      I went to get my tires rotated on my car. I have been going to this establishment for over 10 years and had a Firestone credit card. They said they rotated my tires but they didn’t. When they put them on they put lf, rf, rr, lr on the tires. They were still in the same position they were when they originally installed my tires. I called to get resolution. I made an appointment to get my tires rotated once again. I left the car at 730 and told them I needed it back by 1pm. They still did not rotate my tires. Untrustworthy!

      Horrible experience. They "installed new brakes", but neglected to tighten the caliper. Leaving me struggling to brake on the interstate. My rim was worn through, my tire was flat, it damaged the inside of my wheel hub. They have been nothing but rude and condescending from the minute it happened. Zero remorse, zero accountability. I escalated all the way to corporate and no one has ever called me except some manage guy from another store telling me "almost getting in a wreck doesn't count" and I need to get over it. They are a menace to anyone's car they touch and have no problem sending you out to get killed on the road when their "work" fails. Absolutely do NOT go there! Less than 1 star would still be too high.

      I can say quite a few good things about my experience with Firestone...
      From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendliness and professionalism by service advisor ***** *****. The staff took the time to thoroughly inspect my car and showed me exactly what parts needed attention, explaining everything in clear detail. It was refreshing to see honesty and transparency in a car service shop — no upselling, just genuine advice and excellent service.
      The staff are professional, approachable, and patient with all my questions. I truly felt like they cared about my car and my safety. I’ve been to other places, but the level of customer service and attention to detail at Firestone is the best I've experienced. It’s hard to find a place that combines integrity with quality, but this Firestone team in Tampa, led by store manager Leonard Liwosz, does both. I highly recommend going to him for auto care.

      Car was taken in for 4 new tires. I recently got a flat tire. To remove the lug nuts had to use a 4ft breaker bar because the lug nuts were so impacted on. After replacing the flat I checked the other three wheels and sure enough each lug nut had been impacted far past specs. Will not be returning for any service.

      This place is run by scam artists. I took my vehicle here to get a state inspection. This inspection that took over an hour which is ridiculous. Every inspection I’ve had before took less than 10 minutes. All of a sudden my tag lights were broken, which I believe they did that because I checked beforehand and one of my lights were broken off. Then the mechanic tried to say I had fog lights… it was a truck bed light switch… These are the most non-knowledgeable people I’ve ever come across. They’re looking for one thing. MONEY. This is WV people don’t have money to deal with this ridiculousness. Stay away from this place. I took my vehicle down the street and my vehicle passed state inspection with no problem. These people are the worst. I’ve lived all around the country. Former military. I’d give them a negative if I could. This not okay I will be reporting to the BBB and West Virginia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division.

      They totally damaged the rims on my car! They mis diagnosed my car and according to **** *********** they told me they were surprised my car hadn’t caught on fire due to a damaged wire connected to my alternator. They charged me for a tire rotation that **  said I didn’t need. They don’t honor their warranties every time I try to cash in on my warranty oh you don’t need this done and I go somewhere else it is a different story. This is the worst place to take your care to the Forest Park location. They have been ******** me over for years. One of my rims was bent and another one was scraped up around the whole entire rim. My husband paid $1000 for my rims. I am truly a dissatisfied customer. I feel like they owe me at $2000.00 dollars for selling me an Alternator I didn’t need. Giving me a tire rotation I didn’t need, not honoring my warranty on my alignment and destroying two of my rims. Buyer beware.

      I brought my vehicle to Firestone in ******, ** to have all four tires replaced. After the service, I immediately noticed fresh scratches on one of my rims damage that I am absolutely confident was not there before. I take great care of my car, and the damage appeared to be consistent with a tire machine mishap, not curb contact.When I raised the issue in person, the staff told me it was old curb rash, which I strongly disagreed with. I became frustrated during the interaction not because I was looking for a confrontation, but because I felt dismissed and disrespected. I was also questioned about whether I had even brought my car to that location. After that, my calls were not returned.I initially posted a review online describing what happened. Only after that public review did I receive a corporate response asking me to email my complaint to their social care team. I followed their instructions, sent the full details and photo evidence, but received no follow-up at all until I updated my ****** review again. That seems to be what finally triggered a response.This leads me to believe that Firestone is more interested in protecting their online image than truly resolving customer concerns. Ive made every effort to handle this through the proper channels, but the lack of accountability at both the local and corporate level has been **************** still open to resolution, but based on what Ive seen so far, Firestone appears responsive only when under public scrutiny, not because they genuinely care about customer satisfaction.

      dont ever come here at all. they put the wrong parts on my car and farther damaged my car. the "manager" ****** did nothing but say, "oh im sorry" and smiled. so my car doesnt work anymore and its causing me more to fix it. the techs arent skilled in anything but tires and oil changes so this place isnt complete auto care. its just a tire change place. the management is refusing to refund me or pay for my damages. i stayed up there for 12 hours on a friday and my car stopped moving. ive been paying for lyfts and i had to pay for tows...this place is a mess...they will treat your car like a diy project and it will cause you double to fix it. ordering and putting in the wrong parts and trying to rig up your car to make 1500 is corporate greed edited It's been almost a week and nothing I was told that their would be a wire transfer but nothing, someone was suppose to come check out my car before the other mechanics start working on it but nothing...THIS PLACE IS FULL OF CORPORATE GREED please don't come here they ruined my Porsche Cayenne and my life I will have to shovel thousands of dollars that was stolen from me by ****** and her team at firestone... please save yourself hours hours and days and days go somewhere else. Ive going to find everywhere I can leave reviews to look out for people. I'm contacting the news about shady business practices next

      Excellent Service. Sales people were very friendly and made me welcome and like an important person. Service was quick, and professionally done. I would recommend this store to anyone. I for one will make this store my main store for all my auto service needs. Good job everyone.
