Falsely diagnosed the issues with the vehicle. Brakes were allegedly replaced, but 6 months later they were determined to be in need of replacement. The vehicle only moves 30 miles a week. Head gaskets needed to be replaced after being properly diagnosed. Vehicle was towed to this location twice and both times the issue was not fixed, leading to additional costs. Techs allegedly the starter and water pump needed to replaced, costing me almost $2000 however that didn't resolve the issue. Within 14 hours of picking up my vehicle, it was back in the shop being re-diagnosed and fixed. Again, costing me additional money and time/days off

No response from the Claims Team since my claim was requested on May 30, 2025. Messages and emails to the Claims Team case manager and supervisor goes straight to voicemail and no communication whether or not they have received the following claim: My car was towed to Firestone #****** in ************************************************** on the night of May 6th, 2025 at around 11:17PM, after it broke down. My car was inspected at Store #****** on May 7th, and the store manager, *****, advised me that another Firestone down the highway, Firestone #******, had a proper electrician to more effectively diagnose and fix my 2007 *** 328i. Thus, my car was driven by ***** to Store #****** where it awaited further inspection. I was told my car broke down again during that short drive and that ***** had to let the engine cool off.On May 8th, 2025, I received a work order recommendation #******, from Firestone a#******, that indicated my car needed a new water pump, and the total estimated cost was $1,608.23. I agreed to have the car serviced, on the condition that I would have to receive my next income to pay the total amount, since my Firestone card was recently used this past December 17th, to cover the cost of a new radiator at Store #******, which is now closed. (The store manager, JP, was willing to let my non-functioning car be there until I had enough funds to cover the $1,751 on that, and my car was finally serviced on Dec. 17th).On the morning of May 20th, 2025, I received a call from Firestone #****** manager, KAYKO, that my car had been broken into. He told me that he came into work and my car doors were open, and all leather seats including driver, passenger, the frames which the seats move automatically on, and back seats, as well as all four door panels and back air vent were stolen. He told me that he had no way of knowing who did the theft, as my car had been placed outside of the camera view. He sent me pictures of my car. I have since learned the damages total $20,157.80

I made an appointment on line for service the next day. I arrived and let's say not treated well. My complaint is about a safety issue a long with damage to my car.First the new set of tires were filled way over suggested PSI and also past the maximum PSI for safe operation.During the process they damaged my car which I reported immediately and was told to bring it back in 4 days later when the ** returned. I did exactly that he begrudgingly filed a claim.I submitted pictures and an estimate for the repairs. The Firestone claims agent denied my claim because I fell to leave my car in possession of the store for 4 days until the ** returned. No one told me this was a requirement when I reported the damage Thurs before I left the location. Also my had debris, grease and someone for no unknown reason was sitting in my passenger seat. I have spent over $6000 in the past 4 years buying Bridgestone Turenza Quiet Tracs from this and the ************ location for all my cars.

I had my car towed in for a timing belt. It was already diagnosed for the belt. I just had over 1000 worth of work done to my car in January. They had my car for a week. They didn't call me at all. I called them. I was told only one person knew how to do a timing belt and they were off. Then I was told they ordered or got the wrong part. After a week. They said they put the timing belt on but the car won't turn over. They wanted to charge me 160 bucks an hour to figure out what happened to my car. I wouldn't have had the belt fixed if I knew the belt wasn't the problem. Which he said it was. He said he wouldn't know if anything else was wrong until he took it off. They charged me a fee to diagnosed it and only checked the battery. It was poor communication and very poor time management. I had to spend money on lyfts and tow fees.. after having it for a week they didn't even offer anything off for having the car for a week. If I paid a diagnostic fee that should have covered them figuring out what was wrong with the car. I've had problems with them before. I had 3 batteries and 2 starters and 2 alts changed within months. I would never go there again I really feel like I should only be issued a ****** refund. Considering the lack of communication and the week they had my car. They made it seem like fixing the belt was the issue. I believed it was so I said yes Fix it.

