      ZERO STARS. I wouldn't buy season passes from them and probably won't ever go back after dealing with customer service. Me and my fiance cancelled our season passes over a year ago as we had been getting charged continuously. Well, mine got cancelled and not his apparently. When I reached out to corporate via chat they told me that in order to cancel it I have to pay the month that was declined and the fee that went with it totaling about $32 dollars and that I would only get my deposit back of $40. I am beyond mad as I had cancelled this over a year ago. They asked for a confirmation of the cancellation and I didn't have it in my email, NOT EVEN MY CANCELLATION NOTICE. They refuse to have good customer service and seem to be money hungry and not care about their customers. Because they won't stop charging my account I went ahead and cancelled my card on file and got a new one so they can't continue to bill me as I am not paying a ***** more to them.

      Not renewing my Six Flags passes. I purchased a two meal a day plan for my kids for $150, only to find out at the park that they enacted a new rule that there is 90 minutes between meals. I called customer service and they told me they could issue a refund if I purchased separate one meal plans, $110 each. I went ahead and made the purchase and they still denied my refund. They'll do anything for a dollar!

      If I could these would be a ZERO STAR.I have been trying to cancel my membership since 7/25/23. Their system never made it beyond the initial screen and just stopped working every time or the email with the verification code never comes through nor does it when trying text. I have done a chat on 8/1/23, was given a case number and never have been contacted. Went to my main park, spoke with a person at customer service about the issue who then took my information for account and contact. Never heard from anyone. I have emailed twice now with the issues I am having and still no response from Six Flags. There appears to be no real way to cancel this membership and now I have paid for another month. I feel these are very deceptive consumer practices and seem to be a means of making more money. Very disappointed with Six Flags and would not recommend their monthly memberships to anyone.

      I found out my daughter was deceased so I took the four children that I'm raising to Six Flags. Being old and not computer literate I managed to get the tickets online to get the discount. It was during spring break of 2023 the ticket sale was for scream break. I thought that meant it was a discount for spring break. Stood in line over 2 hours to find my ticket was not available until 9:00 p.m. I asked if I could upgrade my tickets and they told me no I could purchase a new ticket. I replied I just spent nearly $300 on these tickets can I get a refund. He said stand in that long line over there to get your refund. Again I stood in line they gave me no paperwork and said I would be receiving an email. The email never came when I contacted them after leaving a bad review online they told me it was non-refundable. I told them their ad was very deceiving because the name of the ticket was screem break during spring Break. I also asked them what was the point in making me stand in line for the refund if you had no intentions in giving it to me? My credit card tried to fight them on my behalf and they told my credit card company the tickets were still good which was not true they were only good for spring break they clarified that when I called them back. I've been trying to settle this since March with no avail. I would like a refund for my purchase that I never got due to the deceiving ad. I'm trying to raise four grandkids at retirement age I don't need to be robbed of my earnings! We were going through enough trying to deal with the death of their mom we didn't need someone to add to the misery! No one seems to have pride anymore if your business is good you shouldn't have to put deceptive ads.

      I bought a 23 season pass recently for my daughter she has used it once and now am being told it expires in a couple weeks. I was not told nor was it in writing on anything received or their site that it expired so soon. I reached out and was told oh well go back to the park and upgrade your pass. I do not have a way there Nor will she be able to return until after Sept 4th hopefully. Yet no consideration has been taken. I also asked if I have to upgrade or exchange in person then why is it even an option on the automated chat? No response from rep about that. You need to be more considerate when it comes to your business practices. You do have a duty to perform any and all business with good intent there was none on your part and you sold season passes that were only good for a few weeks. That is predatory. Not only that when I mentioned it all of a sudden the gold passes were taken off the site I find that quite interesting.

      I just bought 5 season passes which the passes are 89 each and i paid over $500 and they told me it expired the next week which i ask and was told it lasted the whole year. Called to talk to the manager he said oh well yoi lost your money. We went one time half of the rides were closed and no one enjoyed the experience. I even told the manager i paid for half of the rides to be closed he said oh well i dont know what to tell you. We bought a total of 7 passes for that weekend my niece and brother paying separate good job six flags take our hard earned $700 and say oh well about not even getting the money worth.

      Unfortunately I will not be renewing my season passes for the first time in 5 years. I keep hoping that the property will be better each year, but unfortunately the quality keeps going backwards year over year. The park is a ******** mess.... It's dirty, rides have gross mold in the big structure in the middle, the water smells like sewage, rides are down (not noted on the website like they say it is) , play amenities are all broken (splash pad, squirt guns. Etc..) not enough staff, rocks and debris everywhere (hello.. Bare feet!!), structures look like they need a safety inspection (especially the slides on the right side as you walk in), bathrooms are discussing (and there isn't enough of them.. The only nice bathrooms are in the way back but that area was closed down over half the times I went this year), food lines are 30/45 mins long (expensive and gross), no water refill stations (and if they are open, it's gonna take you 10 mins to get through that line..)... Need I go on?! It's a shame... Six Flags #sixflags you think the company would take pride in their Hurricane Harbor ******* location like they do the amusement park in Cali. I wish I could get my money back and save others from spending their money here.

      I had a monthly membership to Six Flags Fiesta in *********** and cancelled in May 2023. In August, I started receiving calls from their "pre-collections" office claiming I owe money from all the time since I cancelled. I spoke with an executive at SF Fiesta and he re-did my cancellation in May. I continued to receive calls from "pre-collections" and I spoke to someone there as well, who then told me the account is settled and I am good. Guess what happened today, the next business day since then? Another call. The "pre-collections" people claim they aren't even a part of Six Flags and cannot do anything other than call for "outstanding balances" and threaten to send you to collections. They will give you a number to call corporate, but that message says "your business is important to us, please hold for the next available agent." But I guess my business isn't that important because after holding for quite some time, it dumps you to voicemail anyway.I have the name of the original person who claimed my account is settled so if this company sends me to collections, we are going to have a legal problem. The monthly deal is, sadly, a good deal, but never again will I go to a Six Flags. This is now harassment and it needs to stop. I refuse to pay money I do not own under threat and at this point, I am sincerely wondering if part of the Six Flags business model is to pressure cancelled subscribers to get those few extra months of pay from every customer on this program, because I will close with an actual quote from an email I received from "guest relations":"Pre-Collection means that the memberships have been scheduled to go to collections which is where we put all of our canceled memberships."All cancelled memberships go to collections... let that sink in before signing yourself up.

      I have been a loyal customer with ******************** over 6 years, even through Covid and after. Due to the inability to visit the park, I needed to cancel my membership, and met all the protocols required to do so. I tried multiple time to complete the request, checked and changed browsers with no joy for over two weeks l, then emailed the company, received a response that they will cancel and still find my account still open and I just got charged another month. Tried calling, and when prompted to press one I kept getting the same voice message. Horribly frustrated with this company to the point, I dont want to come back with my teenage kids due to the lack of customer service. ***
