  This company is not to be trusted, unfortunately I found out the hard way, after giving them a ****** deposit which was a mistake, the day before our time for my vehicle was to be picked up the salesman from u.s. star trucking called to say the driver was have vehicle problems and could not deliver for the ****** we had a contact for but could do it for * ********. Scammed, do use this company, bad news. Never received my ******* back. Learn the hard way.

  **Beware of US Star Trucking LLC: A Cautionary Tale**
  Do not be deceived by their polished website or official-looking contracts. A scam is a scam, no matter how it is dressed up. I regret not conducting thorough research on their company beforehand, but in a time crunch, we sometimes make decisions we wouldn’t normally make.
  The process of shipping my car with US Star Trucking LLC started smoothly and appeared legitimate. However, the promised phone call 24 hours before my pickup date never came. Instead, I received a vague text message about them "working on getting a driver." This was a major red flag, especially since I signed the contract on June 10th, and they still didn't have a driver on June 18th, the day before the scheduled pickup.
  When I called their office on June 19th, I received no assistance. The only response was that the driver would contact me. This prompted me to conduct a deep dive into the company, and what I found was troubling.
  After canceling the transaction and contract, I began receiving harassing texts from someone named Jeff ****** (if that is indeed his real name). Any reputable shipping company would have called to reassure their client and apologize for any inconvenience.
  Please consider my experience a warning and avoid US Star Trucking LLC at all costs.

  I reserved a **** deposit for May 6th with US Star Trucking LLC, for my vehicle to be picked up in FL to be transported to KS with agreement to pay the balance **** upon delivery. Edward ****** was the one handling the transaction. The day of May 6th, Edward called stating the truck broke down. I asked him if he could find someone else to pick up my vehicle because I had a flight scheduled that Tuesday, May 7th and I could not leave my vehicle at the current place.
  Edward called shortly after saying he found a single car hauler that could pick up my vehicle May 7th at 9:00 a.m., but it would cost me ******** and I would need to put down **** reservation fee. I agreed and paid.
  Tuesday, May 7th another no show or contact information from Edward on who would be picking up my vehicle. Called Edward and was unable to contact him as I was scheduled for a flight that same day and needed an update.
  He finally texted saying the driver had text me which was untrue and he was on the phone with another driver.
  I had a feeling something was not right and went online to see BBB listed US STAR TRUCKING LLC as FRAUD. I copied this information and forward to Edward Malone and told him to cancel my request because he lied on multiple occasions and his service was no longer needed.
  I had to cancel my flight from FL to KS and drive myself. Several attempts to Edward to refund my credit card the **** that was taken for services NOT rendered.
  I'm asking BBB to please look into
  this company and see if you can help me and/or advise how I can recoup my money.
  Edward ****** called days after my arrival to KS to see if I needed my car transported to KS, not knowing he had already scammed me. I let him know who I was and gave him one last chance to prove he was trustworthy and the trucking company was legit by refunding the **** back to my credit card. He lied again stating while on the phone that's what he was doing and to allow it to post within the hour, but it was not.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They quoted me to pick up my car, signed contract and planned it out weeks in advance, they were super responsive until I signed the contract. Then I confirmed a few days before and was told we were all set, morning of pick up confirmed again. Tried to call them an hour before pick up, and customer service hung up on me then blocked my number, same with the guy I had been dealing with, called from my daughters phone and customers service blocked that number after saying, "Let us connect you"
  Time of pick up (and hours later)- NOTHING They blocked my number so I could not call them.
  Here is what happens, all the brokers (these guys lied and said they were the actual carrier) use the same system, they bid you then HOPE they find a driver, if not they ghost you. I called a second broker, and that broker looked up my order and told me there was never anyone scheduled to pick up my car. These guys are the WORST and why the industry gets a bad reputation

  Peter ***** is the best! Got the job done super quick, faster than I expected! I will use him for every tow I ever need and refer him 1,000 times!

  These guys are not great. The bait and switch is real in this industry (auto transport) and I’ve experienced it serval times. Hence, I was clear and did not negotiate the original price one bit. However, my expectation was clear. I wouldn’t pay a penny more than what was quoted and on the contract.
  Well, after some ‘communication’ issues, they wanted a 7% credit card fee… I wanted to pay by check the whole time as it is easier to code for a business. They wouldn’t accept it so we decided to pay by credit card with was the preferred method originally. Long story short, they charged an $81 fee to use a credit card at destination.
  Don’t use these guys (US Star Trucking) if you want to have a stress free transaction.

  I requested a quote on March, 2024 to have my vehicle transported. I received the quote and decided not to accept. I told them this multiple times and requested they please stop contacting me but they told me no and continue to harass me. I sent an email for them to do so and they said no , I was told that they will charge me for cancelling a contract I did not sign . This needs to stop they are creating a bad reputation for this company.

  Do not under any circumstances sign a contract with this company!!! They give you a supposed date and time of pickup and then they make you wait all day and never show up. Then when they fail to provide the service and you try to cancel, they refuse to cancel without making you pay a cancellation fee that is never disclosed to begin with. They are a pure representation of inadequate, self serving and deceptive business practice and should never be trusted. The worst form of customer service I have ever seen in my entire life!!

  I had a nightmare and a terrible experience with this FAKE and SCAM company. They supposed to ship my vehicle on December 30 but today is January 19 and they haven't picked up my car yet. They took $1800 from me by playing a nasty game and every time I called (9 out of 10 call they ghosted me) their customer service says that we are searching for a driver for you and will give you a call tomorrow..and this Tomorrow has been 3 weeks now since December 30. These seamless people are lying left and right..For the last 2 times they said we dispatched a driver to pick up your car finally both drivers ended up getting into a severe accident. They are not even trying being creative to make up a story. Their fake agent named Max ***** *s really shameless he ghosted me after he got all the money. I talked to multiple of their managers: Tom ****, Bill **ams and another guy named Ryan they are all SCAM and fake people. I never received a reasonable response from them that makes sense. All I can say is they are SCAM. The reason I trusted this company was to see these good google reviews. Now I understand the reviews doesn't make any sense and they are FAKE!

  I had got a quote for 690 to ship in two days. When the actual shipper called me they had given me a 3 day window, which I could not do. I said the original date or the next day was my only option, after a brief hold he said he could do that. He then said because it was priority shipping the price would be 1150. I said no I would not pay a higher rate than quoted. The agent said “ ok thank you” and hung up. I looked into other shippers. The next day I get a call from US Star Trucking. He said they would be there by 1 pm. I said no the price went up and I told shipper the day before no. The broker threatened me with a cancellation fee. I said no I was not paying a higher price than what I was quoted. He just kept saying they would charge me cancellation fee. I told him had they called me right back and agreed with the original quote I would have stayed with them. I told him I will dispute any charges. Terrible company.
