Visited (often) an SP+ lot used by a business with a rentable volleyball court. The lot allows for the first 2 hours free then charges for each additional hour thereafter. The lot use to have a ticket system that allowed you to pay when leaving if you stayed over two hours. Recently, they removed the gate and implemented a ** system where you enter your listened plate online. So now, you scan the ** code and fill out how much time you may need when you arrive. And if you go over the time you requested, a camera takes your photo and charges you 40 as a parking violation. This seems like a predatory change because the previous way to pay would never allow for a citation. This business spent time to figure out a way to make more money off of customers and should be put out of business. I will never use an SP+ lot again. They are a predatory, capitalistic company that only looks out for their bottom line.

This is a predatory business that intentionally misleads and price gouges customers. The parking rates are not clearly published and the website is barely functional to find this information. Also, on the Nashville downtown website, it states the daily rate for this structure is $20, but they charge per hour without capping the total expense. I was charged $42 to park for an event and was completely unaware of the rate until the charge hit my credit card. This structure has the most expensive rates I have ever experienced while providing minimal price transparency.

Horrible rent-seeking company. I have a discount to use their lot from my gym, and recently I got charged the normal rate mistakenly. When I brought this up to them, they said I needed to dispute it WITHIN THE WINDOW I WAS THERE, AKA 45 min, and now they "can't do anything about it". Simply a predatory company. Garbage dystopia.

Another predatory experience. I received a violation bill totaling $50 for failure to pay for parking ($5, evidently) when the payment option would not load on my phone.
I received the violation bill 2 months AFTER I parked in a lot this company manages in Charlotte. After disputing the charge, I received no help other than instructions to pay the fee. Unless you count the advice the service agent gave me about being ‘mindful’ of where I park. I will absolutely take them up on that in the future. I will park in no lots managed by this predatory company.

If I could give this company no stars I would. My office building changed to using them this year and it's been a disaster. Their license plate scanners are faulty and cannot recognize your plate's state very well and and sometimes doesn't recognize your plate's numbers/letters at all. I had an issue where my a plate with the same number but different plate was scanned in a state across the country. Because this car did not have an account, my account was charged. When I called to have it resolved, the person I talked to was very rude. Though the issue was resolved and I received a refund, in the process of that, they deleted my vehicle from my account so I've apparently been racking up parking violations without my knowledge. I received one yesterday and checked my account and that's when I realized my vehicle's plate had been removed. When I reached out to make sure the violation was removed, I was told I actually had FOUR violations and that they'd only remove 3 of them. I allegedly parked in a reserved spot (my subscription is not for reserved spaces) but I received no notice of this and I know I didn't park in a reserved spot. I am not the only one at my firm that has had similar issues. This company is so hard to get in contact with, their customer service is terrible, and their actual service doesn't work.

This company is a total scam. Went through the complete process of scanning the QR code, got an access code, logged in, took my credit card info, license plate #, I even received a "thank you" once I completed the info, but unfortunately didn't screen shot that from the website. Went on about our way, got back to my truck 5 hours later (which I paid the crazy cost of $45+tax for 6 hours) to find it booted and a note on the window with the reason "nonpay/tag error". Guys show up, was able to provide proof of correct tag, but they just claimed I didn't complete the info. While waiting to get the boot off and pay the $185.13 fine, we watched a poor guy's truck from Florida get towed away. There was another guy in a Metropolis parking lot adjacent to us with the same situation as ours. If the company's goal is to drive customers off, you're doing a great job. While waiting I did take satisfaction in warning 2 other potentional parkers from you lot.

My complaint is that I took my daughter to the doctors was instructed to park in a garage parked in the garage pulled the ticket when I left I put the ticket inside the thing at no point in time did the machine tell me that I owed anything and the arm raised to let me out. I sat there for a minute with my credit card in my hand to pay it and it’s simply just let me out and I even said to my daughter this is weird I’ve never been to a parking garage where I don’t have to pay after a minute of sitting there waiting for a transaction to come on the screen that never appeared. The gate remained open I pulled out I come home. Two weeks later I get a violation parking ticket in the mail when their machine did not tell me I owed anything I filed a complaint with them and they’re still issuing me a ticket. I’m ready to take this ticket to court and go after the metropolis because apparently they’re scamming people left and right to get extra money from the citizens of our country we’re already overcharged for everything and don’t need to be scammed by greedy people. If they want to run a business, they need to run it right and tell people what is owed not send them a ticket after letting them out of the garage when a machine tells them no fee (display), Also, really when does a arm open to let you out before paying, If they have video like they claim they will see me sitting there with my credit card and hear me say it’s weird I’ve never been to a garage that didn’t charge. It’s a scam to get extra money, and I’m feeling my rights are now being violated and my name slandered because had it told me I owed I would have paid the fee but instead they send a letter that I violated something and charge me 70 extra dollars and ignore my dispute claims and just keep issuing. Bbb please do something about this or please help me do something about this. Ty

Imagine being so close in DNA to a maggot that you go and get a job at a parking ticket enforcement company and thinking you are providing a service. Do the world a favor and dont wake up.

I had free validated parking paid for by ****, scanned it 3 times to be safe AND took a photo. Apparently the app never registered it and I received a $78 fine for less than 15 mins of FREE VALIDATED parking that’s paid for by the company. I will also be filing a complaint with **** store so that they are made aware of the predatory practices. I sent the time stamped and dated photo to the metropolis during my dispute to which they offered me a “courtesy $15 fee” instead to cover processing… I don’t care if it was $1, that is PREDATORY. I would rather dispute the $78 dollar charge with a credit agency.
My violation number was *********** in case they want to act like it doesn’t exist. I’m from the area I can’t wait to tell everyone who will listen not to park there ever in life.
