      BEAWARE!!!!! RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT STOP OR YOU WILL BE ENDLESSLY HARRASSED!!!
      We pulled into their parking downtown parking lot and was approached by some homeless vagrant looking for donations and sell us items he had available which were likely stolen. After speaking with him and getting him to leave, then debating if we wanted to stay at this location with concern for security, we went to the kiosk and discovered how much the charge was to park in this parking lot and immediately opted to leave. This amount of time was less than 15 minutes with the homeless person taking up the majority of the time. I requested that they removed this over charge via email to an associate (Harold) and he had indicated that they would remove the charge. Then we kept getting bills with threats. After further exchanges, they then reduced the charges which we decided to pay to put this to rest. Then a month later once again another bill was sent. This left such a bad taste in our mouth for our time in Nashville. Never really want to ever go back to that city. It is dirty, overpriced, and filled with homeless vagrants. I would go negative stars, if possible, for this scam of a business.

      Pay for parking in a lot in ************, have receipts, receive letters from law firm collection agency in ***********, ** stating there are expired meter violations resulting in a $50. fine, which is not accurate. Never given any ticket or notice at the time of the violation. On some occasions there is a group shot of other cars in the lot and somehow I still get a collection notice. It is harassment and shotty customer service. The lot itself is poorly maintained with huge pot holes with a cone right in the middle of the lot, spaces are so small and tight, many people cannot even navigate how to park straight. Terrible service.

      They are a group of con artists who say parking is $10, then claim people don't pay (or attempt to pay), and then send them insane bills for $80. If you contest the invoice and show that you did try to pay (but they didn't finalize the payment on your card), they say they'll give you a "courtesy reduction to $50." Absolute scam.

      I received a parking violation notice (***************) for a violation on 10/2/23. The invoice in the notice reflected the license plate number of one of my vehicles, but mine is a grey compact and the vehicle in the photos is clearly a red 4X4 truck.The issue: the license plate number is one character off from the plate for my vehicle. However, the plate in the photo is very clear and anyone can see the difference in the plate and type/color of vehicle.I disputed the charge/violation stating the vehicle in the photos is not mine but did not include the information about the difference in license plate number before submitting. I attempted to find a way to update my dispute, but - SURPRISE- there is no way to contact this company. I look forward to prompt resolution to this matter and no negative impact to my DMV or other vehicle related records.

      I drove in a Premier Parking lot and tried using the QR code to pay for parking. I followed the prompts and never received a way to pay for parking. We went in to ****** ******* **) and expected a validation for the parking. Again attempted to use Premier Parking app to pay for the ticket with no success. The next day I called support and there was no record of my attempts use the app. The customer service agent said that it appeared that I'd gotten away with it. I told her that I wanted to pay for my parking time. She said there was no way for me to pay. She clarified and said I may receive a ticket in the mail and there was nothing she could do until I received a ticket.
      I did receive a ticket from Premier - more than 2 weeks later indicating that I my violation was an "unpermitted entrance". The fee was twice as much as the cost to pay if the Premier Parking app had worked. I could not imagine having another 'disrespectful' conversation with customer service, so I paid the ticket.

      Terrible! Despicable unethical business practices. Charged $44.95 to park for 57 minutes with no posted signage about the rates anywhere. They should not be allowed to continue business practices. Total extortion.

      Beware!I reserved a parking spot one week in advance of an event in Downtown *******. I received confirmation and directions to the identified designated parking area at the time of booking. When I arrived to the designated parking area, there were signs instructing "No Parking". I called to request assistance and was told "I can refund you and you can park elsewhere". Unfortunately there weren't any remaining parking spots close to my event for under $100.00. I was late to my ticketed event and have not received a refund. Reserving a spot in advance should guarantee that parking space. I paid several hundred dollars for my event, which I was late to because of their poor service and planning. I will never use this company again.

      Rip off!!! I parked in one of these garages. Got a text at the end that my payment hadn’t gone through. I entered a different card. They charged BOTH cards for $16.99. I’ve sent all sorts of documentation to Ralph. Initially, he didn’t seem to understand both cards had been charged, despite me telling him multiple times. It’s been nearly two weeks and I still do not have a refund!!! Only park in these garages if you want to pay double.

      I parked in one of their ******* parking garages on 10/1 for a concert at ****************, and the parking attendant told ** it was 55 dollars but said if we paid cash hed lower it. Come to find out, there were people at the top who said they paid 35. That was our first red flag. Then we paid online at 8:09 pm for parking and by 8:25 he decided to issue us a parking violation for failure to pay when wed already paid and paid two hours later for additional time which was another 17 dollars. I disputed it the very next day and provided a bank statement with the original charge on it and no ones gotten back to me. Seeing as theyre not accredited here, Im not shocked at all by the fact that theyre all slimy scammers. I want my 80 dollar violation disputed and my money refunded, this is ridiculous when Ive never had any issues at any other parking garages in the city. Ill never park in another one of their garages again if it means getting a violation for no reason.

      Horrendous predatory company. Charged me the full 12 hours to park somewhere for 2 hours. Absolutely disgusting what this company is doing. They are a monopoly buying up all the lots around the city and jacking up the rates as high as they can get away with it. Amazing how there aren’t even tiers anymore just a flat rate for 12 hours in a garage that nobody will even be staying for that period of time. Almost like it’s intentional. Amazing.
