I went into tire works in to get 4 new tires. after the installation i was told that one of the tpms sensors was bad and that i could get it at the auto parts shop. a week later i got the part and went to the shop to to get installed. after they installed it they then informed me that it wasn't the correct part and i would need someone to program it but they didn't know where to get that done at. and if that wasn't bad enough as I'm walking out the door the gut says that they can install the correct one and program it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! never once did anyone let me know about that option!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i spent days and multiple auto shops getting the part!!!!!!!!!!!

I brought my vehicle in for a coolant leak on February 2nd, 2024 and charged $716.41 to replace my radiator. After picking up and paying the bill, I drove home and tried to use my horn, it didn't work. I called this store and had to bring my car back the next morning. The mechanic called me outside from the waiting area instead of coming in and explain what the problem was, he wasn't honest in simply telling me that he messed up and reconnecting it. Two days later, still had a leak, so I had to return again, the told me now, the coolant tank had a crack in it and wanted to charge me again. I refused after paying for a radiator $716.41. They replaced the tank and picked up my car that afternoon, February 7th. I noticed a side rear lense missing, the gas gauge defected, no traction control functioning. After filling the gas tank in the amount of $19.00, I drove back and complained and crying. The store manager told me to open a claim, which I did. Now I have three problems, a missing lense, no traction control, no gas gauge, a TERRIBLE experience. This store should have elephants , clowns in front of the business, because it's a circus.

I took my car in for 2 new tires, was told it was a 2 1/2 hr wait so my daughter picked me up n brought me back later. When I questioned the price they told me they put 4 on. I ended up paying the whole thing by being approved for their cc so I could get a discount. I really didn't know what to do, never experienced a situation like this.. so then he proceeded to tell me if I go ahead n use that card, I can get more of a discount. I called n talked to someone in corp they were going give me the tires free but I felt a little odd doing that because I have the tires. So they said what about oil changes to make up for the inconvenience. I said I guess. They said they would send me 3 free coupons. Well never received them bout 5 wks later, I call again they are at the store instead of being sent to me.! So they get sent to me but specifically says no synthetic oil changes. Now I'm ticked again. I call n complain again because now I can't use the coupons I'm given. Well now I don't trust them to take my car back for an oil change..

I called and spoke with Greg W*******, the manager of this location, around 11am. He quoted a price of $482.95 and confirmed that this included two tires, labor, and taxes. When my partner (a woman) arrived, he immediately quoted a price that was $180 larger. After some prodding and highlighting that this was not the price quoted to me, they then told her that the absolute lowest they could do it for was $495.
No ride was offered to her home or back to the tire shop when the work was ready, despite assurances that this would be provided and a history of doing that for other customers.
My partner went back to the shop clarifying we would only pay the price initially quoted. She asked the dealer to remove the expense. After berating her, Greg then switched his story to “I did not include tax”. When I got on the phone, he then threatened to remove the tires altogether (which seems like a lot of labor?) to put on the old ones if we did not pay the $495.
I then told my partner to pay the expense, calmly telling her that I would start filing the complaint After I hung up, I was frustrated. What was worse, and a fireable offense, in an act of unambiguous gaslighting, he then proceeded to berate and verbally abuse my partner, saying ‘he felt disrespected’ on the phone, and ‘he would have taken off the expense if she just asked.’ But she absolutely did ask, and I confirmed several times in my initial phone call that the price of $482.95 was what we would pay including parts, labor, and taxes.
To try to tell a woman a completely different price than a man, initially stating almost $200 more than initially quoted, is an outright act of misogyny. It is will documented and should be a major concern of auto body shops like this that women are frequently quoted significantly higher prices than men because of a perceived lack of knowledge. This misogynistic action is precisely what happened, and is not just unacceptable bad customer service. It is also illegal.

I had a job completed and went back because the issue was not resolved was told it was under warranty but advised by staff to talk to store manager to see if he wanted to do the work. Store manager (Chaz) was incredibly unprofessional and unwilling to do the work. Had to call their corporate team to see about a resolution. I am currently waiting on a response.

Took my 2008 F150 in on 12/28/2023 for tires, oil change, spark plugs and multipoint inspection. After upcharging me for services that I did not approve, and at the end of a 12 hr. day of waiting in their waiting room, they told me that they did not change the plugs due to a corporate liability concern. I let them know that was absolute horse ****. I went on a 1 wk long road-trip/vacation the next morning. That was the whole reason for bringing my truck in to Firestone in the first place. After returning home, my truck started idleing very rough. I took it to my new mechanic and had the plugs changed, some timing solenoids and he said there is no oil in the engine. I was shocked since I just paid for an oil change at Firestone 30 days prior. I had him change the non existent oil and give me the old filter. I took the filter to Firestone and had them show me the brand that they put on my truck. It did not match. What Firestone did among other fraudulent charges was to take off my oil filter, empty the oil, put my filter back on and not put any oil in the truck. 1 month later **** says my engine is absolutely ruined and needs replaced.

I went in for a front-end alignment because we have a lifetime alignment agreement with this location. They tried to tell me my front bushings were missing, my oil valve and loaded struts needed replacing, and the ignition needed replacing. It would've cost me $2,600 to fix it all. I took the car to a trusted family mechanic who told me NONE of those repairs were necessary. DON'T COME TO THIS BUSINESS!

They are very unprofessional you call and make an appointment then once you arrive they start racking up money! They tell you one thing on the phone and a completely different thing when you arrive. Didn’t even get the appointment straight had me in for just an oil change. Tires are slipping and stabilitrax and abs lights blinking. This is my second appointment problem here and guaranteed there won’t be a third try. Was only supposed to drive it to see if it was a bearing but if it couldn’t be found out then it would need a diagnostic test but the first thing I was told when I arrived $119 and some change for the diagnostic test and it absolutely had to be done. Cannot wait to see the final result.

When I went home to unload my stuff