      1. Repeated Failure of RepairsSuspension and front shocks were replaced multiple times, yet continued to fail. When questioned, Store Manager ***** attributed the issues to bad parts rather than possible installation errors. ***** later admitted the shocks should last the life of the vehicleconfirming my original expectations. 2 Lack of Proper ************************** After a corporate complaint, I was told the ********* manager, ******, would contact me. Instead, ***** called and said ****** was too busy, placing the issue back in the hands of the person responsible for the initial poor service. 3. Missed Work and Documentation Errors I provided photo evidence of issues missed by *****, which he only acknowledged after being shown proof. I requested and was verbally promised an oil change, which was not performed. Staff initially claimed the oil change was completed. Later, employee *** admitted it was overlooked due to a documentation error4. Deceptive and Dismissive ConductDespite admitting the oil change was missed, ***** refused a refund, blaming his own failure to include it on the paperwork. After this visit, a new mechanical issue (squeaking) emerged. ***** then revealed it was due to bad control arms, which he had failed to mention earlier despite being aware of the issue and despite my request for a full safety check. When the shock fell off the first time due to poor workmanship and incorrect parts I took my vehicle back into Firestone to be fixed correctly and was told I had to pay for labor even though Firestone was accountable for the shock falling off. 5. ********************* and AccountabilityJacob dismissed my concerns, saying he had already done enough by discounting labor and using better parts.I am now facing an additional $1k in repairs for control arms that should have been addressed earlier. These issues pose serious consumer protection and vehicle safety concerns, and I request that this complaint be formally reviewed and acted upon

I took my car for a diagnostic check on 5/2/2025. When I picked up my car I had a Crack on my windshield. Firestone is saying the Crack was noted in the system by the mechanic but this is not true, I did not have a Crack prior to bringing my car. **** with firestone started an internal investigation which was completed without resolution and without speaking to me the customer. I have been trying to get a hold of ****** boss but I was told there is no number of his that can be given to me and that he will call me but he hasn't. I've tried reaching the claims *** and his supervisor but they have not returned my calls.

I went to Firestone Complete Auto Care in ***********, ** on 5/27/2025 because the temperature gauge in my car was fluctuating between the center and the ** They told me that I needed to replace the radiator and the lower intake manifold gasket. I told them I had already replaced the radiator in February 2025, but they said due to the lower intake manifold gasket leaking, that it damaged the radiator and it needed to be replaced again. They charged me $1957.29 for Cooling system pressure test ($31.99), Complete vehicle inspection ($21.99), Radiator replacement ($885.98), Thermostat ($208.99), Coolant Fluid exchange ($168.48), Gaskets - engine ($487.99). I left Firestone and on my way home, the temperature gauge in my car was doing the exact same thing that I went there for. I made an appointment to go back on Saturday 5/31/2025. When I went in on that day, they told me that I now need to replace the motor due to the coolant "looking milky" and them performing a "block test". Firestone did a cooling system inspection on 5/27/2025 but did NOT identify any major internal engine problem leading to an incorrect first repair, ignoring internal engine damage (if true), leading to wasted cost and further engine damage. They also refused to give me a courtesy oil change on 5/31/2025 due to the "state of the motor" after suggesting that I get an oil change on 5/27/2025.

I got an oil change on 5/27/25 (Tuesday) and oil light came on 5/28/25 at the firestone in *********** located (1222 veterans parkways *****************) at I thought maybe Firestone forgot to reset the oil warning or something, a day later I got a warning I never saw on my car advising me that the oil was VERY LOW it kept going off in my car so I panic and took it to Firestone. When I arrived to Firestone on 5/31/25 they did a courtesy check due to oil light coming on. FYI I have a luxury car and its in perfect condition no recommended services or oil leaks. The girl told me they didnt put enough oil in your car, he probably wasnt paying attention. She proclaimed they topped it off today, the oil light went off. This could have messed up my motor, engine! Im going to have a second look to see if an oil change was ever performed somewhere else. I want a full refund and to be compensation because now I have to take my car to the Infiniti dealership to have a full diagnostic done to ensure no damage to my engine has occurred due to Firestone negligence! I want a full refund for the oil change additional compensation since I have to drive almost 2 hours to the closest ******** dealership to have a full diagnostic performed which will cause me to lose an entire days work!

September of 2024 vehicle dropped off at a Firestone located in *******,** off of ************I stated I only wanted OEM parts reinstalled on the truck. Firestone stated they would do so and all the parts installed were OEM.The parts that were installed on the truck were not OEM manufactured parts. Therefore I had to drop the truck back off at the ******* Firestone Easter weekend of 2025 which is located 13 hours round trip from where I am living/working for them to install proper OEM parts. They stated they would have the truck done by Monday(Day after Easter) and gave me a rental in the meantime. The truck was not done for about another week and a half. They are refusing to deliver the truck to me and I am currently stuck with a rental that Firestone is paying for. But due to work schedule I cannot drive up to get the truck and they will not deliver it.If the proper parts were installed on the truck originally I would not have had to drive it back up there to get fixed in the first place.I paid $10,962 for the original installation of parts on the truck.
