      On Sunday 8/18/2024, I entered an open garage next to the ********************* in ******* at 1:06pm and left 3:12pm. I don't agree with the notice fee of $70.25 and the fee of $6.00. Parking on Sunday is free.

      I paid the fee to park in an ****** parking lot for 24 hrs, which is monitored by Metropolis. I received a $55 ticket for a parking violating 6 hrs into my 24 hr parking session. I contacted the company for help through their site, and they refused to help me, because my visit was still open so they couldnt do anything about my complaint. I have receipts showing the payment park.

      Parking at ************************************. -Location has issues reading plates properly constantly Support keeps had fake plates because of missing letters and numbers.-This location is was originally owned by SP Parking (previous 6months) charging $10.99 for 6 am Early Bird Parking.-This location has old and has limited handicapped parking and no support. -Bad third-party vendor support

      My son got a fine from Metropolitan parking in **************** for not paying for parking. The signage there was very misleading, almost like they want you to illegally park to hit you with a very excessive fine. In this case it's a $30 fine for a $2 charge. Way out of line

      Metropolis took over several parking garages, but signage does not indicate that UNLIKE the prior operator a) there is no staff for the garage and b) when the gates are up there are still charges.I received a bill with a $30 penalty, which I called/emailed the operator about. They charged the parking amount ($2.01)...and added an administrative penalty of $5.25 (2.61 times the service amount).I paid it to be done, but the operator is set up to penalize consumers to profitability; instead of simply investing in signage that explains the new system.

      I'm a monthly client this ** took over recently the attendant signfcntly damaged my car no tel number to call no response from supervisor other than an email to report the "accident to police and that they have no responsibility

      Still have not heard from anyone at metropolis claim department I have a 5000 deductible that I have to pay to get my car fixed by my insurance and wait for them to collect from them it's not fair please help

      We are a healthcare facility that serves a geriatric, fixed income population. The parking garage attached to our facility is managed by Metropolis Parking. We are experiencing a high volume of of our patients receiving $75 parking tickets form Metropolis Parking, due to utter lack of transparency on directions on where to park. This company works hard to ensure the parking situation is as confusing as possible: unclear instructions in the app and, therefore, you can end up paying even though all the posted signs around you say it's "FREE" for 2 hours or less. Parking tickets are given within the free two hour window. It is an absolute money grab and the company is AI based and does not offer an option to file a claim or speak to a representative. Other pain points include:- hard to see signage as guest parking and level A/B etc parking is all painted on the walls, so when cars are parked you cannot see "visitor" "B" etc.-The QR codes and parking instructions are not visible and blocked when cars are parked in any spot. - QR codes are confusing to our demographic of patients.

      The parking has no clear signs as to what the rate is and when the rate begins. Further, the garage does not indicate payment is required as the gate remains open, which to any reasonable person, would assume that no payment is necessary. The company then sent a letter via mail that the parking violation is $77 since I did not pay when exiting though they make to attempt to show that payment is required.

      On September 7, 2024 at 10:32 pm, I parked at the Metropolis parking facility, *********************************************************************. There are no posted rates, but I received a text. The stated rates provide for "maximum charge for 24 hrs $31.25". When I exited the facility 12:45 minutes later my card was charged $63:00. I contaced the facility for a credit, which they refused, stating that the charge on 9/7/24 was $20.00 for six hours and I was charged for three six hour sessions. This was not the posted rate, and even if the rate on 9/7/24 was $20.00 for six hours, the rate on 9/8/24 was not. The merchant has refused to adjust the price to comply with their own stated pricing, and has overcharged me at a rate more than double their posted rate.

      I was in the Target in LA ********. I scanned the ** code at the entrance to the store where it said I would receive 2 hours free validated. These ** codes were posted across the entire parking garage and immediately outside of the store. The signs indicated that if I created an account and validated my parking, Id receive 2 hours free. I went into Target and spent money on groceries. I followed the instructions, scanned the ** code, and created an account. I was in the location for less than 2 hours (only 1 hour and 20 minutes). They still charged me an $13 fee saying that I didnt validate, although I did everything that was instructed on the signage. When i contacted customer service and produced my Target receipt showing I was there, they refused to refund me saying I could not validate after leaving the facility. However, I did validate. I did everything I was instructed to do. They told me that next time I need to download the app (apps are not mentioned as a preferred method on the signs), and make sure the validation goes through that way.
