      Very confusing validation process that apparently requires two smart devices (one with your qr validation code and the other to scan it from your app). First time user and I thought I would be able to scan my QR code at the exit but of course there aren’t any scanners! As soon as you leave the garage you are charged and their customer service refuses to do any refund/validation once you’ve left the garage.

      Metropolis monthly parking steals your money. Park anywhere other than Metropolis parking. I paid for monthly parking but said I couldn't use it during the NFL draft. They are greedy, money grubbing, dishonest thieves. They will steal your money and when a big event comes to Detroit not even let you park where you are paid up on your monthly parking.

      I paid for 3-hour parking. I then was told that I would need to extend the parking if I was still inside so I click on the link to do so. I've been asked to me the only option was a 3-day stay. So I didn't even click yes except I clicked on the 3-day thinking that it would give me the option to edit it but it did not and after clicking on the stay it gave me no interaction to go back. My car has now been charged $89 for less than a 5-hour stay. I contacted the multiple times before this was ever charged and they continue to tell me that there was nothing that I could do. Do not park here.

      Living in Nashville means being forced to deal with Metropolis at one time or another, and it is always a nightmare experience. NO posted rates anywhere. Totally ineffective email-based customer service (or lack thereof)...they act like they don't understand your complaint or request when you email, or they just mark the issue resolved without it actually being resolved. And they've even charged me $45 for parking randomly without ever going into a lot and I couldn't fight it. Just out $45 to a faceless conglomerate. Metropolis is a dystopian nightmare that is only getting worse.

      Went to park at ****** ****** in Bellevue. They recently enacted Metropolis parking some time this past week (01APR2024). The shop I went to had validated my parking for 2 hours. I added my license plate and credit card information per the posted signs. I scanned the validation code. The site had told me that my parking was validated and didn't need to pay anything. I left the parking facility within my 2 hour validation and was charged $12 even though my parking was validated. I contacted their customer service via email. It was like talking to a wall, and there would not admit that maybe their system was flawed. I offered to provide proof that my parking should have been validated with an approved vendor, and they refused to provide me the refund. There's no phone number to talk to a customer service representative. If everything works as it should, it should be fine, but the moment something goes wrong, there's no room to fix it because they're a stubborn organization that refuses to fix the problems they cause.

      My card was charged without my consent. I was researching rates and was not given an option to proceed or cancel. Come to find out that they forced a parking session and charged my card. What kind of retail/goods can get by with charging a card without a Confirm / Yes / Checkout button. Shady, lousy, scummy business.

      No signs that there is special “event parking” then charge you $40 for less than 30 minutes of parking. They should not be allowed to operate without posting their prices onsite. There was nothing that said how much they were going to me when I parked for 20 min to take my kid to go to the bathroom in Nashville.

      I am a former SP+ Employee out of *****, ******** (*********************), I voluntarily walked out of my job about 2 hours prior to my shifts end, and frankly, SP+ is lucky that I don't file a lawsuit for harassment, retaliation from a supervisor and endangerment of passengers.So, *********************** has been generous enough to give SP+ radios, I remind you, these were provided by ***********************, not the company itself.My supervisor ordered me to intentionally overload my bus, putting my passengers in danger. I tried to say no, my supervisor didn't let me say no, and I also remind you, everything that is said over the radio is caught, recorded and stored by the ***********************.My passengers were forced to sit upon one anothers lap. I remind you, as an airport shuttle bus driver, part of my job is to be observant of all of the passengers on my shuttle bus to ensure that they are being safe as I transport them. A couple of these passengers looked like they were under the age of 18 years old.I went back to Base (Our building), I then proceeded to get into a verbal altercation with my supervisor and I told her exactly what was on my mind and said "Not only did you force me to put my passengers into a very dangerous situation, but you forced me to put my passengers into a very sexually uncomfortable situation. You've shattered my trust and I do not feel comfortable working with SP+ I'm glad this is my last day, especially if you're forcing me to do stuff like this for the sake of fulfilling the operation!". I could tell that some of the female passengers were very uncomfortable but my supervisor had absolutely no regard for them, their safety or their comfortability. I was met with heavy retaliation, anger and frustration from my supervisor.My supervisors excuse? "I've been doing this for 6 years, I know what I'm doing", Like yeah, lawyers and attorney's also know what they're doing. I don't intend to persue a lawsuit, so don't worry.

      Horrible horrible company. I can't believe they are able to remain in business. You can't get a hold of them via phone or email. Their phone numbers are disconnected. You're lucky if you can get a hold of someone. Sad that companies like this exist in the world. There are legitimate honest companies in this world trying to make money and they struggle but there's companies like yours that just steal money and don't care about people and you continue to exist. You should be shut down immediately. If you're the *** of reading this you should be happy if you're getting paid because your company will not last the way t** is dtructured and the way it is run. Every single person that works for this company should be ashamed of themselves. Any customer or future customer wanting to do business with this company stay far far away.
