I took my teen sons' Camry in for PA state inspection. I was told the valve cover gaskets needed to be replaced to pass. The valve cover gaskets were not leaking (they seep a little, I am happy to provide photos or even the car to prove), nor are they inspection items. The manager only wanted to argue with me, he wouldn't even look at regulations or the car!
I am an inspector myself, so I know this was a blatant attempt to rip me off. Probably because I am a woman.

I had service done beginning of May 2023. Through this process I have not only spent $700 of my own money to have them repair my vehicle it was never done and I still have the same issues. This experience has lead me through a rude, unprofessional store manager. Absolutely 0 contact from corporate. I've reached out to someone with the promise that I would be contacted within 24-48 business hours to discuss some kind of resoultion, each time having no one reach out at all. About a month and a half ago I finally got through an was referred to someone who finally said they would actually issue a refund. I was told a check would be mailed in the amount and would take 15 business days to arrive. After waiting said business days I've received nothing and again no contact. Playing phone tag with reps, supervisors, and corporate I am left waiting for a 2nd issued check which as of today being the 15th day has still not arrived. Speaking with customer service again today I am being told someone will contact me within 3 days from corporate to send out a "3rd" refund check. I've verified my address with them multiple times. I have a story book of notes on my account seeking some kind of help or resolution and I've been lead on a goose Chase of hopes and dreams that I would be refunded for services I paid for that was never fulfilled correctly. I still have the same issue with my car when I took it in, in May. I am left with the same issue and close to $700 short. This is a scam company who chooses to make a promise they can fix your vehicle take you money and hope you exhaust yourself in trying to track any kind of solution down. I do not advise anyone to go to this location. And I after dealing with the corporate side I wouldn't advise their entire company to anyone. Unless you prefer being ripped off and taken advantage of, and money stolen from you.

2 lights came on in my car. TPMS & O2 sensor bank 1. I decided to take it to Tires Plus, a company I have dealt with for almost a decade. I asked RAMON, the Ass. Mrg, to inspected my car since it was giving me a “bumpy ride”. I authorized a full diagnostic report. It would total $2,500 to fix all the issues excluding the 02 sensor. I asked about the gas cleaning service they provide, he stated “I don’t recommend this product or any product to be added to your gas tank”. Instead, he advised me to drive the car & fill up twice with premium gasoline and this should clear the 02 sensor. I researched the parts: Serpentine Belt $12, Upper / Lower control arms $300, bulb $4 but they will not allow you to bring in your own parts, I agreed for them to fix all stated issues. The next day I picked up my car and paid $2,500. While bothered, I was told since they also performed an alignment, that I would need to return the following week for them to look over the car. The week I drove my car, I still had the same bumpy ride. I returned as instructed and advised Ramon that the car was still bumpy. He became irate elevating his voice and swearing. “We don’t make the ******** princes here, that’s a cooperate thing”. He replied that “you can just take your ******* car to someone else” He decided to walk out of the shop as he continued to use profanity. His store manager Frank M******* was sitting there and attempted to apologize. Stating "Ramon had surgery the previous day and it is affecting his mood". He assured me that if I left my car, he would personally look over it and fix any issues if need be. I told him I did NOT want Ramon to touch my car. When I went to pick it up, Frank was not there, instead it was Ramon at the front desk. My car reeked of gasoline, the inside door handle was broken and now I have 5 new lights lights. Now it’s an electrical issue, a bent rim, & a radiator leak. I opted not to address these issues with staff instead it's corporate time.

I have informed that my Camshaft valve needs to be replaced 3 times in 14 months - which they fixed twice in thar time. They cracked the valve when replaced it 1st time. 2nd time, dropped bolt in engine - was without car for 3 days due to they didn't have a master mechanic to retrieve it. (3 days of work, lost - as of not paid) When I got it back - I smelled exhaust through vents. They never closed the exhaust clamp or air box. I was told it wasn't a big deal - so my headaches were ok? The individuals with special needs I assist while taking them in the environment - breathing this was OK? Now, 8 months later - valve broken again and they want to charge me - again (same company - different location). I asked them to check engine light and they said it would take 3-4 hours to check light and diagnose problem. It was a 15 min emissions part fix.

