    Terrible money grubbers!! I had purchased an annual subscription in 2022 and enjoyed it. I've hit on tough financial times and cancelled my subscription the exact day it was to renew....they STILL took my money and I have attempted to speak to a live person. There is no way to speak to a human, only robots and online. No phone number, no customer service. I am so disappointed. Nothing like stealing $154 from a conservative mother of four children. Daily Wire, I hope you see this message and REFUND ME. This is an awful company!!! I hate to say it but I can't bring myself to listen to you anymore!!

    Despite what is mentioned in this review, this former member was refunded, so this review is not completely accurate. Admittedly, her experience was not the best, but a resolution was reached the same day she contacted our support team.

    They are scam artists they don’t make clear that the subscription is paid all at once for the year. Once they take well over 100$ from your account, they fail to provide you access to any of their content. It’s an absolute nightmare to get refunded. They should be ashamed of themselves.

    We don't have any record of a person with this name or email address ever purchasing a subscription or consumer products. It's possible she signed up with a different email address and, as a result, is having a bad experience. We want to make issues right when we can, and if we're at fault, so we'd encourage her to contact our support team. support.dailywire.com

    This review is just more of the same, I forgot I had signed up a year ago, I blocked the email after it no longer interested me. I was billed for another entire year which I recall now it had a check mark for when I signed up an entire year ago.
    I canceled within minutes of being charged another year of the service I never use and while I understand that it is all very legal and I wont be getting any of that money back. I definitely feel it is at the very least a sleezy policy and at worst predatory. If people decide immediately after being billed the service has not been worth that price over the last year I feel it is disappointing that they are forced to continue to receive service for another full year.
    Their “cancel anytime” is and should be listed as cancel future renewals at anytime as that is what the function is and does.

    They are correct it is inaccurate, this was before they contacted me later in the day with a full refund. To be clear for all, I contacted them with the cancellation within minutes of being charged and then had to open a support case, but they responded to the support case later in the day with a full refund. If you want to cancel with a refund those are two separate actions. Canceling just cancels your future renewals in their eyes. You must go through customer support to refund your current subscription if possible. In my case they chose to refund.

    Like all the other reviews on here they took my wife for annual subscription renewal and told us that they sent a reminder email. My wife has check her email and could not find one.. When I called and tried to cancel for the rest of the year I was told they would not prorate a refund for the annual subscription. The manager was rude and talk over me the whole time. Very poor customer service and billing practices that border on criminal.

    This former member was sent a renewal reminder email on Fri, Feb 17, 10:19?PM CT. We are happy to send a copy of it.
    Their subscription was renewed a month later, on March 20. Nearly one month later, they called our support team, asking for a full refund. We couldn't offer a full refund due to the time that had elapsed, but we did offer and provide a partial refund to help out as best we could, so this review is inaccurate.

    I got a membership for a year in 2022 and my husband I enjoyed the movies and documentaries the daily wire put out. We did not want to renew for this year because we didn’t access the content much and need to pick and choose carefully where to spend our money, especially with inflation as high as it is. I saw that my credit card was billed for another year and contacted customer service to let them know I didn’t want another year and would like a refund. They informed me that there are no refunds for memberships and told me how to cancel future membership renewals. I understand not refunding memberships when they are purchased, but I did not intend to renew my membership and did not know that it would be automatically renewed. I never got an email or notice that my membership was going to renew before payment was deducted. Very disappointed in the way this was handled.

    We understand that this member is frustrated and claims a renewal reminder was never sent; however, we have a record of the renewal reminder that was delivered on Wed, Mar 1, 2023 at 10:20 PM CT entitles "Renewal reminder, and thank you"
    Furthermore, this member agreed to be automatically renewed at the initial sign up by selecting a check box saying they agreed to the terms. members simply can not sign up without taking this step. We also sent this member an email immediately after signing up saying they will be billed in a year if they don't cancel their renewal.

    I purchased a subscription to the Daily Wire during the summer of 2022 and I wanted to view the movie "what is a Woman" I was not able to get into the websites members block to watch it despite having paid 14 dollars for the insider block. I simply want to cancel my subscription, but whenever I log in using the account that I created it says that I am in the "free area" and that I need to pay for a membership. I understand if I made 2 accounts, but I know this is not the case, because I only have one email I use for these sorts of things. I was hoping my subscription could either be OPENED to the Members Insiders Block or CANCELLED so that I do not have to pay anymore. I understand that this is probably not something that Daily Wire Plus with prioritize, but I hope this is resolved quickly, as it would give me more faith in the good nature of Ben and the other people who work on the business.

    It seems that when this member signed up, they may have mistyped the email address. It looks like it's the same email address with one character missing.
    At any rate, it seems that this member was able to sign in on March 14 and cancel their membership.
