      In December 2021, we went into the Icon parking lot (Premier) and there was no way to know how to pay for the parking. We checked at the desk and no one gave any info, so we just left. A couple weeks later we got a bill in the mail for a $5-$8 parking fee plus a $70 fine! We talked to people at Premier, Metropolitan parking, and McKinley payments offering to just pay the parking fee and no one would do anything about it, so we finally paid the total invoice! We want that $70 fine paid back to us!

      I received an unpaid parking ticket from metropolis payments. I had the app installed and followed the signs in the parking lot. For some reason it did not charge me appropriately and now I received a parking ticket in the mail. The amount is so high in this ticket! The unpaid parking fare is $20.00 but the ticket fine is over $70!!! I don't understand how that fine can be over 300% of the unpaid parking fare. Especially when the app that this company forces you to use did not work appropriately. I should not have to pay a fine for something that doesn't work as advertised on Premier's side.

      I parked and submitted the payment on the app, they said I didn't and sent me a bill for nearly $80 on a $6 parking bill. There is no way to get ahold of anyone to discuss this.

      I parked in a Metropolis / McKinley lot August 26, which was marked by multiple signs as an **** Park lot with one free hour. I spent multiple minutes trying to get the QR code to work, but it wouldn't. I've used this lot before and was charged by **** when driving out and figured that was still the case considering there are **** Park signs everywhere (see evidence). This time was different and I was unjustly sent a ticket for $76.25 while being parked there to use a local business less than an hour. This is a bait and switch tactic and confuses customers. I've tried to contact the business multiple times with evidence and was unsuccessful at being able to correspond with a human before they closed my case with no explanation. I am requesting for this unfair charge to be removed from my account.

      Hello,I have made six attempts with McKinley Payments via email at ************************************** to resolve the parking violation. Also, I have tried to call but a phone number is not listed by McKinley and Premier parking will not assist with the parking violation. McKinley Payments has not responded to my requests to call and respond to the emails sent to resolve the parking violation. As explained, the website listed in the parking lot nor the scanned code did not work to pay the $30 parking fee on 7/23/22. McKinley has billed me also a $70.25 violation fee, which is excessive and unfair as the website and code did not work to pay the $30.00. Please help me to resolve this by removing the violation fee of $70.25. I have tried to pay the $30 on line but the system will not accept the $30.00 payment.

      I have been charged an absolutely ridiculous amount of money for a fine(s) stemming from an unpaid parking garage fee. For example, one of the unpaid parking fares was $13.00, and the violation fine is $70.25! Totalling $83.25. I was unclear as how to pay to park in the garage, and I have no problem paying the parking fee; however, I think the amount of the fine is a bit inflated, as i have multiple violation citations. Also, the car I was driving is registered to my girlfriend,********* ******. That being said, she is NOT responsible for the parking fee, I am. I have been threatened about non payment resulting in a negative mark on her credit report. Once again, she is only the owner of the vehicle, I, ***** *********, was the person driving and therefore parking in the garage. I can not get a hold of anyone at McKinley Payments to rectify the issue, therefore I am filing this complaint.

      Received 2 different parking citations from McKinley Payments/Metropolis Payments for parking in 350 Deaderick St lot. I registered as requested the first time I parked there on 7/31 and input credit card information. Account created successfully, and I went to my event and was able to unlock the door to get back inside to leave. I never received a receipt for payment and it never showed up drafted to my account. I called customer service and there was an issue with two similar license plate numbers, but with no proof I was forced to pay the ticket with $70.25 fee attached for a total of %98.25.

      Second time I was a bit hesitant about the whole process, I looked at the payment site and made sure my card was there. It looked fine. Went to event and left again. I have a receipt this time in their app as well as where it drafted on my account. Yet I still got a ticket for nonpayment again for $98.25 including the $70.25 fee.

      In September, I received two parking violation notices of $110.25 each, $220.50 total, for alleged violations at 1055 Pine Street Garage on June 11th and June 12th 2022 that were unavoidable. They were unavoidable because the apartment management company that operates 1055 Pine did not immediately provide me a parking garage fob for resident access when I was living there during a corporate relocation assignment. I've tried to dispute the charge and have Metropolis work with the apartment management company to fix the issues with their process, but Metropolis is requesting that I provide my home address which I don't believe is necessary in order to come to a resolution. Frankly, it's just downright sketchy and unnerving that they would need my home address to even consider resolving a billing complaint. I've asked that they give me a call, but they refuse to call.
