This company is such a scam!! Booked over a month prior to our pick up date and was provided a work order with a confirmed pick-up and delivery date. Called multiple times
Leading up to the date and each time the dates were confirmed. Day of pick-up I called and they said they were looking for a truck to make our transport (even though they had over a month to prep). After six hours of me calling them, they found a truck that couldn’t make our guaranteed delivery date and the driver wanted almost double the quoted cost, even though I have text messages and emails guaranteeing no cost increase and the pick-up/delivery dates! Such a total scam! Instead, I had to drive

I signed a contract with US Star Trucking LLC on July 28th to have a car shipped from CA to Tampa Fl. for $900. Two days before scheduled pick-up I am told to work with “Mateo Garcia.” On the scheduled pick-up day, he sends me a new contract for $1,300. I texted him the original signed contract. He texts me back saying someone else made the contract and she was fired, and if I want my car shipped I must sign the new contract. I call customer service and they also try to get me sign a new contract. I asked for a supervisor and the person hung up on me. Unfortunately, US Star Trucking is a scam but I didn’t read the BBB reviews before getting trapped. I am forced to give 1 star which moves the curve in a positive direction, otherwise this is a 0.Review fromChris B

This "company" is a joke. We agreed on a price and date. I signed the contract. I kept in contact with them seeking an eta for the day of the pickup as we were leaving town by noon that day and I had told them. Now 1 day before the scheduled pickup date still no update and response to any of my calls, texts or emails. I wrote them a bad review. Then the "manager" starts harassing me about the review I wrote and offers to send me $100 to remove it. I told him I won't do it because of what they did. He then offers me $100 discount of the cost. I agreed to this. He then starts texting, calling and emailing me several times saying the driver will be there the next and he needs me to sign the contract and the cost is still full price. I told him I will not pay full price. He then questions my "behavior". I then blocked the number. The next day he calls my phone 12 times within 5 minutes. I threatened to file a lawsuit if it didn't quit.US Star Trucking LLC

4 starsI was satisfied with the overall service but they did tac on an extra $100 the day before pick up. I wasn’t happy about that so the tip I was gonna leave the driver went with the raised price. I worked with Mateo Garcia and he was friendly and communicated well with me. The driver spoke Portuguese so it was hard to communicate with him prior to pick up and drop off. This business is fraudulent. They offered me a price of $450, and once I agreed to a shipment date/time, they tried to charge me $650 and explain that this is how the industry works. If they're going to switch the price at right before pick up, then I could see a scenario where they call me when they have my car 5 miles away from the drop off location and demand more money.

1 starBait and switch. Signed a contract for the carrier to transport my daughters car. 4 hours before scheduled pick up, received a text that something happened to the carriers truck… failed brakes, and the new carrier will be $700 more!
Spoke with the new carrier when he finally showed up to pick up the car, and he said all brokers do this. Scam *** scam. We have the paperwork saying cash on delivery is 1300$. They best *** **** ****** or they’ll find out what having a police officer show up for stolen vehicle really means. Jail time.Review fromCraig E

1 starBEWARE!! Initial quote is not your final price. They will bait and switch with a low ball price and then claim the "drivers" demand more and then push you to pay more because "that is what the industry requires". I signed a contract and paid 1/2 down and the final was to be paid to the driver in cash.
Still haven't got my vehicle moved and they are still "looking for a driver who will transport for that price".

1 starThis company is a scam. The offer me $450 to pickup my Hyundai sonata from Chicago to Fort Lauderdale, they requested a $100 deposit to book the transportation. I have been waiting for 3 days without any news from them. My car has never been picked up, I have no news and they did not refund me my 100 dollars deposit. No one answering my text, email or calls.
US start Tracking LLC also use Albatross car shipping to offer their services.
Step away from this company if you don't want to lose your money.
