  Scammers and schemers, be very careful with these guys. They tried ripping me off several times through out the shipping process having to call multiple times to get a straigh honest price after signing and agreeing to a final price. I’m reporting the frauds to better business bureau

  BAIT AND SWICTH. BUYER BEWARE.
  Initially contacted us star trucking to get my motorcycle transported. The original $400 quote was rescinded the day before the original pickup date (too late to be able to do anything).
  Afterward being forced into another carrier for 40% over the original quote, US Star CONFIRMED that the bike was going to be delivered after we got to the delivery location on Tuesday. Imagine my surprise when the carrier arrived 3 days early and they didn’t even know it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday.
  Use this company when you want a outsourced “reservation” for a carrier and zero piece of mind.
  If they do this without hesitation, I can’t even imagine what would have happened in the event the motorcycle was damaged!

  Daisy is available all the time. She is available to answer questions. My car came intact and nothing was taken out , lost or stolen. Very Honest and Trusworthy staff. Daisy is a 5 STAR for her excellent service.

  Desperate Scammer: The owner sounds like a Philippine guy, who goes by the name Mateo ******. He tried to send me another contract after he already pulled a bait and switch 2 weeks ago, see Brent H from 8/14 below. My advice, make sure to check BBB reputation before sending money.

  AVOID! Unprofessional sales experience. Multiple complaints about their bait and switch tactics on google, which I experienced first hand….was confused by how they have such a high google rating. But as soon as I posted a negative review, I received five calls from the company requesting I take down the negative review! I did not misrepresent any of the facts and want to prevent other people from using this Company and will not be taking down my review.
  My experience: I received non-stop text messages and calls with an attractive estimate. After I speaking with them I received an initial quote that was $500 less than final pricing and their estimated transit time doubled. I understand they are all working with independent providers, but when I signed the contract I was expecting to pay the amount quoted, not nearly 50% more. I ended up having to pay a $200 penalty to cancel… I felt the contract should have been void because of the material changes to the signed contract. But was told I would be charged the full quoted amount if I didn’t agree to pay the $200 cancellation/admin fee.
  In my opinion the company used unethical sales tactics and bait and switch pricing to try to win my business. Even though I wish I didn’t have to pay a cancellation fee and don’t agree that I should have been charged, it was 100% worth it to not have to deal with this Company any longer.
  Please look for another company if you're planning to ship your vehicle!!!

  They are a very unreliable and dishonest company. I scheduled three different times with them to pick my 2020 F350 pickup in Rawlins WY. The first two pickup times the truck never showed up. I had to call the company to find where the truck was after waiting for 3 hours. They said the truck was stuck in another state. No other explanation was given to why the truck wouldn't be showing up. They could have called to keep me informed instead leaving me waiting at the tow yard. The third time they gave me a specific time to when the truck would be at the tow yard. After waiting for the truck for 5 hours with no updates from the company, in 95-degree weather with no shade I decided to leave. No service given at all. They had over charged me for the service to begin with. And they have not offered a refund of all payments to this day. I need your help to get my money back from them. Total amount of money is 1759.00. totally over charged. Two charges separately 1391.00 and 468.00. Is this fraud. I do believe so. My bank is also working on disputed charges on my credit card.

  I had a good experience with them. They didn’t require a deposit and were upfront they could not give the final price until they located the driver. They were in constant contact and did a great job shipping my car from Florida to NJ. They did not ask for anything until the car was here and in good condition. They followed up to make sure everything went well.
