      I received the attached notification in the mail, that I originally thought was junk mail and threw the first notice away. Upon receiving a second notice I opened it and determined it was a request to pay for a parking violation. Once I determined where and when this happened I responded to the letter with a request to reduce the price of this violation following instructions on their website, which I never received a response to. The text of that request is here: "I entered this garage on *****************., as it was across the street from the venue, the ****************, where I had a meeting. I looked for an attendant or automated payment kiosk and saw none on the level where I parked, nor the level I drove into, walked out of to my meeting and drove through to exit. There was no gate either. Since I saw neither, I thought it was free parking. I never saw anything indicating it was paid parking, or a way to pay. I actually didnt have any idea until I received the notice that said I had an unpaid parking fine that should be paid by 11/6, and originally thought it was a scam. Until I did some research.With that being said, I have no problem paying the $12.00 fee, but not the 585% fine for unpaid parking. I actually saw an article on the local news about these large fines, then a few weeks later I get one in the mail much to my surprise.I travel to ********* frequently for meetings as my employer is headquartered in ********* and have never not paid for parking when I knew it was required."My request would be that the additional "ticket fine" of $70.25 fee be dropped and a small fee to pay the fee electronically makes more sense given there was no visual indication of where I parked it was a paid lot, nor a gate to enter or exit the garage.Respectfully submitted,****************************

      I received a parking violation #***=459-517 on 11/13/22 in *********. I have attempted to work with the online customer service to have the fine of ***** removed as. I followed the process of their system of parking, scanning the ** code clicking payment, I left the lot and never was charged. This also happened to me on 3/27/22 in which I reached to to customer services a few hours later to finally be charged and was told sometimes it takes longer to process so that is what I thought was the issue in this case. I would like the fine to be removed and pay the 14 dollars that I do owe them.

      9/2/22 Parked in parking garage. We scanned the ** code and tried to pay the parking fee but it was not working properly. No one was physically working there and no phone number available, so we left at the end of the evening after dinner. We have a parking receipt for $3.49 charged by Metropolis for this parking charged on my husband's Apple credit card (uploaded). I filed a claim with Better Business Bureau after being billed $25 unpaid parking fare and $70.25 ticket fine for a total of $95.25 on BBB claim# ******** and thought this issue had been resolved; however, Metropolis continues to bill for this $95.25 each month. Now we are up to the Final Notice! The email I received from Metropolis on Oct 3, 2022 supervisor states the violation *********** has been waived and no further action is required. They clearly do not have their business in order. They also do not seem to understand that we have Tennessee license plates with *************************** specialty plate. The License plate is F666 with U and T directly underneath the ** I would like this issue resolved and soonest.

      I have no issue at all paying for parking and try to each time. This company feasts on users not being able to pay(no service in garages so it doesn't go through) or they change the way to pay regularly.

      I opened an account with Metropolis on 11/4/2022 when I parked my car at the *********, **, ********************** lot for a procedure at Premier Radiology. I was unfamiliar with Metropolis, but scanned the code on the wall with my phone and followed instructions. When the app opened, it indicated that there would be an hourly charge and a charge of $20.00 for all day. I parked for 37 minutes. I was shocked to discover that I was charged $21.00 for a full day's parking. I called **************** to clarify and was told 11/4/22 was an "Event" day and required a full day's fee. I was further told that that information was posted in the lot and was also noted if I had checked the website. There was absolutely no notice posted in the lot. The only thing posted on the walls of the lot was the bar code to scan to "join," which I did. The "instructions" indicated I would be charged for my parking time and that a whole day was $20 + $1 service fee. I did not check the website, as I was unaware that I needed to do that since the procedure was done through scanning the bar code and seemed self-explanatory. I further enquired as to what the "Event" was, since the lot was almost empty and there seemed to be nothing unusual going on in that area of town. **************** rep was unaware of what the "Event" was, but said the website showed an Event for 11/1-6/22. I checked the website on the day of my call, 11/5/22, and saw no "Event" noted for those dates as of that day, so not seeing how checking the website would have helped. Upon emailing a request for a partial refuned to the company I was again told that had I checked the website to see actual pricing for that date, I would have seen that there was a flat rate for 11/1-6/22, despite there was no instruction to do that. As noted, I checked the website on 11/5 and there was no such notice for the ********************** location. I request a partial refund of the *** over the 37 minutes. My license plate is ** KDSAMMA.

      I contacted the business on 10/9/2022 at 6:08 PM from email address *********************** to dispute the ticket, *********** was used on 9/10/2022. I advised that the paper receipt received at the portal was not kept as the services was paid for and a screenshot of the charge to my financial institution was provided. I received a system generated response on 10/10/22 at 10:39 AM. I again sent confirmation of the charge posting to my financial institution and indicated that the charge was not valid. I received a response on 10/12/22 at 3:01 PM again indicating that the more information was needed aka the receipt of services being paid. I had already previously advised that the receipt was not kept and sent an attachment of bank statement reflecting that the charge settled with my financial institution on 9/12/22 for ***** which is the same amount of the unpaid parking fair plus tax that is on the ticket i received via the ***** I received another letter in the mail now with charges totaling ****** for services that was already paid for and previously disputed with no resolution. I have requested a phone call on numerous occasions and have not yet to receive one. It is completely insane that it would be expected a receipt is kept for more than 30 days for parking.

      In regards to *************** on 2nd Ave in ********* ** on 11/11/22.No visible signs explaining how to pay at the garage. Sign says "just drive in" and "just drive out". Expected to get a bill in the mail like you do with tolls. The bill came with a $70.25 fee! Attempted to contact the company via email only to be given 20$ off the ridiculous fine. Noone answers any of their phone extensions, and only one person emails me back and won't provide me with the name of anyone in management. $70 to park for 3 hours! I feel like I'm being robbed. Someone needs to do something! They are threatening our credit ratings by not paying this absurd fee!

      I had a meeting in the Gulch and showed up 30 min early to make sure I could park and have enough time. After parking at *************************************** tried to scan the sign to pay for parking for 2 hours, less than $20. I go to pay on their site and noticed my license plate info was incorrect and outdated from a previous vehicle. I tried to update it on the website which was not an option on the site. After 10 min, I had to find a # to call to make sure it was changed. After 25 minutes of continuous recordings and not getting anywhere on the call, I reached out and filled out my information so they could contact me regarding the change. I hear nothing and 3 weeks later, I receive a parking violation for $76.25. I have since tried getting in contact with the company to explain my issue as I do not feel I should be charged more than 4 times the initial parking fee. The business has no posted phone # and make it next to impossible to contact them. After seeing multiple complaints, I have noticed this is a common business practice and do not seem to care to fix the issue.

      I'm reporting yet another unjustified parking ticket by this company, also known as Metropolis. I parked in the ************** garage on 9/18, a ******** park in frequently without issue. I received a parking ticket in the mail this week for non-payment. I have parked in this garage countless times and they system auto-bills you when you leave. My license and credit card are on file with this company for billing purpose and they do not have a kiosk on site in the garage at which you can pay. Everything is automatic. It seems their system failed to bill me on this visit and they are attempting to charge me with a parking ticket for their failure. In fact, I pulled my account up online and they don't even show I was at this garage on this date. They have all of my previous visits, but not on this date. So clearly something was down.I've emailed the company to dispute the charge and they will do nothing. I have tried to call the company and no one answers. I have requested someone from the company call me and nothing. I will gladly pay the $8 parking fee, but I will not be paying for a ticket when their system malfunctioned.
