      I had my spark plugs replaced because my car was misfiring.Well my car is STILL misfiring and I paid over ****** bucks....for a issue to not be fixed.

      We bought a tire from Firestone at the end of September. On October 6th while driving on the highway the tire exploded. Due to where the car was located in the middle of the highway the car had to have an emergency tow. I was told by state police they couldnt wait for my AAA. I paid $210 for that tow. After getting my car towed back to Firestone I was given another tire to replace the one that exploded. I was told by an employee that the tire either had a defect or it was blown up with too much air by one of the employees. I am looking to be reimbursed for that tow. The tire blowing up was not our fault and we should not be responsible for the cost it took to get that car back to Firestone.

      in Mid July, this location serviced my 2016 **** Fusion. unfortunately the oil filter they used leaked all over my driveway. i brought it back to the location and they promptly put another oil filter on. i spoke with *************************** and he stated that they would reimburse me for the $800.00 of steam cleaning my drive way caused by the oil leak from the defective filter. i submitted the invoice to him and he stated that it would be just a few days to get a check sent out. the following week the ************************************ my driveway. I brought it back and they then went and got a different filter. then cleaned the residual oil from the bottom of the car. I asked now that i have to clean the driveway for a 2nd time if i could at least get my reimbursement for the first oil mess if nothing else. he stated that he was sorry but should only be a few more days until they got me a check. I have now had to pay $1,600.00 to clean the damages caused by the faulty parts that Firestone used. I have followed up several times with no response. i have called many times today 11-4-2022 and they either do not pick up my calls or they place me on hold and then say ****** is not available. very simple. i want to be reimbursed for the $1,600.00 that i have had to pay for the oil leak damages. *************************** phone number at the store is **************

      Car got dropped off 10/22/22 at 7am. Today is 11/03/22 still no car and the repairs are paid in full. We have been told out car would be ready 10/25/22 and it wasnt. We have been told there was no space to fix the car a week later. We have been told they didnt have a tech. We have been told they were waiting on part, to we have the parts in the same sentence. We have been told they are waiting on payment and have been paid. We have been told the car would be ready Monday 10/31/22 and he almost done putting it together and We would have it that day and it wasnt. We have been told on 11/02/22 that the part was the wrong part and we have to wait two more days. How is that possible if it was just about done Monday 10/31/22. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Called corporate 10/25/22 a regional manager ****** was suppose to call within 48hrs and today is 11/03/22 and still no call. Called again 11/01/22 and the regional manager ******* was suppose to call still no one had called me 48hrs later. Me and my husband work and we have been without our car for 2 weeks. This has messed up our work life, income and transportation for our kids to get to school. Now they telling us we have to wait two more days for them to get us in a rental car.

      On 08/26/2022 I had an oil change completed at the ******, ** Tires Plus location ************************************. I drove home immediately afterwards and upon exiting my vehicle (2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee) I noticed that oil was running out of the bottom onto my garage floor. I further noticed that the oil had a trail leading down my driveway, down the street and throughout our development. I immediately pulled the vehicle onto the street to avoid even more damage and called the ****** location.The acting manager at that time was *** who informed me that they would send out a tow truck and get my vehicle back to their shop. He also stated that they would find someone that would be able to clean the oil stains however it may take a few days until the actual manager **** was back. A few hours later I picked up my vehicle and they stated that the gasket wasnt sealed/installed properly on the oil filter however, the issue had been fixed.A few days later after having to track down **** myself, he stated that he personally would come out and clean the oil off of the garage and driveway. After calling me and cancelling the first appointment he did come out but it became apparent that he would need something stronger as the stains are deep and cover a large area. **** stated he would call us and set up a time to return. I have attempted to get him to call me back and at this point he continues to not respond.Our garage and driveway are brand new (June 2022) and so much time has passed that the stains are now permanent. We are seeking that a new garage floor be installed or a professional garage floor coating be applied/installed.

