      I purchased a ********** safe from tractor supply. The safe is a TS-36-45. The TS stood for Tractor Supply. After researching I discovered the TS stood for Tractor Supply and that safe was made especial for Tractor Supply in China with the ********** name on it. The digital lock which has only a one year limited warranty went bad leaving me with a safe that would not open. I contacted Tractor Supply where I purchased the safe. They referred me to ********** stating that was a warranty problem do to the time after purchase. Even if you were to try to return the safe, it is a very difficult process.
      If you look at the reviews there is ample evidence that ********** knows that the lock is faulty. Their customer service is extremely poor. I writing this review questioning why Tractor supply continues to sell these safes to their customers knowing the locks are faulty. Mine took just over a year to go out. Other reviews I read said their went out within months. If you are reading this review please take the time to do your own research before purchasing.

      If I could put a negative star review I would. However it made my insert 1 star. Do not, and I mean DO NOT under any circumstances do business with this TSC. The "management team" are rude, dishonest, argue back, hang up on you, and fail to resolve any issues. Not to mention the customer abuse they provide. Don't bother offering anything through the app and expect delivery. You may get it, once in a blue moon, other times the order will be swapped to a different store without notification, no one will alert you that they don't do Sunday deliveries and call you stupid for expecting it. Feed is moldy, store is a mess, and cashiers look as though they hate their jobs, but with management like that I can imagine why they do. I do not recommend this store, or any TSC for that matter. I'll stick with my local small feed store, at least they're fair, honest and I can expect delivery every week without 10 million ******** excuses like RICHARD gave me from TSC. (He's apparently a closing manager who has all the degrees in the world yet works as a TSC team lead, and doesn't have to work nor needs his job according to him) I will be filing a complaint with TSC corporate today as well as the stores district manager.

      When I tried to purchase a Tractor Supply pharma item online in December, the order system kept switching from "one-time purchase" to "recurring order." After 3 or 4 attempts, it finally appeared to stay on "one-time purchase," so I completed the order.
      Then in January I received am email notice that my "monthly order" was about to ship.
      I could not find a way to cancel this unwanted order in my account (which I have no memory of opening!). Customer service was unable to cancel the current "order", admitted there was no way for me to cancel the "recurring order", & (hopefully) cancelled it for me.
      I will not by from Tractor Supply's online pharma again. Hopefully I will find a way to close the unwanted account. Otherwise I may report my credit card as stolen so they cannot force sn unwanted purchase on me again.

      I’ve been buying dog food at no less than $50.00
      a bag, for 2 years, use my loyalty number every purchase,& I never got a discount. Spoke to Spv. Tom abt it, he showed me a pamphlet,& tell me I have to download an ap. I advise Tom I’m bringing a bag of dog food back, which was on the shelf expired, also expressed to him having to come back in again on Christmas eve,& also again after I just was here for the ****** dog food recall for Salmonella, after expressing my anguish, I asked for some type of accommodation, which should of been offered. He declined,I then advised will be submitting a complaint,& he looked at me,& said,”you are submitting a complaint,cause I’m not”, I couldn’t believe how he stated ok,& walked away from me.He was upset as if I sold him an expired bag of dog food after having his dog on ****** for years, having just been down here switching food,& mind U dog was vomiting at that time. He shouldn’t be representing the Tractor Supply brand. Horrible experience fir me,& my pet.

      Ashley at the Thomason store is amazing. I was looking for some shirts in a certain size in the Griffin store and they didn't have them. So I call the Thomaston store and Ashley went well above what she needed to. She sent me pictures of the ones they had and offered to hold them for me. Before I made the long drive. She is a great asset to the store and company. Thanks again Mr. Ashley.

      **** * RECENTLY PURCHASED 3 TON OF WOOD PELLETS AND FOUND MOISTURE IN THE BAGS;THE WORST PELLETS I HAVE PURCHASED IN 20 YEARS OF BUYING. WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT PURCHASE TRACTOR SUPPLY BRANDED PELLETS. PLEASE PAPER BURNS BETTER, THEY ARE JUNK,I WOULD BE ASHAMED TO HAVE MY NAME ON THESE BAGS.THE BUYER SHOULD BE FIRED. **** ********* KASKA ,PA

      I didn't want to go to Tractor supply for our tree because of the awful customer service I had last year at the Massillon, Ohio TSC. We ended up going to Wooster, Ohio, TSC and we were very impressed. The staff here are excellent! Thank you for the wonderful experience. Eric helped us get the tree. Then Aubrey was an excellent cashier! Then another young lady kindly opened the restroom. This changed our whole perspective of TSC.

      I have shopped at multiple TSC stores in Southern Indiana. I have not witnessed a selfless act like I did this year at the Vincennes Indiana TSC! I drove through the store's side yard to get some fencing over the summer. I must have hit something in the lot because I ended up popping a tire. A manager by the name of Myra came out to help. She changed my tire for me when she saw that I was having problems trying to get the bolts to come loose, all with a smile on her face and a positive attitude.
      The Vincennes Indiana team is very lucky to have her!

      Tractor supply "delivery" is a scam. They bait you into ordering something to be delivered. When you call and ask why it is two days late, they tell you that the company that delivers it has not sent someone for it. Apparently, they farm this service out but they do not tell you that when you purchase the items. When you call your store for help, they give you the number for the company instead of helping, even though you got the delivery through the tractor supply website. Then they tell you that you can cancel the order and come to the store and purchase it again and "deliver" it to yourself. Just be aware that delivery from Tractor Supply is a complete and total scam.
