    Daily wire is a fantastic multimedia company from straight news to opinion oriented podcasts, documentaries, movies , & now series. Also they have amazing children's programming.
    I also subscribe to Jeremy's razors which are a great product at fair price. If you have any issues they have an incredible customer support department

    Auto renew is hidden scam, stole 150 dollars from me

    We understand that this member is frustrated however, we have a record of the renewal reminder that was delivered on March 4, 2024 this allows the member to have time to act upon their account as needed. Furthermore, this member agreed to be automatically renewed at the initial sign-up by selecting a checkbox saying they agreed to the terms. Members cannot sign up without taking this step. We have set the member's subscription to cancel for the next term and they will no longer be billed again. They currently have access to their account until their subscription expires.

    I reached out to Jeremy’s because my razor handle broke. I was expecting a response within days or weeks and expecting a hassle. To my surprise, no questions asked and my issue was addressed to my satisfaction within hours of my request. Same day my new handle was shipped out! This has been the most top notch customer service I have ever received when presenting an issue and requesting a solution. Thank you, Jeremy’s!

    I reached out to Jeremy's Razors due to a Gen 1 shaver handle that broke (around the 60-day mark of using the shaver). After a few short items requested (batch #, photo, brief description), I received an amazingly fast reply from Julianne in customer service. Julianne was extremely helpful, got a replacement shipped that day, and also followed up with me on my experience for feedback.
    This is the definition of customer service! A HUGE thank you out to Julianne for the lightning bolt response and zero frustration order assistance and I appreciate the continued customer care and product improvements the team at Jeremny's Razors is doing.
