This company scams people by charging their credit card without accurately showing the amount they will be charged or the time they will be given in the log. They charge your card first, then show you the time limit and amount. I needed 48 hours in a lot, I scanned the QR code when I arrived but never saw anything about the amount and time. I figured it was at the end, so I put in my car information, CC, and then by the time I saw it my card had already been charged. I emailed them immediately and they said they don't do refunds. This company uses a deceptively designed website to prematurely charge people and then refuses to give refunds. DO NOT PARK THERE.

This company is as close to a scam as you can legally get. The payment system for their parking garages plain does not work. The app and QR codes don’t work/wont scan and that’s if you even see the 1 sign they have on the outside of the building. Furthermore, I was almost locked out the garage because of the faulty QR code you need to enter the garage. Finally, a couple months after this instance, they have the gall to blame me for this instance and charge me 80 dollars in parking violations. Don’t use these garages and let this company simply go under is what I say.

On April 25, 2024 I entered the parking facility on the campus of ****** Hospital **** ****** in Louisville KY. The gate arm was in the up position and other cars were entering the parking facility so I entered. Looking for a way to obtain a ticket or some other means of paying upon leaving the facility with nothing clearly marked. Then leaving the facility sometime later I once again look for a means by which to pay my "fair" parking fee but the gate arm is allowing cars to depart without any payment. I follow suit and depart. Then weeks later I received an extortion letter (parking ticket) in the mail for $42.25. $7.00 was the parking fee and $35.25 was the "violation fee." This is nothing more than a company who looks to extort money from the general public. I eventually paid a reduced fee of $27.25 to get them off my back! This company is impossible to talk to they like to hide behind a keyboard and use prewritten responses to your inquiries. This really makes ****** Hospital and **** ****** look bad and it gives me yet another reason to NOT go into Downtown Louisville!

Despicable company - we parked for an event and thought our parking was already handled - there was no attendant, the gate was up and there were no visible signs for paying.
We received a "ticket"? in the mail - the fee for parking was $5.50 and the PENALTY FINE was $71 - absolutely criminal!! They should not be able to run a business this way and should be held accountable!
I would give zero stars but this website is making me choose at least 1 star....

Do NOT use their help link email!!! My husband was very frustrated and couldn't get the QR code to work. He decided to use the so called "help" email link posted by the code on their signage. Mistake!!! It took his debit card number, which he thought he was paying to park. Then, it sent him to nothing that linked him to parking. He has been charged several times by *********, which is a scam!!!! We were charged separately for parking by Metropolis after I figured it out!!! No help involved! Just helping themselves to your money!!! We now have to cancel his debit card and try to get a refund.
They are very dirty and tight spaces. We wanted to turn around and leave. But, we were afraid of the consequences since no one was there to assist with our problems. Should have known, I know, but they prey on the unexperienced/frustrated individuals. Metropolis must know because it is on THEIR sign!!!!

Scam. Clearly listed sign stated 3 hour free parking and they sent a bill fine for $80 parked less than 2 hours. I have proof and record everything these days because of stuff like this. It will not be paid and if they want to play games with me I’ll get my attorney involved. Don’t let corrupt immoral people run over you and give in and pay them if they are in the wrong.

My husband I were in Nashville to see an event that was at *********** ***** on Thursday May 9, 2024. We paid for specific parking close to the arena as we both are disabled. The information that was given to us as far as the address for the parking was the address that we followed and it was not underground parking, but an actual parking lot. When we got there, we ended up having to scan the QR code that was in the parking spot that we were in. There were no signs or indications whatsoever that specified the amount that the hourly charge was supposed to be other than $2.75/per hour with a minimum of one hour and maximum of 24 and towing after 7 days. When we got back to our car and my husband closed out the parking time that we were there, we were charged $53.50. We ended having to pay $78.50 for parking for a little under 4 hours. I have complained to the company and they have said that they weren't going to do anything as far as making this right with there being no information about the costs. As I have seen as far as the rating given for this company, I am not the only one this is happening to. I just want my $42.50 back. The $11.00 which is the rate of $2.75/hour x 4 hours. I will agree to that. I did let them know that what they are doing is akin to stealing our credit/debit card number.

Their business model is really unbelievable. I was lured into using their app to visit a museum in Nashville, and a couple days later, rolled into a completely empty lot with no signage, and they charged me $52 for a 22 minute park.
And their customer service folks told me they could not help because there was a special rate in effect that day (A Saturday morning at 7:50 am)
Do not under any circumstances download their app or do business with these folks.

Metropolis will charge you even when using validation codes that should cover the cost of parking then claim that the user agreed to the system. They are a complete scam and are taking over all of Nashville. They need to be removed. There is no live person and once a card is charged, they do not refund.

Trust me, when I say there is a reason that the bb. Has given this company and all their locations at letter grade f. They have a beautiful website that's full of c*** They have hired a company that has no integrity to toll vehicles away. This company boasts on their website about their own integrity and excellent business practices. It is all a lie and a scam. This company does not care about the community and it shows in their action. Of all these years they have not tried to fix the problem. They have customers that pay for parking and on a regular basis. They have customers that they let this company to weight for $245. Before the customer can get their vehicle back. They lose that customer. This cobunny should do like the City of *******. They have our information. They can alert us when their money is low. If we need to add more money, but instead they want to. Use innocent working people that have made a mistake and forget to add more money and have them told 20 miles away from the original place. They left their car in their lot. It is not right. It is bad business, and they should also be reported as well as the tow trucking company a one. On *********************** for their bad business practices. Now I know why this lot is always empty. They allow this company to charge working class.People $245 for a missed payment of 5 course. This is not good business practices that you boast about on your website.Correct the problem you can do this.
