      I purchased a lawn mowing on May 3, 2024, from TSC website, the TSC website shows the shipping while 2 days. but till May 9, 2024, I not only did not receive my order, but also not get any information from their company. I called the company customer service, the customer service representative told me the delivery information from website all mistake, the shipping will keep be delay more one week until May 15, 2024, but I don't know if I can get my order, from the company order is a terrible experience, I don't suggest the TSC online purchase.

      Tractor Supply in Royce City, Texas has the worse service ever only to be supported by a manager that has no idea what customer service is. We purchased a chicken coup on a Saturday evening at 8pm. We were informed they would help us load it. We were informed they had one customer in front of us. 30 minutes later we went inside and there were 3 employees standing around. We asked about help and were told there were now 3 customers in front of us and they would not provide us the coup that day. Once we complained about the situation, they threw a fit and were very unprofessional. They had us drive to the back of the store and loaded it with severe attitude. I called customer service that evening and was informed that providing customer service by loading a truck at tractor supply was against their policy.....tractor supply in Texas where they sell large items and have loading bays....really. I asked for a manger to call me and still today have not received any calls. Up until this point, I provided tractor supply a continuous revenue of $1000 per month, needless to say, clearly they have no care in the word about customers or the amount of money they gain through good customer service.

      I went to one of there stores and was told they match prices went to the one in popular bluff mo and the refused to follow the match price and kept coming up with reasons why they won't when they are supposed to

      Just got a notice that Tractor supply increased their credit card APR to 34.24%! Are they outta their minds or have they just decided to go into the loan shark business? ! Won't be using my TSC credit card any longer even though I have a very low balance and usually pay off in 30 days. Also chicken feed went from 11.47 a bag to 14.99 within the year so far. And when theyre out of stock on that they only have the ***** brand which is 17.99 a bag! crazy I think Ill be getting rid of my chickens along with everyone else. Not worth it to have chickens at that price.

      Hollister Missouri location won't stand behind their battery warranties. If I can't trust them with small purchases then I won't trust them with larger ones either.

      I bought a *** ***** zero turn last June of 2023. Paid $3800 on payments. Start having a hard time starting when, to the point it would drain the battery. Tractor Supply doesn’t cover the problem, unless you purchase extended warranty. But *** ***** has 3 year warranty. Took the mower to the warranty station, right across the street from the Tractor Supply, where I purchased it. 2 months later, still haven’t got my mower fixed and Tractor Supply basically told me too bad

      I rarely leave a negative review, because I love leaving great reviews. It makes me feel better to help good companies. But this company is a rip-off. I've had two orders for ****** Bull Gates in the last 3 months and when they finally arrived (after weeks) were NOT Bull Gates. They were also heavily damaged with dents and warpage through shipment.
      What I received were just ordinary farm gates that they substituted and charged me the full amount for Bull Gates. I talked to my customer of the first order into taking them, but this last order was done the same way and I will not downgrade his gate system. I have purchased a lot of these in the past and I do know the difference. I don't think tractor supply knows the difference or maybe they just don't care.
      I spoke with the fine folks at our local Tractor Supply and they were not surprised. They said this is normal for Tractor Supply. They were very nice and understanding and said it was out of their hands, however they recommended I not take possession of the gate. They were very accustomed to these kinds of problems. They also ask me to send in as many negative reviews as I had time for about Tractor Supply.
      So, I guess I have learned my lesson as I will always order from the local feed and farm. They know the difference in the gates and they won't rip me off.
      I also noticed none of the reviews below were not addressed by Tractor Supply. I'm thinking they do not care how their customers are treated.

      DO NOT buy a trailer from TSC unless you want to be stuck with a trailer that you cannot register. Recently bought a trailer from the Southamtopn NJ location and basically cannot get it registered in PA. After four days of getting the run around on how to proceed, I have decided to make a return. Have to drive an hour south to make the return (which I was told I could return to any location, this is not true due to the NJ title). Then drive another two hours north to a PA location store. And on top of it, it was purchased on a sale price. Being told that maybe they'll honor the sale price for the new trailer that I purchase in PA. Plan is to make a return to the NJ store for full credit and purchase my trailer from another store completely. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money. Purchase your trailer from any other dealer other than TSC. If I could upload this review with zero stars, I would've.

      I have bought horse feed and deer corn and both were mold its all the time at the moore tractor supply mold kills animals if they eat it.

      Bought a lawnmower from Tractor Supply. Needed service less than a year. Drove to Tractor Supply, unloaded the lawnmower and brought it in. Tractor Supply- Oh we don't service the lawnmowers we sell , we just supply replacement parts.
