    "I want to take a moment and tell you how amazing Chrissie is. I had a couple different interactions with her via the phone, and from the moment we begin, she was understanding, compassionate, and listened to my concerns. I never felt as though she was reading from a script or was tired of dealing with people. (I can’t imagine how customer services these days but she is above and beyond.) Her kindness and considerate disposition along with her professionalism was so incredibly refreshing. As someone who orders online quite a bit and is also a professional, I find often that customer service is in general - horrible. Therefore, when encountered Chrissie, I was shocked and delighted at the same time. I can’t commend her enough for her professionalism and her willingness to help me. She heard my story and had a great solution and our conversation wasn’t longer than 60 seconds. She didn’t try to sell me extra things and didn’t prolong the conversation unnecessarily. This lady deserves a raise or perhaps you can make her vice president of the company Keep her around. I am a Jeremy’s razors fan for life due to your (great razors) AND this type of customer service. *** **** ** ****** Springfield, IL"

    I'm thrilled with the new Jeremy's Gen 2 P5 razors! As a long-time user of the first generation, I was initially skeptical about the handle's durability, but the Gen 2 design feels much sturdier. The improved handle is a definite plus.
    The blades are a revelation. They deliver an incredibly close shave while being gentle on my sensitive skin. I've experienced significantly less bleeding compared to previous razors.
    Jeremy's, keep up the great work! I'm excited to see what future innovations you have in store.

    I mistakenly entered the wrong email address when purchajsing a gift subscription to Daily Wire for my son. I contacted them and they responded immediately, and quickly fixed the problem!! I love the Daily Wire and have been a member for several years. This is the second gift membership I bought, and I encourage everybody. I know also become members.

    Last year did a trail, this year they billed for whole year $150 without my knowledge or confirmation of payment. I asked for money back they said no. I said I don’t even use this channel. They said to bad for you. I found an email that was in junk that asked for confirmation of payment, I NEVER clicked on it or agreed. I was not aware I was signing up for recurring charge. I never received anything to this sort of knowledge. I asked my bank to fight and daily wire provided a bunch of papers that I never received myself. Sad sad…you should be able to cancel anytime. I called right after being charged they could have kept the one month and refund for remaining year. But they are not refunding any of the $150!
    Beware daily wire does not care about customer service they are just out to get money even if they have to cheat customers.

    While we understand that this member is frustrated with our cancelation process, this member agreed to be automatically renewed at the initial sign-up by selecting a checkbox saying they agreed to the terms. Members simply can not sign up without taking this step. We sent a renewal reminder on April 8, 2024, 30 days before the charge titled "Updated Pricing and Renewal of your DailyWire+ Membership", allowing ample time for cancellation. We have set the membership to cancel at the end of the term so that the member will not be billed again. They have access until the end of their term.

    I've been a subscriber to the service for a little under a year, and the shaving products they make are of generally superior quality. That said, I did have the unusual occurence of having a razor handle break in such a way that it could not be easily repaired, and it happened at the worst possible time---my mother's funeral. But I am pleased to report that despite this, Jeremy's Razors moved to help mitigate the situation and responded in both a timely and positive fashion. Not only was it great service, but I also commend them for the speed of their response. Thank you guys!
