    DW is the best conservative media outlet and the only one making a REAL impact on the culture! Thank you to the entire team! I wish I could respond to all the losers complaining and giving the DW a one-star rating because they forgot to cancel their subscription. Also, for pretending like they did not know it was an automatic renewal LIKE EVERY OTHER SUBSCRIPTION BASED SERVICE ON THE PLANET. Hence why it is called a SUBSCRIPTION. lol. goodness gracious please don't listen to the dumb dumbs who are just angry with themselves for forgetting to cancel and are now blaming the DW instead of just manning up and taking responsibility. There is nothing unethical about the DW business practices. The subscription model is the same as every other subscription-based app out there. People, stop acting surprised and stop being so stupid. AND FOR THE RECORD. I am one of the people who forgot to cancel my subscription! Which renewed yesterday. I went to the support page, let them know (via the instant messager) the situation, and they IMMEDIATELY were able to cancel the subscription and refund my money. It is no one's business why I cancelled, but it surely is not a reflection of the DW. I WILL be subscribing again very soon. As for everyone else, stop playing stupid. You know you got the email and just didn't see it because you probably have 100,000 emails from all the other dumb things you've entered your email into. The DW is doing more for this country and the culture than you ever will.

    Bought a membership July 2022 to watch a very overhyped movie that turned out to be one of the
    worst movies. Very poorly made western type movie. Never received anything else from Daily Wire until a $154.62 charge on my credit card July 2023 for a future year membership. Called to cancel and was told they would cancel but give no refund for something I did not want thru July2024 and had not received any E-mails or "News" from daily wire since 8-11-22. This company is a SCAM!!! I have seen many reviews like mine. Should be investigated as a rip off scheme

    On June 19, 2023, at 11:20 PM CDT, we sent this member an email entitled ‘Upcoming Renewal’ to the address the member provided and confirmed. In this email we let the member know their membership would renew 30 days later, which it did. Their subscription was renewed on July 19, 2023. On August 28th, over a month later, they called our support team for a full refund. We couldn't offer a full refund due to the time that had elapsed. At that time, we set the membership to cancel at the end of the term so that the member would not be billed again. We're sorry for any trouble this caused but have done our best to resolve the situation.

    I subscribed to watch one program... a year later I saw a charge to my CC for $162 USD... this charge was for the coming 12 months of subscription that I did and do not want and had not used. Daily Wire uses an unethical practice of automatic renewals and would NOT offer a refund even though I had not used the product the charged me for without my consent. I escalated up the chain and got the same legalese from each person. The platform is NOT worth the money and their business practices are unfair and unethical. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! I will be leaving negative reviews on multiple SM and review platforms. Hey, Ben S******... be better than the CORRUPT LEFT that you purport to stand against!

    On Jun 27, 2023 at 11:22 PM we sent this member an email entitled "Renewal reminder, and thank you" In that email, we let the member know their membership would renew 30 days later, which it did. Their subscription was renewed on July 28, 2023. On August 9, they reached out to our support team for a full refund. We couldn't offer a full refund due to the fact that the request was after the renewal date. At that time we also verified that their membership is set to cancel at the end of the term so that the member will not be billed again. We're sorry for any trouble this caused but have done our best to resolve the situation.

    DW billed IN ADVANCE... the product I was billed for without my authorization had not been used. DW could have issued the refund, but they are more concerned with scraping every last cent out of customers wallets than they are with ethical business practices. They are constantly complaining about the corruption of the political left, but they are no better. I recommend consumers spend their money elsewhere and notify all friends and.neighbors to avoid The Daily Wire.

    I have the exact same story as others below. I did not receive an email informing me that my subscription would automatically renew FOR A FULL YEAR at $144! I called after finding the charge on my credit card but they refused to give a full or even an appropriate refund. They only offered a 20% discount off the $144 subscription price. What a scam. They're "gotcha" policy is unethical! I think they're liars and they didn't actually send the email - I searched all of my spam/junk and deleted folders - there was no email sent from DailyWire+. What a rip-off! Shame on you Ben S******, Michael K******, Matt W****, Andrew K*****, Candace O****..... I expect better treatment and better customer service from a group of people who call themselves "conservative!" I will not watch or listen to anything (even on *******) from these people. I am very disappointed! CHANGE THE POLICY!!!

Their subscription was renewed on June 29, 2023. They called our support team on July 14, 2023, for a full refund. We couldn't offer a full refund due to our terms of use policy which states: Insider (annual) (sometimes called “Insider Plus”) subscriptions will automatically renew every year around the same date as the purchase date. You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to prevent the next charge to your credit card or other payment method." At the time we set the membership to cancel at the end of the term so that the member would not be billed again. We're sorry for any trouble this caused but have done our best to resolve the situation.

Their subscription was renewed on July 19, 2023. On, July 25, 2023, they called our support team for a full refund. We couldn't offer a full refund due to the time that had elapsed but as a one-time customer courtesy, we provided a 20% refund At that time, we set the membership to cancel at the end of the term so that the member would not be billed again. We're sorry for any trouble this caused but have done our best to resolve the situation.

    I never received an email. There was no warning within the application. I never received a 20% discount. I am not sure why the company auto renewals... My wife paid a year up front and was not aware the company would assume we wanted to renew. I have the same subscription issues with ******** ******. I have deleted the app and will continue to post of social media how horrible the daily wire treats customers, not to mention that in my opinion the content is not that great and the razors are even worse.

    Despite what is mentioned in this review, this former member was refunded, so this review is not completely accurate.
    We sent this member an email reminder on June 13, 2023, advising the subscription would renew automatically on July 13, 2023, which it did. The following day the member set their membership to cancel which affects the future renewal, not the previous charge. Once the charge had been posted the member requested cancellation and a refund. We responded to the request the same day. Because the member reached out so quickly we were able to issue a full refund and close the membership.

    This business is a huge SCAM. Was not able to cancel my subscription. Never got a email from them, couldn't get a hold of them, HUGE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!! Department of Justice and FBI should investigate. Filing a complaint with my State's Attorney General immediately.

    You did nothing to resolve the situation. I contacted you as soon as I was aware of the charge. Never got any communications. You charged my credit card and ran off with the money!!     All the 1 STAR - SCAM REPORTS of "NO REFUND AT ALL" YOU DIDN'T CATCH US RENEW AUTOMATICALLY - WE'LL KEEP AN ENTIRE YEAR GOING FORWARD EVEN THOUGH YOU CANCELED THE FIRST MONTH WHEN YOU SAW IT ON YOUR CARD... We don't mind if they keep one month, but why not refund the other 11 months? But no, they say your account is "still open" so we are charging you going forward even though you have canceled presently. Didn't you read the fine print? Too bad, they get another year.
    SO VERY, VERY SORRY WE EVER SIGNED UP WITH THEM. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK - EVER!
    Content mediocre, company is unethical, company acts sleazy. If Daily Wire was really worth it, they wouldn't have to use chicanery to squeeze their customers and force subscribers to "stay on" when they want out. Maybe Daily Wire is desperate to have some kind of base for advertisers. So you my friend, are a held ransom.
    As a former Advertising and Marketing Senior Executive this business model is that of a used car lot. Stay away.
