Very frustrated about our experience parking at 3rd Ave N in Nashville, TN. The lot rates stated 24 hours parking for $26. I believe the app I used to pay even stated the same. After leaving I was charged a flat rate of $52.99 every time we parked. Customer Service stated that 'somewhere' outside the building was a sign that read '$52.99 flat rate for event parking'. 4 people in our vehicle and nobody saw it. Customer Service was not helpful and stated I was lucky and should have paid more for parking. What a scam, the lot was very deceitful.

I have parked at****** Stadium 4 times, have 4 receipts, 4 payments taken...and have received 4 parking violations!
I have disputed every one of them, yet continue to get notices saying I owe and ADDITIONAL $70!
This company is a complete scam, zero customer service...preying people who are scared it will get the arrested or go on their credit. I have threatened them with a lawyer in my last dispute...so we shall see!

Same story as everyone else. We used the lot outside of ***** Stadium in St Louis for an event. There were signs posted outside saying $25 parking. When I used my credit card, I was charged $40 but decided it wasn't a big deal. I have the $40 charge on my credit card and the confirmation text from Premier Parking but I still got a letter with my 'parking violation' and an extra $70.25 fee on it. I have responded by emai but don't expect an answer after reading these reviews. I WON'T pay the extra and if it doesn't get dropped, I'll dispute the original charge through my credit card.

I received this request for payment from McKinley Payments about a parking violation. First off from the pictures on the violation you can see they are not using the entire number from the plate, also it is a different vehicle and different color then my vehicle. Also I have never been to Nashville ever in my life nor have I even been out of my home state in almost 8 years.. No one to talk to and I have submitted my complaint with no contact back.

NO STARS!!! Complete scam-same QR code issues and I reached out to resolve immediately upon leaving the parking area close to ****** Stadium in Nashville to avoid any potential issues. They charged my card the appropriate amount via email correspondence which I still have. Now I have two collection letters from them with astronomical fees that I am not paying. I advise people to completely avoid their parking lots.

This company is a SCAM. I would give 0 stars if I could. In what world does it cost $52 dollars to park for a couple hours? They have no signage saying how much it costs before you park. We were visiting from out of town and I mistakenly parked in the lot nearest to the venue we were going to because I have screws in my ankle and it was the closest walk. I will warn everyone I know against parking in these lots. Asinine. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I have the same issue with this company. I parked in a lot in Nashville, scanned the QR code and on the second attempt, my credit was accepted. Two days later my credit card was charged $5.99. End of story or so I thought. About a month later I received a notification in the mail stating I failed to pay the $10.00 parking fee and they added $70.25 in late fees. I went to McKinley's website and submitted a dispute. I received a reply stating no further action was required from me until an agent contacted me. I have yet to be contacted by an agent and this this week I received another notification in the mail about the parking fine and late fee. I have submitted a second dispute in which I attached their reply to my first dispute. From reading other complaints, I am not hopeful to hear anything soon about this. But hopefully this company gets their act together. A note to Premier Parking, you should find another vendor to handle your payments. This is not a good look for your company.

I wish I could give zero stars. Our story is EXACTLY like everyone else's! We just received a 3rd parking violation, when we have evidence we paid each time. We have disputed each violation starting 2 months ago, and have yet receive a call or email back confirming anything. We believe this be a complete and utter scam. I would avoid Premier Parking at all cost so you do not have to deal with this. Please DO NOT pay the violations. Do not fall for this scam! Considered yourselves warned.

In seeing these reviews, I am now positive that this whole company is a scam. I used the website to park behind ******* in Nashville. When I opened the website to enter my information, I noticed that the sign said that the first hour was free. But the only selection available on the website was for a full 8 hours. It would not let me change that. I thought that it would be fine since the first hour was free and it was some new technology that would recognize that I was there for under an hour and there would be no charge. I went back in to the website and it froze so I didn't actually complete the transaction. All of the sudden, I see a $25.99 charge on my credit card. I tried to talk to customer service multiple times and they said there was nothing they could do. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and will fight this one. DO NOT PARK IN ANY LOT THAT USES THIS TECHNOLOGY. IT IS A SCAM.

Like everyone else commenting, I think this company ( which is foreign owned ) is simply a scam. I drove around for 45 minutes trying to find a lot that used credit card instead of the QR app, which I don't have and finally parked in the garage as I was already 30 minutes late for the event I was going to. Expected to get a bill, but the $70 " fine " is absurd and probably not even legal. And nobody has ever contacted me like they said when I disputed it. They should be banned from Nashville. Zero stars.