This is a review of the Firestone at 10501 S Parker Rd in Parker, CO:
I had my brakes replaced here one month ago because they were due to be replaced and heard it was cheaper to get them replaced outside a brand-specific dealership. First issue is they took forever to look at my car. What’s the point of scheduling an early morning appointment if you’re not even gonna look at the car until I return 2-3 hours later to ask you the status? Then, once I begin driving the car on the highway the whole thing shakes violently and even worse when braking. I take the car back to them to see what the issue is. They take forever to look at it and I’m not sure if they even would’ve called me if I didn’t call them an hour before they closed (again had an early morning appointment). Then they tell me that it’s shaking because I used excessive braking for the first 600 miles of having the car. Makes NO sense. Because it NEVER did that before THEY worked on it. They offer to replace the brakes, but say it’s not covered under warranty because the cause was attributed to me. Then they say even if they replace the brakes they can’t guarantee it won’t begin shaking again. What horse ****! I just took it to the actual brand dealership of the car to get it serviced who said that Firestone on Parker Rd did an “UNACCEPTABLE” job at replacing my brakes and that they recommended I go back to let them know about it and get the problem rectified. Went back to Firestone to tell them what the dealership service department said and they, again, blame it on me. So that’s over $1000 I’m out of because of Firestone’s incompetence. Wish I would’ve just taken the car to my brand’s dealership in the first place so I didn’t have to pay for them cleaning up the useless work Firestone did. I will never take my car to another Firestone. Take some ****  accountability!

Location: coit road, plano, TXI am a loyal customer for Firestone auto care , purchased lifetime alignment for 4 cars. Came to store on 8th Aug around 5pm for alignment after a new tire installed (******** *****) , I was told to leave the car and they will either work on it tonight or tomorrow morning and call me back.
Got a call today afternoon that it is done and ready. Once I reached the store they told me they could not print the results as printer is not working and no issues found.
When I checked the dash am recording , the car was never moved !!!, when I asked they said they mistaken with another ***** and they can do it now !!!. I am surprised on their vegan our and attitude towards customer and blunt lie about a service they have not even attempted to do.

This is due to the following service performed on July 5th, 2023, and the encounter my wife **** ******* had with the manager, Kyle D**** at Tires Plus located at 2615 Enterprise Rd. in Orange City, FL 32763.
First and foremost, the service conducted on July 5th, 2023, was approximately $777.25 in total, however the issue on today’s date is in regard to approximately $198.48 of that bill. The $198.48 was supposed to be for a complete coolant flush on our 2017 **** Explorer, which we found later, it was not exactly done. Today, July 14th, 2023, my wife was using the Explorer to drop our young children off for daycare and to proceed on from there to her job which is located within the neighboring county. Thankfully she was able to get our children dropped off at their daycare before the noises and issues began happening with the vehicle. My wife proceeded from the daycare back to our residence due to those loud noises and once she arrived back home. The vehicle immediately gushed liquid which we believed to be coolant all over the driveway and the icon within the vehicle stated that the engine was overheated. It did not make sense at the time as we literally just had this service done on July 5th. However, we later learned that the service was not actually done when we lifted the hood of the Explorer up. Once we lifted the hood, it revealed that the coolant container on the vehicle was missing the screw on cap and the hose still had a yellow clamp attached to it.
*****Stay far away from this business, if I could give them zero stars I would*****
Upper management will not respond to complaints nor do they care about their customers.

Paid to get work done.. work was not done properly.. engine light came on the second I started it.. paid 1400 to get fuel injectors changed out.. it was missing on cylinder 5 when I took it in.. said they had the proper equipment to fix the problem.. after working on it cylinder 3 is misfiring and they couldn’t diagnose the problem.. I feel like the job was done improperly and requested several times to talk to a area manager.. but they do not return my calls.. my fiancé owns the truck.. her father **** ******** worked at Firestone for 40 years, that’s the reason we gave them our business.. We are very disappointed that Firestone will not attempt to fix the problem.. all we asked that we can take it to another location with more experienced mechanics that can fix the problem.

On 7/15 they flushed out my brakes, and replaced the front rotors. On 7/22 while driving the brakes gradually went out completely. I had to pay a different company almost $900 to fix the mess they created and Firestone isn’t even communicating with me. I have photos and evidence that the complete brake failure was their fault. The brakes going out while driving nearly caused an accident. Never trusting a Firestone again. They endangered the lives of my husband and I and those around us and corporate hasn’t taken any steps to rectify the situation.
