      They sent the wrong style item. Ordered a double security door it came with damage settled with a small credit but still had to call again since they still had a replacement arriving they never canceled. That supervisor I spoke to should have canceled the replacement and did not. Was left on hold a long time to get it all corrected. So many errors not purchasing through them again

      On behalf of myself and the many online users who are being spammed by the Tractor Supply Company daily, I file this complaint.
      For months I have been email-spammed by the Tractor Supply Company. Each time I have been spammed I have followed their "opt-out" procedure. Each time I opted out, I was informed that my request was received and that it would take up to 10 days to be removed from their spam solicitation database. That is an untruth and I continue to be spammed.
      So, for the past 2 weeks now I have received 8 spam emails and have opted out each time (again). I have screenshots of my opt-outs that I plan to share with other legal entities.
      The first recorded and documented opt-out took place on Saturday, March 9, 2024. The most recent opt-out was submitted to TSC yesterday, March 25, 2024.
      If this spammer uses a 10-day calendar period, I should have stopped being spammed on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. Otherwise, if the spammer operates on a 10-business-day calendar then I would have stopped being spammed on Friday, March 22, 2024.
      I plan to report this to other unethical legal practice outlets.

      When tractor supply open in Creswell Oregon one of the store managers told me if I switched all of my business from ***** to them that they would give me a bulk discount of 20% so I did. I have seen many managers come and go over the years and they always honored my discount because I purchase in bulk around 80K per year. Recently they got a new store manager named Stephanie that has refused to honor the bulk discount I have had for the past 5 years. I tried talking to her about it, asked her to reach out to her district manager, asked to speak to the district manager. I was told that unless I used my tractor supply credit card to purchase my products they would no longer do any discounts and if I did use my tractor supply credit card only a 5% discount on bulk purchases. After months of trying to work it out I have stopped going in the store, good
      Since I no longer wanted to deal with the specific store/manager I set my bulk purchase up on auto ship through tractor supply online for weekly shipments. My first order cancelled three times and after multiple times of calling them and spending an hour on the phone each time we finally got it to ship. Every Friday my order was suppose to auto ship, every Friday I would receive an email saying it cancelled and to call customer service, another hour on the phone and on hold. This went on for three months!!!!!! my orders were suppose to ship every Friday, I only received two orders in that 3 months and that was after multiple phone calls and hours on the phone trying to get them to get it fixed. For the two orders I did received it took two weeks for each of those to arrive. I have talked to several people/managers at corporate, was told that the district manager would call me, still no call from him.
      I have since reached out to other local stores for my product and now receive my bulk discount of 20% without the **** of dealing with Tractor Supply.

      Tractor Supply has a great customer solutions team. If anythung goes wrong with an online order they are always happy to make it right.

      They are false advertising - they mislead you into believing they will have your purchase delivered - which is why I purchased from them - but it is through a third party. Spent two full days waiting for a delivery that was never going to arrive. I am so very dissapointed.

      Don't use the mobile app to place orders, you'd think I would learn - it happens every 3 weeks. I order 45lb of dog food to be delivered to my house.. I choose the ****** Pay-In-Four option (meaning - split the payment into 4 installments).
      It either won't go thru, but charge me 4x or this past time that 1 installment payment went thru along with a full amount payment. Both just cleared my account... and only 1 bad of dog food.
      Yes I've emailed, and Yes I've tried to call - can not get thru.. I think maybe they have 2 people as customer service.
      Love the Product, hate the customer service, online ordering, mobile app....

      Minus one Rating or worse, Tractor Supply does not try to help with their products. I purchased a pro-green leaf blower, and it was damaged when I picked it up from the local store. They said they talked to pro-green and see what they wanted to do. This is not a company to deal with.

      TSC offers Free Ship to Store for many of the items on their website. However, TSC does not honor this and in some cases the delivery costs are more than the purchased item cost. I'm not talking about rare items or special orders, they do not honor this for normal routine lawn and garden supply items.

      They will NOT unsubscribe me from their email list. I have unsubscribed no less than 15 times. I've contacted them directly to ask to remove me. After months, I'm still getting their emails. This is bordering on harassment.
      DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. Make a new email address to throw away if you're ever going to buy from them.
