      I used the app and the app failed and now they want me to pay $78.00. I have filed a complaint with only auto return messages. They will not answer. This has been in news headlines about how this app keeps failing. . I am willing to pay the $8 but nothing over. I am tired of dealing with this when it was completely their apps failure. Violation # ***********

      Recently had an outta town gig where I prepaid for 2 days of parking. Unfortunately on my way back American Airlines delayed my flight and I was forced to have to pay for an additional day. While I was at JFK I called the 1 800 number for SP plus and told the customer service person exactly what the issue was. She simply told me to go online and prepurchase another 24 hours and then when I exit to show the barcode to get out. Unfortunately, I did this And when I tried to exit the woman at the booth told me she could not take an additional prepaid voucher from me. And then made me pay an additional $18 . I explained to her that I had called the 1 800 number and this is what I was told and she simply said that that's not what they were told so she couldn't take my additional voucher. This was the biggest scam of a self parking situation I've ever had. Although the woman at the booth was nice she told me to call her manager the next day which I did and have yet to receive a phone call almost 3 weeks later. Do not use this service! They don't tell you the truth and they take your money without thinking twice.

      We entered the 1055 Pine St. garage on August 7th and were unable to figure out their payment app. The first hour was listed as free, and we mistakenly overstayed only 26 minutes due to a wait at the restaurnat we visited. Weeks later we received a notice that we owe $6.00 parking fair plus $70.25 "fine." Nowhere in this garage did it state ramifications of a fine. I returned to the garage and verified there are no $70.25 violation signs present. I am more than happy to pay our unpaid fare of $6.00. I contacted them and stated that I would, but they declined my appeal. I will not be compensating them beyond that $6.00 and frankly if they have such technology, the $6.00 should be prorated down to $2.58 for my 26 minutes of "service" rendered.

      4 minutes late *****. Fine doesnt go to locals. Goes to them. Poor conditions, not patrolled to protect the working public. Premium price substandard service.

      I recently parked at one of your garages (151 ******************************, *********, **) and the ticket printer was jammed. I hit the help buttoned the the employee on duty said that I could park but would need to pay cash since I could not get a ticket or back out of the garage into heavy one way traffic.. I was picking up up a parking permit across the street ******************************* 5 minutes. He told me he could take care of me if I paid cash and if I could find an ***. I got $20 from the *** next door at the Days Inn. When I offered to pay upon my return, which should be $6 for under 20 minutes, he said he had no change, but could not open the gate without me paying. He insisted that I give him the $20 to open the gate knowing I had no exact change. So I was held hostage in your garage. I asked if he could let it pass since I was only parked for 10 minutes. He said no. I was furious so gave him $20 which I m sure he pocketed. I have been in business for many years and was appalled - I realized I was being conned. I was infuriated by his dishonesty took advantage of my desire to get out of the garage.

      I echo the other complaints. ZERO Stars. They ripped me off for a $70.25 fine too. After numerous emails they reduced the fine to $50. I finally gave up and paid. I also called 615.238.2250 and talked with a person, but they could not help. Just happy to be done with them and will never park anywhere managed by them again.

      Like others, i tried to dispute the charge since the app was not working and there was no way to contact the company at the time of parking. I offered to pay the original parking fee and was told i had to pay the $70 charge. I did. since I looked into to filing a legal complaint in small claims court but it does not look feasible in Tennessee.

      One star is too much but necessary to post a review. I know parking companies in general are terrible at customer service and will do anything to make money include lying. I park with this terrible vendor at The Place apartments, have my monthly payment on autopay, have never missed a payment. Two months ago I called into their office to change my license plate on file from a ** plate to a ** plate and was assured by the female employee that I spoke to that this had been handled and was updated. Today, I go down to the parking garage to get my car and there is a violation notice and my car is booted. Now Metropolis is saying that my license plate was never updated and I will need to pay $135 for the car to be unbooted because of their employees mistake in not updating the license plate. Zero empathy, zero customer service and the worst part is they are my only option for parking at my building. If you have the choice do not park with them at any of their parking lots/ garages. Terrible company

      ZERO stars! This company is a complete scam. We entered one of their parking garages on 9-2-22. When we entered, we downloaded their app, and gave our credit card number. We were in the garage about one hour. There was no signage or information anywhere that we could see on how to pay for our fare when we exited and there was no attendant at the exit. So we had to assume that since they had our credit card number, they would automatically charge it for our fare when we exited. WRONG! Today I received a parking ticket bill for $76.25 ($6.00 for our original fare plus a $70.25 fine). When I filed a dispute regarding the fine, within just a few minutes I received an automatically generated email denying it. I sincerely believe this company is purposely not charging people for their original fare, just so they can fine them instead. Thus generating more than 10 times the amount of he original fare.

      I would give 0 stars if I could. I have had three separate incidents over the past four months where their technology malfunctioned and they sent me a violation a month later for the parking fare plus fines that ranged from $80-100. I disputed all three through their website (they won't let you talk to an actual person, it's all done through their website and e-mail). They dismissed one, which was obvious because it was parking that was validated by the restaurant we were visiting. But, the other two were denied, with no reason given. For both of them I had screen shots on my phone of exactly how their website malfunctioned (I took them at the time of the parking events, because I was worried what might happen since it didn't seem to be working right). But, they denied both, with no reason given and no opportunity to speak to someone about why.

      When I was parking for the third time I scanned the QR code and chose my license plate, but never got a "Start Parking" prompt. After I pulled out I didn't get a notice that my session had ended. So I called them THAT DAY to make sure I didn't get another violation. The agent said she could see me entering and leaving, so it should be charged soon. It wasn't, so 11 days later I called back and spoke to another agent FOR 25 MINUTES (I have screen shots), and she said it looked like all of the lots where I had issues used to be managed by **** Parking. So, their system was probably trying to charge my **** account first. I haven't used **** in almost a year, I didn't have a payment method saved on it, and the app wasn't even on my phone. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT?!

      So, you have my license plate. You can see when I enter and when I exit. You have my credit card on file. But instead of just charging me, you wait a month and send me a violation for 5-10x the cost of the parking? Then when I try to dispute it you deny it with no reason given. This is fraud. I'm happy to pay for the parking, but I'll never pay their fines.
