    They kept taking money from my account even after I cancelled my subscription. When I called they told me they have no record of my account. They are unprofessional and a scam. DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND PAY FOR THIS APP!

    Despite what is mentioned in this review, the agent who spoke with this former member was able to find the subscription which had a monthly membership associated with it originally signed up for on May 12, 2024. The member had agreed to automatic renewals at the time of sign-up, which is required to begin a subscription. These continued until the member requested to cancel their subscription which the agent did for them at the time of communication. This cancelation does not permit us to adjust charges that had already occurred from prior months. The subscription no longer charged them for any future months after the cancelation was requested on September 13, 2024. We're sorry for any trouble this caused but have done our best to resolve the situation.

    Two years ago I accepted a short trial of the Daily Wire and cancelled. I just noticed a $163.16 charge on my credit card today from one week ago. This was for an annual membership, which would expire in September 2025. I immediately canceled. Through much difficulty, I contacted them by email and was told I could not get a refund, even though I am just one week into an annual membership. I was also told I was notified, which is entirely NOT true. I have not heard from the Daily Wire in two years while they were taking money out of my account. Worst customer service!

    On Aug. 4th, 2024, 11:33 PM CST, we sent this member an email entitled "Updated pricing and renewal of your Dailywire+ membership.” In that email, we let the member know their membership would renew 30 days later, which it did. Their subscription was renewed on Sept. 4th, 2024. On Sept. 11th, a week later, they emailed our support team for a full refund. We couldn't offer a full refund due to the time that had elapsed. At that time, we set the membership to cancel at the end of the term so that the member would not be billed again. We're sorry for any trouble this caused but we have done our best to resolve the situation.
