I've been a loyal customer for over 10yrs but this location (Austin Peay Hwy in Memphis TN) is TERRIBLE. I needed 2 new tires. The mechanics fixed one but broke my wheel lock key and damaged the wheel lock on the other. My car sat in the shop for a few days. I eventually had to get my car out of their shop and drive on a bad tire to the nearest *** dealership to determine the right key to order. Turned out the damage they caused to the wheel lock wouldn’t allow a new key to fit. I had to try other DIY means to remove the wheel locks myself. Finally, they charged me more than the original work order I received when I returned car. They claimed they "deleted" the original work order but I still have the emailed copy. I asked for a rotation on the original work order but apparently the manger removed it after I disputed the charges. The manager, Marc, was arrogant and rude. Other employees I interacted with, Jacob and Alex, were polite and courteous.

Very poor management and work ethic, not to mention the lies and overcharges. Had to bring vehicle back twice and all they did was break something else. They changed spark plugs that were 5 months old, then charged over $600. We were told they couldn't help us or test drive vehicles because they were understaffed due to the manager having personal problems. This place is a joke and creates more business for themselves.

On Wednesday March 6th 2024 I went in for a scheduled appointment at 1601 North Knoxville Ave. Peoria IL. 61603 to get a vehicle inspection, I waited there while my car was being serviced, after they were done I was told of numerous issues that needed to be repaired, some I already knew about others were a complete shock because I knew that it wasn’t true, I was told that I had missing and leaking brake lines, I got completely annoyed because I was just by my mechanic’s place of business and he didn’t say anything about missing and leaking brake lines, I told the technician before I left Firestone that I knew my brake lines were rusted by they aren’t missing or leaking, I went to my mechanic Friday March 8th to get a second opinion and he let me come to the back while my car was on the lift and showed me where the brake lines had been previously replaced before I bought the vehicle, he showed me that there wasn’t any leaks or any lines missing, he said that they made that up at Firestone to get you to get work done that you didn’t need, I knew it but I had to get a second opinion, please steer away from this location, they are involved in deceptive practices and to those unsuspecting customers who don’t know any better, just imagine if they lied to me how many other customers have they lied to and who paid the money for repairs that they didn’t need, I’ve already called their complaint hotline and made a report, im calling consumer affairs, BBB and the Attorney Generals Office to make them aware of this location deceptive practices

DON'T USE THEM!! We took our ******** there for 4 new tires and alignment. they should've told us that they don't have the proper tools/experience to work import cars. After hours of trying they told us that they couldn't align one of the tires. We took the car to our ******** dealership for the alignment and they told us that it looked like Firestone tried to pry the bracket on the tow bar and damaged it. so we reached out to Firestone to file an insurance claim with the Senior Specialist. He asked to send a Technician out inspect the vehicle. Maserati was kind enough to allow the inspection at their dealership. My husband and I took off work and Firestone Tech never showed up. When we called the Specialist he said they had car trouble and weren't coming. No apologies, could have cared less.
No wonder as you can see they have an F Rating.

Firestone in Salinas is the worst!!!
We took our **** there when it started overheating back in June of 2023. They conducted a diagnosis and claimed it was our radiator fan… this time. We had our radiator and thermostat x2 replaced by Firestone already and still having overheating issues. Monica the store manager called us and advised us of the cost, almost $1000.00 to fix our overheating issue. I asked Monica if she was sure it wasn’t the water pump or a bad thermostat again. Monica reassured me that those components had been tested and confident that we had a bad fan. We agreed on the replacement, I went by a few hours later and talked with a technician who was working on the **** and he stated it was still overheating. I told him Monica said a new fan would fix our issue. The technician said “I don’t know why she told you that.” Another thermostat was installed and we still were charged the full amount. Even though it was a bad thermostat Monica still charged us and lied about the other components being tested. I filed a claim with Firestone corporate and Monica tried to lie again… we ultimately received a $900.00 refund…. But we are still having overheating issues and check engine codes related to the fan. I have taken the **** back twice and Firestone Salinas refused to work on the vehicle per Monica and now claim my warranty it voided because of the refund. I will file a claim with the bureau of automotive repair and call Firestone Corporate again. Monica has no morals or ethics and has made this a personal thing because she was called out on her lies… be careful consumers….

