      I drove 30 minutes to this store to use the self serve dog wash. I got there on a Sunday morning only to find the whole dog wash area dirty and unsanitary with hair everywhere including the tubs and blow dry area. When I reported it to the staff, I was told they didn't know how long it would take to get someone to clean it up. There were 3 people standing around at the cashier area. I had already paid my money (after standing in a line) and had 2 pets with me. They told me that the person who closed the store the night before was supposed to have cleaned it. It should be cleaned AFTER EVERY SINGLE USE, not just the end of the day. I will be notifying the health department about this. Please don't bathe your dog in a public place that doesn't clean and sanitize after other pets have used. Your pet could pick up something bad and get sick and bring more funk and germs into your home!!! I am VERY disappointed in Tractor Supply Company for not having a system in place that cleans and sanitizes after every use. You could easily bring a fungus into your home and your pet could get a fungus that is costly and takes months to get rid of. Be careful of this establishment and others like this one.

      Tractor Supply Fuquay-Varina NC Review - Won't darken Tractor Supply doors again. Saw online that Fuquay-Varina NC store had a riding mower in stock we were interested in. Phoned the store to be sure. Manager John said it was there, and they had a 36-month 0% purchase plan if we took out a Tractor Supply credit card. The next day I went online to save time and fill out the credit form in advance, and it stated that 36-month credit plans had a 3.99% APR. Phoned the store to confirm 36 months for 0% with John, who wasn't in, but was told by phone that "I think that special ended." One day prior, without John telling us? Oh well. That evening we went in person to the store to see the mower and apply for the card using their advertised 1-year 0% plan. Mower had obviously been sitting outside for quite a long time accumulating dust and dirt, and some silver electronic components were actually pitted a bit. We asked if a discount could be given because of this, and Brandon advised us that they definitely gave discounts for that reason, but we'd have to talk with a manager the next day to negotiate the amount. Went out of town for a couple of days, then took off early from work to personally visit the store, negotiate a discount for the mower, apply for the credit and arrange our pickup. Was advised via clerk at front desk calling John that no discounts of that type were to be given. So wasted significant time, were given conflicting statements, and never got what we wanted.

      **Tractor Supply Review: A Disastrous Lawn Mower Purchase and Abysmal Customer Service**
      I recently purchased a lawn mower from Tractor Supply, and I have never experienced such frustration and disappointment with a product or a company. Despite being less than six months old, the lawn mower has broken down several times. This would be bad enough on its own, but the real nightmare began when I tried to get it repaired.
      First off, I specifically bought an extended warranty to avoid exactly this kind of situation. However, getting anyone at Tractor Supply to honor this warranty has proven impossible. Every time I call, I'm transferred from one department to another, with no one taking responsibility for actually helping me. The customer service representatives are either completely clueless or deliberately unhelpful.
      My questions to Tractor Supply are numerous and pointed:
      1. **Why sell extended warranties if you have no intention of honoring them?** This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic.
      2. **Why is your customer service so incompetent?** It’s as if your representatives are trained to be as unhelpful as possible.
      3. **Why is it so difficult to get a straightforward answer or action on a repair request?** I'm constantly given the runaround.
      4. **What happened to the quality of your products?** A lawn mower breaking multiple times in less than six months is unacceptable.
      5. **Why is there no accountability within your company?** No one takes ownership of the problem, leaving customers in the lurch.
      The entire experience has been infuriating. I am now stuck with a broken lawn mower and no idea if it will ever be repaired or replaced. Tractor Supply has lost a customer for life, and I will be warning everyone I know to steer clear of this company.
      **Avoid Tractor Supply at all costs.** Their products are unreliable, their warranties are worthless, and their customer service is abysmal.

      My husband had a stroke is in the hospital decided to get away for a sec. Went it to look around. We went to the clearance wall they had 2 rows of small bags of chicken food both sign in front did 1.99 I said wow let’s get it. Walked up to pay and they sent manager back. He took both signs off and said no and I’m not honoring it. And was rolling the stickers he pulled off in his hand. We buy from tractor supply all the time. We have a ranch full of animals. I will not return to the alliance Ohio tractor supply.

      Terrible customer service. Avoid the Homosassa fl store. Left ***** as a pro buyer to Tractor Supply. Terrible move mistake. Returning to **** ****** *****

      On 10 July, 2024 at 8:00PM, I was discriminated against by two, female store managers, Angie F*** and Sandra M******, after loading my truck with the pallets they leave available for the public.
      During an altercation with Angie F***, approaches me as I'm loading my truck with the pallets the leave for us behind the store, after a few words, began hurling pallets at me and using racial slurs. "I'm so glad it's because you're black", and something else. So I informed her i would like to speak to the manager to file a complaint, and at that time, she notified me she was the manager.
      I proceeded to park my truck and went inside the store to seek a resolution, where Angie proceeded to ignore me, telling me she is calling the cops for assault. She then told me to speak to Sandra M******, the Store Manager.
      It was during this time Sandra began to harass me for wanting to file a discrimination complaint, and would not inform me of how to do so.
      She then began to humiliate me infront of several customers, berating me about my complaint, attempting to gaslight my issues. Mentioning it was because, "I was black", and "You're a disable veteran" (in exaggeration).
      After this, she began yelling for me to leave the store or she'll call the police for wanting to file to complain. i then asked what I should do with the 18 pallets in my truck, she proceeds to tell me, "Take them", I then ask her to please repeat what she said, she again says, "Take them, sweetie."
      I have been moving these pallets for several years and have never had any issues. I recently picked up several pallets earlier that day as well without any issues. I have tons of pallets specifically from Tractor Supply because they allow us to take them,
      I was humiliated, discriminated against, and am too embarrassed, mentally distraught, and afraid to return to this store. The ONLY store I purchase my 4 Doberman's dog food, and the only store is 45 minutes away.

      The only reason I am providing one star is because Bull did TRY to assist! Do not i repeat do-not take your fur baby here for the wash station! I hate I didn’t take pics, it was filthy!!!!! The dog brushes were rusted, wash stations nasty with pet hair, and no clean towels were provided. When I asked the manager ELI for assistance , he stated to me that the dog wash station was not a priority for the store. CORPORATE needs to pay this store a visit asap!

      Employee messed up not listening that I was returning a product already had online replace. Put in a credit showed him email from corporate calls manager who tells him he messed it up he can fix. Then says can’t fix and charged me again. Charge went through still see no credit. They charged me twice. Crooks and no help from customer service.

      Rude and very disrespectful employee especially the manager. We spend thousands of dollars there every year and you would think that they would maybe have a smile on their face. But they look beaten down.
      There 5% rewards is a joke you have to wait weeks before receiving them and then who knows if they are correct.

      My husband and I went to bathe one of our German Shepherd dogs today and upon getting in the pet bathing area it was dirty as always. My husband went up front to tell the gentlemen about it and he came back there acting all tough and smarted off to my husband and charged at him.Well the blonde headed cashier with the house arrest anklet monitor on was already offended from the start when she asked me if she could pet her and I told her I would rather her not and she was instantly offended. So when she walked by me by the bathing area she stated to me that she was going to get us kicked out and she was going to get her manager .. I said okay go get Jennifer I will talk to her.. Jennifer never came out except to tell me that after today we were no longer welcome back and she said Good after we stated we would take our business elsewhere... The police were called to assist in this system which i have no idea why because no punches or anything but words were exchanged after the OTHER customer charged at us and we were just defending ourselves.
