I never parked in this parking lot before. They sent me 2 pictures of my car, crossing through the parking lot for $100 each. I might have an issue with my license now.

Nashville: lack of signage for specific parking and payment at 110 4th Ave South, Nashville. We pulled into a lot. Used the closest QR code to record our license plate and make our payment. The cost to park was not identified until after I entered my payment information. Then as we were leaving there was a card on our vehicle stating we parked in the wrong spot and were being fined.
It appears that we parked in the ** **** *********** parking lot instead of Metropolis. There wasn’t clear signage to identify the parking lot as separate lots. Perhaps they should employ a parking attendant or provide clear signage to discern where their parking spots were so that I would not incur a fine. If I do not pay the fine to Metropolis Parking they will send my information to collections. What a scam by both companies in my opinion!!!! I will be contacting The Nashville Chamber of Commerce.

Fraudulent practices. Entered a garage that showed parking is $10 upon entering. When exiting the garage, prior to payment the garage arm lifted allowing me to exit. I then thought no payment was required as most garages in America will not allow exit prior to payment. I received a letter charging the $10 parking fee and an additional ticket fine of $35.25. I contacted customer support explaining the situation, they acknowledged this was my first time using their garage and offered to discount the fine by $5. Unacceptable. Seems to be intentional to then charge people more money later.

Overcharged for parking. Tried to use the app. didn't work. Got a bill with a fine 7 times the original fee.

In August of 2022 we received a notice from McKinley Payments for parking in one of their lots in Austin, TX. The notice said we owed them $80.25. ($10 parking fare + $70.25 ticket fine) We did park in their lot on 7/4/22, however, when we tried to leave the lot after parking for 1 hr & 12 min, I scanned the QR code at their "pay' station but the page would not load. Thinking it was my phone, I had my oldest son scan the code using his phone (he has a different cell phone provider) he had the same problem, then my youngest son tried to scan the QR code, only to have the same issue. All three of us tried several other websites to test if it was our phones or the pay to park QR code. We were able to quickly & easily access all the websites we tried. It was at that point we realized their server was down making payment imposible. We waited in the lot for close to 25 minutes. We looked all over for a phone number to call or an attendant while we continued to try to scan the pay code. There was no phone number for help and at no point did we ever see a parking attendant to assist us with the payment issue. We had no choice but to leave the lot. A few days later we received a letter demanding $80.25. There was no number on the letter to call for help, only a web address to pay or file a dispute. I filed a dispute informing them that their pay system was inoperable, however I did wish to pay for parking and offered to mail them a money order or cashiers check for $10. A few days later I received a rather rude email from them denying my dispute and demanding the $80.25. I replied back to their email, again telling them it was of no fault of ours that their server was down, making it impossible for us to pay, and that I would gladly send them the $10, however I refused to allow them to extort the exorbitant fee of $70.25 because they had network issues. They they sent another rude response saying they denied my dispute. They are now using the name Metropolis Payments.

My son was looking for someone and drove into an open lot not realizing he was being charged. Was in lot for 2 minutes when found other person and they went to their hotel. Then we received a parking violation notice in the mail for $72.25. What a racket. How can we fight this? This is a ridiculously high amount.

I bought a monthly pass for "**** ***************" in *******. Turns out there's no lot at that address. What I've ACTUALLY purchased is a spot at the ****************************, the entrance for which is on *****************. But you can't park there unless you're a monthly Metra rider or you'll be towed. Nowhere on their website do they mention that it as a Metra lot or that a Metra monthly pass is required. The pin for it on the map on their website is wildly incorrect so there's just no way to know. An absolute scam. A clear attempt to trick people into buying that spot and then also collecting towing fees from them.

Avoid parking in the garages associated with McKinley Payments. The payment process is confusing and misleading. You will get hefty parking violation fines even though their system is the one in the wrong. It will be near impossible to dispute the violation and customer service is of no help. It is a long process that will leave you wanting to just pay the fine and get it over with. If you do have a fine, email them with all the information and keep insisting that you'll pay the parking charge but not the violation fee. They are an evil company and their goal is to trick you into paying these fees.

ZERO stars. Disputed parking ticket through email. Sent them information what they asked for. Sent email back saying denied by what I sent them. Entered parking garage. Was there a little over an hour. Upon leaving, gate was up and no attendant on premises. Was with a friend also who didn't pay parking. She didn't get a ticket
