Also a complaint about the Steele St shop. On May 25th we got an alignment at Steele St and took a trip. During our trip we noticed our steering wheel was off center 2". When we came back from our trip we wanted new tires so we went to the Pacific Ave shop and also told them about our steering wheel. They put on new tires and fixed our steering wheel issue. After we left we noticed the truck was all over the road. We took it back to Pacific and they told us they couldnt fix it because the camera system was aligned with the steering wheel they took off. Apparently they didnt fix the alignment to the steering wheel, they just took it off and moved it. So we then had to take it to a ***** dealership to get it fixed correctly. ***** told us that Firestone also screwed up our nice new black rims by not taking any of the old weights off and putting silver weights on and not black. What this means is that Firestone needs to issue us a check for the work we had to have done at the dealership as well as fix the weights issue on our nice rims.

I was quoted $2100 which was $700 over what the dealership wanted to charge for the same repair (replace radiator) and $1200 more than what I paid a local competitor to do the job. I paid $930. I am going to report this to someone it is the second time I have had this experience at the same location. Company should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of people who have no idea it is a shame. I understand the goal is to make money but more than double the price! Firestone is completely robbing the community and I am going to let it be known.

Zero rating. In January of 2020 I purchased new tires at this location with a 70,000 mile warranty. Two days ago, my tire pressure warning light was on, so I went to Firestone, and they filled my tires. I asked the gentleman to check my tires as I am planning to go on a road trip. He suggested that I replace the tires as they are 6 years old, manufactured in 2017. I asked him to look in his computer for my purchase history. He did and stated there was nothing in the computer. I asked that he give me a quote for new tires. He explained they were having a sale beginning in September, so I would receive $100 off the purchase price. I booked an appointment in September. I went home and found my receipt. so the next day, yesterday I went back to Firestone. I spoke to a different individual and asked why I would need to replace tires that I purchased here in 2020 with a 70,000 mile warranty and only drove about 20,000 miles on these tires. He needed to take a look at the tires, he made the same recommendation to replace the tires. He stated that the tires are past 6 years and they should be replaced. I also asked if they were trying to take advantage of a senior citizen or female. I asked to speak to the manager. Well Edward was the individual who I spoke with yesterday. Edward approached and said oh yeah, I remember you from yesterday. I showed him my receipt for the tire purchased in 2020. He stated he was not here then and the information did not show on the computer yesterday. Edward was rude and very unprofessional throwing my receipt back at me. I have since filed a complaint with Firestone Corporate office, yelp, ****** reviews and ***** *****. I will continue to file complaints against Firestone as I do feel as if I was sold an inferior product and they do not stand by what they sell.

We have been going to Firestone for years, but we will NEVER go again. We purchased tires from them and were told that they would provide us with a lifetime of free tire rotations. My husband only received this deal because he told him that we would just get our tires from discount tire. It was notated on his account and very clear for everyone to see. Since receiving this deal, he was being told that his tires were being rotated like they were supposed to, but we realized that his tire tread was wearing way too quickly. So when my husband approached them about it, he was told that they have only rotated his tires once in the past 2 years. He explained that he could not understand why they had not done it when we had free fire rotations. They begin to explain that it was not possible for him to have this deal and that it was not located in the system. Upon going to a different Firestone, it was clearly identified that we did have that promotion and we printed it off for our records. The manger at the concord location called my husband a liar and said that they do not do those types of deals. My husband took all of this to corporate who never officially called us back. We were told that the regional manager was on vacation and that the University manger was filling in for him. He told my husband to bring the car up there and he would give us a good deal on new tires. He went up there and of course he was not there. He left a message for him to give us a call and of course, we heard nothing back. Firestone has caused us to have to buy all new tires in less than 2 years and completely treated us with disrespect. They did not follow through with what was promised AND in writing. We will NEVER step foot again in this establishment and will also make sure everyone else knows not to ever go here again.

I had my car towed here on a Sunday, I was told it would be looked at on the following Monday.
Monday comes and goes, no call.
I call the following Tuesday to get an update on my car.
They told me they would call back in an hour with an estimate.
The issue I was having with my car was the rubber bushing on my transmission cable had worn away.
I told them this when I initially brought my car in.
So they call me back and tell me that it’s going to be $718.48 for parts and labor.
They tried telling me that I needed the entire cable replaced.
I know that was in incorrect because I was able to shift it to reverse when I initially had it towed there.
I told them that I will have it towed somewhere else to get it done cheaper than that.
So when I get there to pick my car up, they tell me that I’m going to need to to pay $120 for the diagnostic.
So I asked the guy why did they run a diagnostic on the car when I told them what the issue was in the first place.
He then changed his tune and said that’s the fee for them to look at the car.
These guys tried to price gouge me, misdiagnose my car, and when I called them out on it, they charged me for basically nothing.
To add insult to injury, they told me the $120 was a discount and they threatened to charge me more when I protested.
      Do not come here.
