposedly, HQ followed up on my complaint. As above, she is still the manager. The cashiers snap at one another while you are in their presence, the other team members do not have time to assist. They make it known, so don't bother. I dread it when I have to go into this store. If time permits, I drive to Mooresville or Lexington, they know how to very well treat a customer.
