      Juanluis and Lezlie were recently very helpful with an incident recently in which two fraudulent attempts to open credit card accounts in my name occurred. Both took a great deal of time to actually work out some of the responses and give me instructions for more I could do. Many thanks!

      Juanluis was exceptionally helpful. I got my identity stolen which is super annoying but he was so helpful with getting it straightened out and gave me simple, actionable items to best assist myself. Thank god for Kroll and Juanluis' expertise. Give that man a raise!!!

      Juan was such a big help to me. He spent almost an hour with me and another person from ******* *** rectifying the problem that was overwhelming to me since it was the first time at age 78 I ever experienced anything like this. He also sent me and told me what to do so I will be alerted on the quality of my credit. Juan is the BEST. Thank you

      Juanluis took several hours and helped me contact a bank that someone had opened multiple cards and accounts in my name. He gave me all the links to freeze my credit and I am extremely thankful for all of his knowledge and help. Thank you for the email that alerted me to this problem. He was very calm and reassuring.

      Juan was Awesome in helping with my fraud issue! He explained everything to me in complete detail and was very thorough. He stayed on the line with me even though it took a while to contact someone from ******* ***. He provided great advice and direction with the steps I need to make and explained them all very well to me. The process and ease of understanding was first class. Juan gets high marks from me. Kroll should hold onto employees such as Jaun. A REAL asset to your company.

      I've been dealing with identity theft and was helped by Juan. The support was excellent and effective. Although it took time we managed to close identity theft account and removing my liability. Because of complexity he then moved me to a specialist with whom I now am working. High marks. The relief of not having to deal with this alone means a great deal. Thank you!

      I was under quite a major hack attack to where they had positioned themselves in my bank accounts, running scams involving my sister's house by acting like it was up for sale, in my emails following an EEOC case I had undertook to recoup stolen wages from a 4 month period and were sitting in wait to steal it all from me once I was awarded my wages. Thankfully my bank caught them early and shut that down and helped me retake control of my accounts. Little did I know that was not the end of it. Now seeking funding for my newly started business, I came to find I was not eligible for any type of decent loans due to the 8 hard inquiries made on my credit report... *sigh* Due to a hospital info crack, I was given 2 years of service from Kroll, and thankfully it was a great service to get! Juan and Lezlie in joint effort brought me back from a reeling mind to a plan of action to take and were succinctly clear with real expectations of what I still had to go through. To recover from this attack it will take time, they laid out what options I had to take and what timelines each action would be dictated by. They were able to alleviate my worries, set my credit reports up with protections from any further tampering, and were quite prompt to get everything to my inbox I needed to load up my arsenal for what needed to be done. They also gave me their direct phone lines if I hit any hiccups or have any questions that may arise through all of this. It's definitely an ease to your mind knowing you have a team with you willing and able to help you in any way they can through this because honestly this is about as stressed as I've ever been in my life.

      I am 75 and not internet savvy. I called Kroll when I received an email alert regarding false credit card information, I was surprised that the call was answered on the 3rd rings impressive!
      I explained the reason for the call and was transferred to Juanluis, a fraud specialist. I waited about 5 minutes for the transfer to connect. I didn't know what to expect or what reaction I would receive from the fraud specialist. He went way beyond my expectations. He put me at ease, explained everything in simple language and conferenced called with me to the companies involved. It took a while but the problems were solved. He then transferred me, Leslie, to a senior fraud specialist who explained the follow up steps I should take to protect and prevent this from happening again.
