      Went to a venue and scanned the QR code to pay for parking. After inputting my license plate number and adding my vehicle, I saw the price they were charging and decided to park somewhere else. I never accepted or checked out in the app to approve a purchase. I go to another parking garage and park there. Next morning I get a text saying my time is about to expire and a recipe. I never parked there, I never checked out and customer support refused to give me a refund. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!

      This company makes it impossible to use any other vehicle other than the vehicle that is registered. I had a rental car and logged into my account. At the end of the day, I received a bill for 20 dollars as they say the car "was not entered". This company cannot be reached other than email, which is ridiculous. If I could give negative stars, I would.

      They removed my payment from my account and then double charged me for it. When I called to explain they must have removed it, they blamed me and told me there was nothing they could do and that it was in their terms of service that I had to maintain the payment. But I never removed the payment method so how is that my fault.

      This company is absolutely horrible! I parked at an underground garage in Gulch district of Nashville on Labor day Monday for about 2 hours. Everything was done via a QR code for payment, no attendant on-site, no phone number to call. Red flag! So I parked, scanned the code, put in my card info and went on about my day. I got a text with the info. When I left a few hours later, got a text receipt saying visit complete, it was $14. Ok fine. I immediately drove back to Indiana where I live. The next day at work, I got a text from them saying "thank you for the visit with a charge of $42! I was confused and angry. I immediately looked online for a number to call, no number. Could only email. Waiting for a response, they said I entered the garage at 830p on the Monday night and stayed until 1030 the next day. How is this possible when I'm sitting at work in Indiana with my car in my work parking lot. I explained this, even have evidence, said their computer and cameras are incorrect. They keep telling me that they're sorry but since I didn't respond in 10 minutes via text they won't reverse the charges. I never received a text from them. Please don't ever park in one of their garages. I've had to change my ATM card, contact my banks fraud department because they are stealing from people. Never again!

      I accidentally used the app incorrectly but had validated parking in a lot anyways so I figured, no problem. WRONG,.. I was mailed a ticket for $55 and received zero grace at all when I filed a ticket to metropolis. Greedy company, will not use any lots managed by them ever again.

      I’ve had to use Metropolis Technologies multiple times when visiting a local food hall, but my recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I received a $7 parking charge for a location in Detroit, Michigan—somewhere I’ve never even been. When I contacted customer service for a refund, I explained that I didn't recognize the license plate associated with my account and reiterated that I have never been to Detroit. However, they insisted that the license plate had been linked to my account since 2023 and refused to issue a refund, despite the fact that I have no idea whose vehicle it is. I've never had a vehicle with this license plate in my family or for myself.
      I am currently trying to escalate this issue with their management, but if they continue to refuse, I will be forced to file a fraud dispute with my credit card company. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, and their refusal to resolve this matter feels like a scam. I can only imagine how much money they are unjustly taking from other unsuspecting customers.
      Once this is resolved, I plan to delete my account, which I never even wanted in the first place, and will be leaving negative reviews on every platform I can to warn others.
      Save yourself the trouble and avoid Metropolis parking lots at all costs.

      Can't leave negative stars. Wouldn't finalize payment, emailed the concern, no phone number to call, added another $25 to parking fee. Really don't need my phone number, credit card number, email address and license plate number everywhere just to open a door. What happens if there's a fire? Medical emergency? Can't open an access door without downloading the app, imputing credit card info and then obtaining a code.

      Went to Nashville for the weekend and parked in one of the lots. Paid the $42 fee but realized we were at the wrong location. I tried to cancel the transaction however it still charged the fee for an entire day. Contacted customer support and they stated they reimburse the fee within a reasonable time period which is 10 mins and had me in the deck for 14 mins therefore they could not refund the fee and immediately closed my ticket. This should be a crime to charge hard working people $42 for 14 mins in their lot in error. I will be making sure to never enter any of their parking decks again.

      This company scams people by sending BS tickets even though you have receipts and does not allow appeal for all the tickets, only some. Then they send you to a collections agency.

      I wish i could leave negative stars.
      I scanned the code, paid my fee, and still got a ticket and fine.
      Their reason: i paid for a spot in a different parking lot. Therefore i did not pay for the correct spot.
      Sent an expensive fine. To make it go away, they charged me another $15.
      Two hours if parking went from $8 to $23 because lack of clear signage on the lot i was in and what i thought was an auto populated field in my phone was wrong. Not honoring the fee paid for wrong lot is just wrong
