    Great policy on exchanging older unopened packages of blades for the newer packages of blades. I used the online chat feature and had all my questions and concerns answered.

    I had broken my razor handle and still had about 30 blades left and I couldn't find them on the site. I reached out to service and not only did they offer a new handle but also offered to send me the next generation blade and handle for free. That is the kind of customer service more companies need.     Excellent, trustworthy company. I've made several orders with no issues, until a package got lost recently. I reached out to see if they could look into it, and I got a response resolving my issue in a matter of minutes. Not only did they ship out a new order, but went above and beyond with a tumbler and a discount on my next purchase to make up for the trouble. Best support I've received anywhere, ever

    My husbands razor broke in transit on the way home from vacation. I emailed them about the issue with a picture and within 15 minutes, not only had they responded, but they had shipped out a new razor and a little bonus with it. That was the fastest and best customer service experience I have ever had with a company. Keep up the good work of standing behind your product.
