I received a parking ticket in the mail for $80.25 from a photo of my license plate. I pulled into a parking lot that looked to be for the business I was going to. It didn't not look to be a charged lot. I was I was parked in the lot for 12 minutes. I went through the dispute process. They did honor my dispute and removed the fine. I only gave 3 stars because they should have better markings in the parking lot if no machine or person is present to pay. Having a tiny sign that you have to pay in the app isn't sufficient notification.

Big company SP+ parking (corporations) running scams all over the **** up charging parking because they can in ** city, ****** and major city. I was in *** and I had a small SUV, parked for one night was supposed to be $40 and they tried to charge me $170 for oversize vehicle and because of events. I was parking there because it was associated with the hotel I was staying. In ****** they charged me $42 for 60 minutes. seem like they are making a lot of money and increasing rates just because.

My daughter had to park here recently for an appointment at the ***** store. Her phone was broken and she was alone so she could not use an app to pay her fee. What was she to do? We were shocked to see a $100.00 fee mailed to our home. The amount that she owed was $20.00 for an hour parking in your lot!!! Is this fair???

I parked in one of their lots to go to my doctors office. I scanned the QR code and entered my cc information. A month later, I got a letter saying I had a parking violation and owed $40.00. For some reason, they didn't charge my card, then sent the violation. Several months later, I accidently parked in another one of their lots. I was very worried, and spoke with an attendant working there who assured me that I was using the app correctly. A month later, I got a letter saying I had a parking violation for $80.00! These people make a lot of money scamming people who park in their lots. I changed Dr.s to avoid parking in their lot. Avoid at all costs.

Parked in a parking lot in Elliston to watch an open mic night. Did not see ANY signs to pay for parking except along the wall of the establishment. Leave about 2 hours later to see a parking ticket on my car. WHAT??? Turns out, the sign for paid parking was exuberantly tall when you first turn in so you cannot see it. I took a video of the other 8 tickets on people's cars and attempted to dispute the ticket, submitting the video as well. They immediately responded with a denial.
Nashville city partners, you really need to shut this establishment down, ask another company to come in, or regulate their ridiculous fees. A $45 ticket for 2 hours, when I couldn't even see that it was pay to park? Come on...
Preying on tourists and others who don't know about this shifty, robbing company who is only out to literally steal people's money. They find ways to be dishonest, misrepresenting the need to pay to park, or even only allowing customers the ability to pay through an app.

Terrible experience with this company. I parked at their lot in the Gulch early November and spent at least 20m in front of the QR code sign and it would not accept my CARDS (3). Two debit cards and one **** card was rejected. I tried to get the application to take my cards in the restaurant for another 20m with no success. This is a scam in my view and see multiple complaints on this site as well. I was given a $76.25 fine after all of this and was offered a $50 settlement....which is ridiculous. I recommend anyone NOT to park where and avoid their lots like the plague! This looks like a deliberate tactic as I read other comments on the BBB site. Metropolis payments/mckinley payments should be ashamed.....I too would give them ZERO stars if possible.

On 11/21/22 we used one of their lots in Nashville, TN. We scanned the wrong QRL code which resulted in a parking ticket, even though we had paid, just on the wrong space. When we disputed the ticket Metropolis reviewed the details, finding that we had indeed paid, (on the wrong space) they rescinded the ticket with no further action needed from us. We are very thankful and appreciative that they acted in our favor. Thanks again.

Premier Parking is running a SCAM! (Nashville, TN)
My husband and I parked in a Premier Parking lot in Nashville, TN. Before leaving the lot, I downloaded the app, followed the instructions, created an account, entered my credit card, plate number, and phone number, and spoke with the parking attendant (I received a text from a metropolis with a PIN). At the suggestion of the parking attendant, I took pictures of the screen that saved the plate number and credit card info. My husband and I DID NOT leave the lot without ensuring that all the information was correct. We requested to park from 11 am to 2 pm. However, upon our return to the vehicle, we saw that a citation for $50 had been given to us. The parking attendant had left, and the new stated, "she's the one that gave you the source." At 3 pm, I received 2nd text saying, "Metropolis: You rental/temporary vehicle, license plate ...." AFTER receiving the citation. I immediately filed an online dispute, but I was charged a "late fee:" because "we never received your email." I have attempted times to settle this dispute and have even emailed the picture of the information submitted online. The fine has gone from $85 to $32.50, but we must only be charged for parking from 11 am to 2 pm. I refuse to overpay for a parking spot when it was Metropolis/Premier Parking error. I have tried explaining what happened in detail, but they are refusing to listen. That's unacceptable! I am tired of explaining what happened and including all of the proof to a multi-billion dollar corporation. This could have easily been settled had Premier Parking taken responsibility for an error that was caused by their company.

I'd give a zero star if possible. Similar to other customers, I parked at one of their parking lots in Nashville, TN in October 2022. I was not familiar with where to park in the downtown area. I parked in the lot and tried to use the website and app information they had at a kiosk. I couldn't use the QR code. The website didn't open on my smartphone either. I called customer service, with the number posted on the kiosk. That person gave me a slightly different website to try to login and create an account. After about 13 minutes of standing at the kiosk and not being able to figure out how to pay, I got in my car and went to a regular parking garage. I figured I wouldn't be charged for being in a parking lot when I physically never left it. I would've paid if I could've figured out their non-user-friendly system and communication materials. In mid-November, I got a parking ticket from them totaling $81.25!! The unpaid parking fare was $11.00 and the ticket fine was $70.25. That is ludicrous. They are making money off of people who can't figure out their substandard parking system. Also, when I tried to pay for the ticket online, I had to jump through hoops to even call the right customer service number to ask what website I should pay through. The website they provided in the violation letter no longer exists. How is someone supposed to pay a fine online if the website your company provides no longer exists? So, the customer service rep let me know the company transitioned to Mckinleypayments.com. Then I was able to pay the ridiculous fee. This company has poor and unclear parking instruction materials and communications. The parking fine levels are unethical. This company is a shark. They profit from people's inability to figure out how to use their parking system. Don't park there, ever. Filing a dispute is not worth my time or energy. And they probably bank on people who choose not to take them to court. Park elsewhere.

I parked at 2525 West End Garage from 5:30-6:14 pm on November 2nd.
There was no attendant and the parking bar was up. We ate at * * ******. We left and there was still no attendant. I called * * ****** and they said there was a QR code to use. But we did not see if signs for any QR code.