      On September 8th, 2022, we dropped off our ********** F350 to be repaired at Firestone Complete Auto Care at *************************************************. On September 10, 2022, our employee went to pick up the ********** noticed that the lock compartment had been pried open, and some of our tools were missing. Our employee immediately called the police, and a report was made on September 10th, 2022. The manager of Firestone (*************************) initially told us that Firestone's insurance would cover our damages/ losses. Days later we tried contacting Firestone, we received no answer for 1 1/2 months, until finally we came to a decision to contact Firestone corporate. The corporation got us immediate contact with the manager at Firestone, only to be told that Firestone would not be covering our losses due to us being aware of their "policy" which in fact we never received. They told us that this "policy" states that Firestone is not responsible for any losses. In our case this was a theft that happened in their premises.As stated, we never received this policy in hand nor were we told verbally about said "policy". We have kept in our record the police report as well as a receipt from the welding supply company where we had to re-purchase the said items stolen from our vehicle.

      - Purchased tires last year on 7/12/2021 from a *******, ** Firestone on ******************* (invoice # ******)-Tires has the warranties and suppose to be ****** mile tires -End of September 2022 my car has a heavy vibration in front and I made an appointment at a ******* Dealer to have it looked at. They reported ALL four tires are "choppy" and no good.-Call Firestone in *******, ** where I originally purchased them and was told to take it to my current local Firestone being we have moved due to my husbands military career, and they would "make it right" -Firestone on ************************************************************************************ is where I made my appointment and went in and spoke with manager **** who agreed ALL four tires are choppy, and also admitted that those brand of tires the company no longer carries due to issues. However, he tried blaming it on my car struts (car only has ****** miles) and not rotating tires and getting front end alignments, which was dis-proven in then computer system being I have the LIFETIME front end alignment package with them that I purchased for that reason. My car goes in on time for oil changes, and I always request tire balance, rotation, and front end alignment. Basically, I told **** being its a manufacturers issue then I should not have to be out of pocket for anything due to the tires only lasting 15 months, and **** ******** the tire tread was around only 1/3 used. However, I have to pay $473 for new tires under "warranty out" program which is not acceptable. **** said he couldn't help me further and to call corporate.-Called corporate line and put in a file on 10/24 which led nowhere after the MI manager called me and couldn't do anything. File was closed, called and opened a new one (10/25) and the area manager of this store called and was rude with no resolution. Therefore, I called again (10/26) to escalate the issue. Followed up 10/29 when had not heard anything. Was told is was escalated to division and there's been no response

      Just received a Firestone credit card last month to purchase tires. On Nov 1, I called the number on my bill to make a payment. The recording took all my info including my bank account routing number and bank acct number. The recording told me that I would have to talk to a representative and it would cost an extra $4.95. I called later and was told the same. Then Why have a recording? This practice is misleading. I was told that I could make a payment at the store but it needs to be cash. I smell a rat! Do you?

      This is a complaint about the service manager ***********************, That works at the fire stone at ********************************************************** ************. A month or two ago I went into that store to get an oil change. The other day I noticed that the change oil light kept coming on and I also need an air on my tires. I went to the store approximately 10:30 AM yesterday October 31, 2022. There was no one there to greet me. And no one was in the office. I was waiting and then the mechanic was nice enough to come in and say Ill let someone know youre here. Nobody came. I was waiting and waiting. The mechanic came in again and said I will let the person know youre here. Again nobody came I was waiting and waiting. Then I heard water being splashed around in the garage. Apparently the manager was washing the floor in the garage while I was waiting and even though he was told that someone needed help. Again I waited and waited and nobody came. And I continued to hear somebody washing the floor in the garage. I then went to the garage and say hello and the manager *** came in and said how are you? He didnt even say I apologize for the delay. I said Im not doing very well. I keep getting a message on my dashboard stating that the oil needs to be changed even though I just had an oil change here a month or so ago, and I need my tires filled with air. He said would you like to make an appointment? I said well it would probably just take you a minute to fix the menu and put air in my tires. He said Im all booked up if you wanna leave your car here we can get to it later. I noticed there was one car in the garage and all the rest of the garage were empty and all he was doing was washing the floor I dont see any reason why he couldnt of fix the menu on my dashboard and put air in my tires.He refused to help me. And then I said if you did it right the first time I wouldnt be here and walked out. I feel his customer service skills were absolutely deplorable. I Feel I need an apology

      This business damaged the side of my vehicle while attempting to **** it up from the side of the metal, instead of using the frame. The manager ****** told me to seek out estimates for a local body shop to repair it, and he would then turn it into corporate, who then would cut a check for the repairs to begin. It's been 6 weeks since this incident took place, and 5 weeks since they had the estimate for the damage to be repaired, yet I still haven't heard back from corporate or from Michel Tires Plus about when to expect payment for the damages.
