      I cannot even acknowledge this company with "one" star as is it absolutely the most unethical and poorly managed company that I've ever encountered. I visited the 7400 Fannin location for a mammogram. I was given a coupon to scan as I exited the garage so I would not need to pay for parking. About 25 days later I received a "violation summary" stating I owed $77.25. I entered the garage at 10:30 am and departed at 11:26 so my parking fee amounted to $7.00. I am being fined $70.25 for not paying however exited with a coupon for free parking given to me by ***************** located on the main floor of the building attached to the garage.

      Such a shady company who does not listens to you. First they sent the letter to me when I have not used there parking lot. Second they sent the letter after the due date. I received a Parking Violation from McKinley Payments on 9/25/2022 and they asked me to pay for it by 9/22/2022 for parking violation on 7/24/2022 in Nashville. The violation was for Unpaid parking Fare of $8.00 Plus Violation Fine was $70.25. Thirdly they are collecting such a hefty fine. Fourthly they are not listening to me. I checked the image of the car on the physical mail and it was not my car. I told them that this is a mistake on there end and I also told them I was not in the parking lot or any area around it on that day. In fact I never used the parking lot in Nashville for more than a year. They have rejected my request for review and denied the violation dispute twice. They are not even replying to you. They are asking me to prove that car with my license plate is not mine. They are denying the requests. I am not sure what to do to these kind of predatory companies which try to extract money from you. I wish there was a fine imposed on these companies for falsely harassing innocent people.

      I echo what other have shared. A horrible company who, when overcharging you because you're unclear how to pay upon exiting a medical facility in Houston, mentions in their violation letter that you can dispute the charge. When you try, they have no interest. After weeks of ignoring my inquiries, they finally replied with an automated message saying the initial charge stands. What a horrible company that preys on people who are sick. They intentionally make things difficult and provide no phone number. I will be following up with the ************* Hospital in hopes they consider a company that has better standard.

      I had an appointment with Dr. ***** at 7900 Fannin St on 07/19. This was my first visit at this facility and I was not familiar with parking payment system. I spent 45 minutes around the lot while I was suffering from my illness to figure out how to pay for the parking. There was a sign with unclear instruction to download an app and take a picture of the QR code. I don't have a smartphone and don't know how to download app on my phone. I took the picture of QR code and tried for 15 minutes at the gate but the gate didn't open. I called the attendant for help and ask how I can make the parking payment. She said it is OK and opened the gate.
      I received a letter from Mckinley Payments with $30.25 violation fine plus $9 for unpaid parking fare. I have sent 4 emails and called Mckinley and Premier to resolve the issue, but I have not heard back from anyone. The letter clearly state, if I fail to pay by 09/02 I may be subject o additional fees and referred to a collection agency. Currently I am between job, and I was worried, this fine might impact my credit, I made the full payment $39.25 to mckinleypayments
      This is the first parking ticket that I have ever received because I am very careful to obey parking regulations. I truly believe this company involve in deceptive practice. I would gladly paid the $9 fare, but I didn't receive any invoice for payment but a $30.25 fine, this is ripoff and I can assure you, I was not the only one who was confused about parking payment system in this facility. Not everyone is tech savvy and have smartphone or willing to download some unknown app on their phone. citizens are trying to avoid fraud and hacker to get into their private life, bank account etc. using their phone.
      This company clearly trying to make profit, while they don't have a live person to answer the phone and direct all dispute to electronic communicate. Please investigate Mckinley and the 7900 Fannin facility management as I am certain they aware of this scam!

      Scam. Denied my dispute. Never saw anywhere in the app that said to pay anything. I was willing to pay the $25 parking charge but was unable to. Now I have a violation of $70 on top of it...

      Charged outrageous fees while in vehicle. Absurd! I am a Lyft driver and stayed in my car waiting for someone to request a ride. On occasion I stepped out of vehicle to stretch. To this date no one has replied to my phone call or email after lodging a complaint. The phone number listed doesnt work. They have pictures of my car so certainly they can access footage that I never left my car parked at all!

      I also wish I could give 0/5 stars for this company. I have been to the same parking garage many times (as my doctor's office is in the adjoining building), but apparently the garage changed management companies since my last visit. Not only did I not receive a ticket upon entry into the garage, there was also no where to pay for the time spent there. There were signs on the beams of the parking garage with a QR code that I guess patients are supposed to scan and pay through some app? There were no clear instructions on what the new process is. Previously, there was a parking garage attendant that you had to stop and pay on the way out, or a self pay machine. This time there was no attendant and no machine. As I was leaving, the garage gate opened automatically when I pulled up to it, not making me stop to insert a ticket and payment like normal. Obviously, this system is confusing and unlike any others I or others have used in the past. I definitely did not intentionally "not pay" for my $9 parking charge. I have never seen a system like this. The next thing I know, I received a violation in the mail for $72!! I emailed the company explaining that it was an honest mistake and asked that they adjust the charge to $9 so that I can make my payment online. The $61 1st time violation charge they tacked on is completely absurd! I have emailed a total of 4 times now trying to dispute, but every time I've been denied. This is a total scam!!! I still have refused to pay $72 for the brief time that I was parked in the parking garage to see my doctor. Please look into this company. This is not right.

      I can not believe that any building would use this company. Their pricing policy and "violation" fees are unethical. They charged a $70.25 violation fee (on a $9 parking charge - which my doctor's office used a voucher to cover- they charged the doctor $18). I'm so offended by the charge it makes me want to change doctors. Bad for business!

      I went to the Women's Hospital on Fannin St in Houston, TX to visit my daughter who was having a baby. It was a Saturday morning and the entrance arm to the parking lot was up. There was no indication that I needed to pay. When I left, same thing, the exit arm was up. There was no attendant and no indication I needed to pay. I received a violation in the mail a month later for $42.25. $12 for parking and $30.25 for the violation. I tried to file a dispute and was denied with no reasoning and that I can not appeal the decision and the dispute was closed. This is ridiculous and apparently their MO to cheat you out of more money for parking.
