Im extremely disappointed with Firestones handling of my warranty situation. I purchased tires from Firestone under the 90-day buy-and-try satisfaction guarantee, which clearly states that I should be able to return or exchange the tires if Im not satisfied.Heres the problem: I tried to return them three separate times within the 90-day window, but every time I went in, they didnt have the tire in stock. I was told to come back later, and each time, they still didnt have it. Now Im just six days past the 90-day period, and theyre telling me the warranty no longer appliesdespite the fact that it was Firestones own inventory and scheduling issues that caused the delay in the first place. This is not just frustratingit feels dishonest. I played by the rules. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this within the warranty period. Now Firestone is hiding behind a technicality that they created. If this is how they stand by their satisfaction guarantee, then its clear that the warranty is more of a marketing tactic than a real promise. This is the kind of experience that makes customers lose ******** asking ********************** to do the right thing and honor the warranty. If they dont, Ill make sure others know to think twice before relying on their guarantees.Transaction happened March 3rd

On April 26, 2025, I brought my car to Firestone at ******************************, for brakes/rotors and a front splash shield purchase and install. I paid $1,428.83 in full, including $679.05 for the splash shield and labor. The manager, Ant (*******), said the part had to be ordered and they would contact me. A week passed with no contact. I called and spoke to *******, who said the part had arrived. Ant followed up days later. Due to scheduling, I brought the car in May 17 for installation. On May 24just seven days laterI heard dragging while driving home on the freeway. I called Ant from the road. When I arrived at my sons daycare, I confirmed the newly installed front splash shield had come loose and was hanging. Ant asked if I had driven over gravel or rough terrain. I had notI drive normal city/highway roads. Ive owned this car since April 2022 with no prior splash shield issues. If this was due to driver error, there would be other signs of damagesuch as to my undercarriage or other splash shield sectionswhich there werent. Only the replaced part failed. That night, I secured it with zip ties to prevent dragging. I returned May 25 and told ******* if the part couldnt be properly replaced, I didnt want it patched. She said Ant would likely replace it, but nothing was confirmed. When I picked up my car, they tried to charge me an inspection fee, which they waived after I explained Ant had requested I bring the car in.Two more weeks passed with no update. On June 7, I called again. Ant said the part had no warranty and blamed my low car and possible driving habits. My vehicle is a standard-height sedan. He then suggested removing the part altogetherdespite me having paid for it. In the two weeks since failure, the zip ties tore through the material, worsening the issue. I had to cut part of it off myself for safety. I want the part replaced and properly installed or a full refund.

On June 7, 2025, I visited the Firestone location at ****************************************, to repair a tire on my ***** Civic, which is still under warranty. However, the staff at this location refused to honor the warranty and instead provided an estimate for the repair in the amount of $160.70.I am submitting this complaint to request that Firestone management enforce the warranty as agreed and proceed with the necessary tire repair. I depend on this vehicle for daily use, and the malfunctioning tire is creating an unnecessary hardship.I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and expect a prompt resolution.Thank you

I brought my 2015 ****** Legacy in for an oil change on 4/18/25. However, the technicians instead drained my transmission fluid and overfilled the engine with oil without draining the old oil first. I was the one who noticed the issue after they returned my car and brought it to the staffs attention. This mistake was confirmed by the team and on two separate occasions I was told that no damage was done to my vehicle despite it being driven with no transmission fluid and double the recommended amount of oil.Unfortunately, after this incident, I began to notice performance issues with my vehicle, including what felt like a slip during acceleration and an unusual noise that went away after a bit. These symptoms are concerning and may be indicative of internal damage caused by the improper service.Given the nature of this mistake and its potential consequences, I requested that Firestone cover the cost of a full diagnostic inspection by a certified ****** dealership. If any damage is found as a result of the incorrect service, I expect Firestone to cover the full cost of necessary repairs as well.I appreciate that I was refunded for the original service, but this does not resolve the possibility of lasting harm to my vehicle caused by the error.I submitted a claim with Firestone on 5/14, received an email on 5/29 requesting the same information I had already provided, and then have received no responses after my reply and 2 additional follow *** on 6/2 and 6/4

I took my car for an oil change and when I got home I noticed oil all over the front of my car. I immediately cleaned it to prevent damage to my paint so I didn't take pictures. I then opened the hood to see what the engine looked like and sure enough there was oil all over the engine as well. I then noticed there was also oil on my leather driver seat, steering wheel, and the wiper handle. I called the corporate office to complain and they tried to resolve it by having the manager clean everything up. I don't know it was the oil or what they used to clean my leather seat, but my seat is now damaged.

Service date was on 6/04/25 I had 2 tires replaced on the front of my truck. The people that works front were nice. However the 2 employees that we delt with should not have a job!!. The older man with the ponytailed ***** is very rude! The young boy (*****)( with long hair broke the stud and lug nut off my truck. All he could say is, "Sorry I got bad news"! The older man said ,"Well, what do you expect out of a 20 year old vehicle". Like really dude???? My wheel bearing were replaced in Jan. 2022. They were not 20 years old. Also the lug nuts that were told to be put on truck were brand new. Never used yet. But my photos SHOWS HOW STRIPED MY LUG NUT IS!!!! I will be giving BBB a review as well. And social media with my photos. This was not right. And I paid $283.25 and just to spend more to fix your s**** **** Now does that look like a brand ne lug nut to you?? Thanks Tires Plus for costing me more money because I know you will not own up to your mistakes!!

December 09, 2024 I brought my 2014 Chrysler 200 in for a check engine light that was on and I was unable to pass inspection.I had the codes read by Auto Zone and brought this read out to Tires Plus when I took it in for repairs.I was told by the manager that I needed to replace the Manifold and gaskets which would cost me around $1,000.00 and car rental for a week. (an additional $400).The so called repair were performed according to the manager and my car did pass inspection. However right after passing inspection the engine light came back on.I brought my car back to them and it sat in Tires Plus for a week.I became frustrated with their inability to diagnose and correct the problem, so I had the car towed to another shop where ZI was told the head gasket was blown.Several day later I contacted the corporate offices of Tires plus by email and files a formal ************ this day no one has reached out to me to try and resolve. This is shameful of Tires Plus to take my $1,000.00 and then avoid addressing the issue with my 2014 Chrysler 200.I don't want another unsuspecting customer to experience what I went through by trusting a company that I have been doing business with for many years prior to my recent unpleasant experience.
