  Terrible experience. I was thinking I was going to get my car today 1/7/24. My quote number was XXXXXX59. They offered me a price of $550, and once I agreed to a shipment date/time, they tried to charge me $825 to pick up my car 12/30/23 and deliver 12/31/23 and explain that this is how the industry works. My quote provided a work order with a confirmed pick-up 12/30/23 and delivery date 12/31/23. I signed a contract with US Star Trucking LLC on December 29th to have a car shipped from NC to Tampa Fl and I made a front deposit of $275. The day of the pickup was 12/30/23 as we were leaving town by noon. Called multiple times Leading up to the date and each time the dates were confirmed 12/30/23. After two days from the delivery day 12/31/23, I received ON 1/2/24 a text that something happened to the carrier’s truck, and they tried to fix it. I was calling them every day for any update with US start Tracking LLC and the carrier’s truck and still waiting for another truck. On 1/6/24 I signed a new contract to change my quote from $ 825 to $650 and receive my car on 1/6/24 but the driver didn’t deliver my car yet. The driver still wants me to pay full of money $550. Today 1/7/24 is still waiting to get my car and no one answered my text or calls from US start Tracking LLC. I would ask every morning what's the situation was and kept saying the driver would come the next day, and then come up with an excuse the day of. Kept having me wait around and kept promising me there would be a driver, and nothing. Worst experience I've ever had.

  Worst experience ever. Been waiting 3 days to get my truck picked up. They gave me one price then changes it to another price after the contract was signed. Then charge my card for the deposit and the driver isn’t even at my home yet to pick up my truck. Keep getting excuse after excuse and they still want to charge a cancel fee even if they can’t provide service. They need to shut this company down. Too many people are saying the same thing about there process. Too many unanswered calls and not enough return calls. My truck went from 900 to ship to 1400. Nothing wrong with 1400 but don’t have someone sign off on 900 then say you can’t do it. Then they wanted to talk me out of leaving a review on bbb but I’m leaving my review period. Wasted 3 days off work for them still not to be here

  I used this company to ship my car in April 2022. The process went smoothly and I was pleased with the services. Since I had good service previously, I decided to use the company again to ship my car. My recent experience is terrible. My car was suppose to ship on December 12th. I called and emailed the company many times and never received a confirmation for car pickup. My car was not picked up on December 12th. To date I have not received any response from the company. I also paid a security deposit through Zelle, which I found out is a 3rd party receiver of funds for the company. To date, no one has called me back to refund my deposit. I believe I have been scammed and consider this a a fraudulent company. I would highly recommend anyone who uses this company to be very cautious or not use their services at all.

  This is a terrible company. After inquiring about a quote, I deciding to go with another company, not only did their agent, text me repeatly after midnight, but they used vuglar language when I pointed out that their BBB rating was poor and then on top of that they posted my shipping on the transportation network driving up the price of my quotes. This posting was unauthorized and took multiple calls to correct. Terrible experience.

  I set up a month before a cross country move for a car shipment. After hearing nothing for that time, which I expected since it was so far in advance, I finally heard back with a higher quote than originally given because they didn't have any open carriers available. This was two days before they were supposed to pick up my vehicle. Then, there were no enclosed carriers available for three days after I was set to leave town. They insisted that I pay a cancelation fee (since I knew they would not have anything available and I was slated to leave in three days) for her time. They then told me they couldn't process the cancelation fee and that I needed to send it by other means. Thankfully, I had nothing taken out of my account.
  I did end up using another company that not only had driver information the next day, but I had pick up for the day before I was supposed to leave.
  Had I been told well in advance that a closed truck was an option, I would have sucked up that higher than quoted initial price. I feel like I was intentionally backed into a corner with less than two days to go. I did end up paying a couple of hundred dollars more for the new trucking company, but they worked miracles in less than two days. This company couldn't make anything happen with a month's notice. They would mainly use text for correspondence instead of calling or answering.

  I was setting up to ship a car in enclosed trailer they gave me a price of $800
  Before I signed the contract I wanted more details. Didn’t get much I was thinking that was too good to be true. Communicating a bit more the price went to 1,350 and was told I have a truck to ship my car in the area to just sign the contract
  I commented what happened to $800
  He said the computer spits out the wrong number that I’m not close to the truck route. I live 10 miles from NJ turnpike
  We agree to ship it for $1,200 I signed the contract made a date when to pick up
  3 days before I contacted him to confirm
  Yes we will be picking up the car ok
  The day before I confirm again yes we’re good letting him know I had to take off work with no pay said the truck will be there ok what time between 2 and 4 ok
  The truck was not here it’s 3:30 so I called him asking if the truck is still coming said let me find out he said can’t get in touch with the driver he asked if I contacted the driver I was never giving any information driver name number nothing
  At around 6 o’clock he said we will find another truck and driver that it was my fault that I didn’t contact driver which had not gotten information
  I told him I took off work and lost a day pay
  He said we will pay you
  I said I’m not taking off another day losing pay I confirmed with him a few times got a time and nothing no truck
  I gave them a one star on their website and 1 hour later he called me and couldn’t understand why
  I told him we had a contract and confirmed with him lost a day of pay my car is still in my garage and no truck what could you possibly not understand
  They are very pushy to sign the contract
  But the contract doesn’t mean anything to them

  Bait and switch. Gave me a quote then the next day it was "a little more", $2,200 more(double the price +$700)... Will have you sign contract after contract. They double charged me. Then she told me my car was towed at the harbor, she couldn't tell me why, nor produce documentation stating so, nor a receipt of the towing or charges, but was quick to charge my credit card. Contract stated a specific date of arrival, 10-1, car was delivered 30 days later....my car left my house on Sept 25th and arrived October 31st......there is so much more to type yet, just DON'T use this company. Horrific. It's tragic you can't leave a Zero star rating.

  I had the best experience, better than I expected! They did exactly what they said they would and there were absolutely no issue during pickup and delivery and communication was excellent!