I will never go back to firestone due to replacement of BRAND new breaks with lines, hoses, master, booster and when I submit my compliant to corporate. They close my request but never called me back to hear what I had to say about this situation. The lack of disrespect and doubting the customer dissatisfaction especially when the new breaks went out while driving with my child.

Firestone is a scam. They are not telling people what is truly wrong with their vehicle actually adding more to the invoice when all work is not needed. On 2/26/24 they gave me an invoice that listed steering & suspension twice bushing torn, remove & replace control arm ball joint both, stabilzer bar control link both, 3 bad tires, front strut cost $3500.00...On 2/27/24 I got my car checked out again from the ***** dealership and the only thing that had to be replace was the control arm $500 cost...Firestone address 305 E lancaster Ave Wynnewood Pa 19096

We purchased lifetime alignment for my *** soul ,I got tired of paying over $700 for a set of tires at Firestone and when we started getting it aligned using tires I bought for $232 for a full set on ****** they started telling me parts in my front end were bad and couldn’t align it correctly ,I replaced the parts myself for $40 they were going to charge $312 to replace them and come to find out those parts weren’t even bad but I already bought them and just put them on ,in the 6 months I got 6 alignments and the car drove worse and worse with each alignment until I couldn’t drive it in the rain because it was so squirly,my tires in that 6 months and 6 alignments are now bald and my rear tires are like new!,on my 6 th alignment the mentioned that it could be my rack and pinion going bad and it would be over $1500 .i got a second opinion from ***********  and had them do a full inspection and determined the only thing wrong with my car is the alignment! $100 later and my *** hasn’t driven this good since new ! This ordeal cost me over $500 to recover from and endangered my life and prevented me from going to work when it rained .when I confronted the salesman at the desk he said there were new workers there and need more training and the alignment racks were malfunctioning and he’d have the manager call me ,he never did so I called the customer service and made a complaint and she said someone will call in a week so I called again and talked to someone and they said there is no record of my complaint and would call me back in a week and they never did so I called one last time and got the same run around , this corporate company doesn’t care about its customers or their safety and is a well played scam .you will find integrity at your small mom and pop shops rather than this heartless soulless corporation .

I am beyond furious with the abysmal treatment I received at Firestone in Southwest Ranches. Today, I felt like I was taken for a ride, and not in the way anyone wants when dealing with their vehicle.
I walked in at 3 pm with the simple request to patch two tires. To add insult to injury, the staff suggested an alignment, assuring me it would only be done if the tires could be patched. Fast forward to 6 pm, and I'm hit with the bombshell that my tires cannot be fixed. Despite this, they insisted on payment for the alignment, a service that was never meant to be performed without addressing the initial problem.
When I dared to question this illogical demand, the staff's rudeness was astonishing. They brazenly claimed that aligning the car and fixing the tires were mutually exclusive. The manager, lacking any semblance of empathy, only deigned to address the situation when I demanded it. I begrudgingly handed over payment just to retrieve my car, and not a single word of apology was uttered. Instead, they smirked through the entire transaction.
To add injury to insult, after paying up, I discovered they hadn't bothered to put my wheel lock nuts back in the car. It's infuriating to be treated with such disdain by a supposedly reputable company. Firestone, this is not the service your customers deserve. I strongly urge you to take this feedback seriously, reevaluate your training procedures, and ensure that customers are treated with the respect they rightfully deserve.

I went into tire works in to get 4 new tires. after the installation i was told that one of the tpms sensors was bad and that i could get it at the auto parts shop. a week later i got the part and went to the shop to to get installed. after they installed it they then informed me that it wasn't the correct part and i would need someone to program it but they didn't know where to get that done at. and if that wasn't bad enough as I'm walking out the door the gut says that they can install the correct one and program it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! never once did anyone let me know about that option!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i spent days and multiple auto shops getting the part!!!!!!!!!!!
