      The company is charging twice as much in a parking firm than the actual cost of the parking.They have also rejected my request for an extension and expect payment for the tickets in two weeks. I do not believe they fully investigated my situations as described

      There is reason this company has an F rating with the BBB. I was told that I was not in the system, but I have been charged before at the same location. The *** name is *********************, I wonder if he is aware of what a bad job his company is doing and the violation charges being denied because his company systems are in adequate.

      On 3 separate occasions in the past 3 months, I have entered a Metropolis/Premier Parking lot, accessed the parking application as instructed and received confirmation via the application that I was permitted to park. On 2 occasions, I later received a ticket with a fine that was equal to or more than the parking fee, claiming that I had not paid. Most recently, a parking boot was applied to my car, requiring me to wait for 30 minutes at almost midnight for another company to come to the parking lot, verify that I had in fact paid, and then remove the parking boot.
      I am not sure whether Metropolis/Premier is simply incompetent at technology or instead deliberately and falsely claiming that patrons failed to park in order to collect additional fees. I do recommend that the Metropolitan Nashville authorities should investigate them.

      Worst and rudest customer service. I had issues paying my parking garage fee (QR code) but did make an attempt. They mailed me a bill of $5 for the garage fee and $35.35 for a penalty fee. I opened a dispute case with them and they were very rude (in email) and would not drop the penalty fee. They confirmed there was no record of me causing a violation with them before this issue but still wouldn't drop the $35 fee.

      Received a parking violation for Brightline parking garage on day of 2/18/2023. Received 1st notice/bill dated 3/22/2023. Paid violation on 4/5/23. Then, received a collections notice dated 4/5/2023, less than 2 weeks later!!! Company doesn't even give people 2 weeks to pay a bill before you will start getting debt collection notices from a law firm. Disgusting business practices.

      This company does not work with its patrons. The instructions appear very clear but are deceptive and leaves no room for error. They are not reasonable even when you have proof that it was their error. A parking violation was issued they made no effort and refused to correct their error. Charging over a months parking fee for a two hour stay.

      Scammers. They didn't send me a working code for the lot I paid for, didn't answer the phone, and didn't reply to emails. Tried to cancel and they refused. They also set up a recurring charge on my account without my consent, and now I have to not only dispute the charges but also cancel my debit card. This in turn means having to change all my autopay settings, etc.

      Parked in their garage in Knoxville. Did everything they asked.. name credit card, license plate etc. parked for 1 hour and left. Two weeks later got a bill for 36.25 for not paying !! It was their job to bill my card… they screwed up and want to charge me. Tried for two weeks to clear this up but all they say is show us your receipt !! How can I when they forgot to charge me. I tried long enough. Now the won’t even get the 6.00 from me.
      VERY CROOKED COMPANY. Do not park there.

After reviewing your account and violation details, I found that the violation you received and your account not being charged for parking, were both the result of an incorrect license plate on file. Because your license plate on file was missing two characters when you first parked, our system could not accurately charge your account. Additionally, because your correct license plate was not listed on file in our system, your vehicle appeared to be unpaid. Now that your license plate is listed accurately on your account, you will not have this issue moving forward should you continue to park with the same vehicle. Have a great day!

      In February 2023, I parked in a parking lot owned by Metrpolis. When I was about to pay the parking fee, I saw a prompt on the wall: Scan QR code to pay. I used my Android phone to scan the QR code to pay ? But the payment process is always stuck and cannot be completed.
      I suspected that the Wi-Fi signal upstairs was too weak, so I walked downstairs and tried again, but it still couldn't be done.
      Then I looked for a payment machine nearby, but I didn't find it anywhere.
      I later got a $70 ticket. I believe this is scam as many people have had the same experience. Each of us should avoid Metrpolis.
