I had my 2019 ********** Outlander Sport towed to this location due to a mis-fire issue with the engine.Right off the start, the associate that checked me on was already saying "yeah it's probably a coil which can be expensive.I am aware of that. However, after I left, ********* sent me an initial proposed invoice showing the diagnostic service charge, which I was fine with since it's about standard and the total labor charge and the parts cost. All of these costs were broken down separate. The issue here is this, for (4) NGK Iridium IX Spark Plugs, Firestone was charging ***** per spark plug. On any given day, at most, (1) spark plug only cost approx. ***** and further research showed a set of (4) could be purchased for approx. *****. I was quick to call the associate back and inquire, Firestone was insistent that this is what they cost. Then they tried to say the labor cost was wrapped in the price which was a right out in-correct because the labor cost was broken out by itself. When this did not work for the associate, he then said the price included insurance from the parts carrier, shipping, packaging, etc. I advised him that this was Firestones cost and not to be pushed to the customer. ********************** then called back and attempted to haggle with a ****** discount off the service and that NOW he could get the plug for *****. This even shows that Firestone was not on the up and up and what they were trying to charge with the assumption that I would not call then out for it and just roll over and pay the amounts.I then directed Firestone not to touch my vehicle, had my vehicle removed and towed to a more reputable repair shop that actually evaluates the issue in a more cost-effective way and presents better customer service. My recommendation would be to avoid this particular service location since the associates seem pretty incompetent, have no clue what they are doing and over charging their customers by up charging 300% and up on the parts.

December 2024 we had four new Firestone tires installed and afterwards the tire pressure monitors for all four tires did not work. We brought it back, they charged 50.00 to check the sensor, said it was fixed, brought it home and still no pressure monitor. We brought it back and again 50.00 fee and no monitor. Fast forward May 25, 2025. One of the new tires bulges at the sidewall so returned to replace the defective tire. Again, "don't worry we fixed the tire monitor" and again, still totally non functional. Terrible tires, terrible service, and no response to problems. Emailed corporate and customer service is apparently in Mumbai. I have sent the same invoices, answers to questions and data three times now and the auto reply is that they can't see the answers I am sending them.

My mother bought a new used car and took it to this facility to be checked for needed work because of a 2 month warranty. She was told the car was in good shape. A week later didn't start. Took it back and they said she needed a battery. Bought a battery. A week later it didn't start again. This time they said that the part needed is no longer being made. Next we took it to a dealer. They wanted $1500 to repair misc variety of stuff. They told us that the transmission fluid was black, radiator fluid was red, a/c didn't work and there was a missing license light. All of this could have been caught if firestone had actually looked at the car line they said they would. They are now telling me that They will only deal with my 88 year old mother who can't deal with this anymore. This is not right and I believe they purposely trying not to live up to their responsibilities and are taking big advantage of a senior who now has to pay for stuff that would have been covered elsewhere. Buyer beware.

If I can give no stars I would. I had 2 rear tires replaced on my *** that were picked out by the store manager. He said they were the best tires for my car. Ordered them and they put them on.. just for less than 6 months for them to be completely bald. I went back and he said they are not the best for my car and was not helpful, he stated that I should have got other tires and they also don’t have warranty on them they were $700.. the area manger reached out after I put in a complaint, he said the best he could do for me was to look up tires best for my car and give me a 20% discount. I needed the tires so we ended up paying $580 for those two tires.. fast forward 8 months later, went in to get an oil change and they rotated my tires in a “care package” I did not noticed they rotated them front to back till 5 months later the back ones are now showing extreme wear. In the door for the car it says not to rotate front to back because they are staggered tires. We communicated this with two stores and the store that rotated the tires said “my guys made a mistake come bring it back and we can rotate them back” but I can’t drive it because the tires are about to pop. So now I am quoted $600 on the other 2 tires that are worn down because they made a mistake and rotated my tires. I will not be paying $600 for these two other tires that were caused to wear down so quickly because of their mistake. I was better off going to a small business tire shop than here. They did not take accountability at first for their mistake. Then after back and forth they said come back and we will just rotate them. So your telling me I have to pay $600 unnecessarily and would put me at spending around $1880 for 4 tires???? Ridiculous, store mangers unhelpful and rude. Upper management has not responded to my email or call. Now to get to work is a struggle and my safety for me and my children were not a concern to them at all. I don’t not recommend this company.

I came to Firestone near Fredericksburg Rd and 410 at 9am this am. I was the 1st to check in of 2 people. I came for a radiator flush on a 2004 ***** intrepid and of course, the did extra. They did a free pressure test and found my Thermostat housing seal was leaking coolant. So instead of $148 it went to an additional $342 for 1.9 hrs labor and parts. It is 3:04pm cost and I am just getting my car. The guy worked on my car a minimum of 1 hr. He worked on tons of others and got them out the way. He had a slight attitude the rep at counter and the worker who fixed my car. They had no sense of urgency when I'm giving them over 500 today. I will be contacting **** * the mgr, whom they wld not give me his number. I will not go back to any Firestone in my life. They had a problem with me cause I know lots about cars and I am a lady. I had plans to go out of town on this memorial day Holiday, but of course, that did not happen.

I went to 2 different Firestone stores in CT and now I need a new transmission... Someone please HELP !!! They took advantage of my situation. I'm dealing with cancer, I received grants to fix my car and now I'm without a car because they put an axle on my car because they messed up my original axle while fixing my struts and punctured my transmission and now I need a new transmission.... SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME !!! I've reached out to corporate with NO response from them, the only one who calls me back is the 2 different branches that did the botched job on my car... There's so much more but limited... I can't get to my scheduled appointments due to not having my car !!

I brought my 2023 ******** **** here for an oil change because my regular guy could not get me in this week.
I dropped off and picked up.
Upon pick up, as I walked back to my vehicle, I noticed several grease marks all over the vehicle. It was noticeable because I went through the local car wash just before dropping the car off at Firestone.
Once I got inside the vehicle, I also notice several oddities.
One, the steering wheel was moved
Two, the radio was on a different station. As far as this goes, when I called to complain, the employee stated the techs have to reset the dash. However, it was still reading the car needed service so they never performed that service.
Three, my sunglass/glasses holder above the sun visor that uses a magnet was pulled apart and glasses had been placed above the sun visor.
Four, there was what looked like brake dust all over the steering wheel. I had to use a wipe to clean it before driving. That wipe became ultra filthy.
Five, something I didnt notice until later after going to the gas station. There was a tool sticking out of the hood while the hood was closed down on this tool. The tool was about 1 foot and a half long.
What type of incompetence goofy ish is this?
I should not have this many issues from getting an oil change.
Why are these or this moron rummaging through my vehicle and possibly wearing my tortoise shell glasses.
They cant be certified techs here and may need to get random drug tested. How do you forget a tool that large and slam the hood down on it without noticing. Maybe they or he was high? At this point, it's not above the realm of possibility.
I am sure they dont care but I'm never bringing my cars back here again !!
I do have pics and video but there is no where to upload them here.
