      Tesla ************* is a massive joke. Our ******** was hit by a lady driving a Tesla Model Y and she backed into me while I was driving out of a parking lot. She admitted fault at the scene and said she couldnt see me because the sun was in her eyes, apparently the cameras werent doing their job? Their insurance is so fraudulent. There is claim filed but our insurance calls multiple times per day and its been over a month with no response! Ive even sent two emails myself and was contacted one time by the name of someone, Candy. She couldnt help me, but gave me the claim number and adjusters name and phone number, to which this person never calls or responds to anyone. Its very frustrating. Our car is being taken care of by our own insurance, but I will never own or recommend a Tesla ever after this! Stay far away!!!

      Ive had a horrible experience dealing with Tesla. They installed panels and half of them do not work and instead of dealing with the issue, they are trying to move forward with the inspection saying the install is complete. They have Addressed there is an issue with the panels yet after 4 separate phone calls which are horrible to schedule btw as they have no number to call to talk to a human the response is always the same there working on it no details on what they are doing or why it takes 3 weeks to get a date for service. As far am Im aware once the city inspection is complete they ask for payment. So my system can only be working at 50% and somehow pass inspection from the city should not be the case!

      Tesla solar service is horrible. The newly replaced solar panels stopped producing power a month ago. After trying multiple times I finally was able to reach a live Tesla solar tech support person. She walked me through troubleshooting the solar inverter and noted the error that kept appearing on the inverter screen, and then arranged a service appointment for replacing the inverter that was a month out (the earliest available). Today (the day of the appointment) a Tesla service person showed up and noted the error message on the inverter (the same error message I had relayed a month earlier to the tech support person over the phone) and said that the error message means the inverter needs to be replaced and someone from Tesla will reach out to me to schedule that appointment. I told him that the troubleshooting I did with the Tesla tech support person a month ago showed the same error message and she scheduled todays appointment for replacing the inverter. He apologized and said the problem is that in Tesla service the right hand doesnt talk to the left hand! So, now I am waiting for Tesla to come back with another service appointment which I would be surprised if it would be for anything sooner than a month from now. We already have had no solar production for the past 2.5 months. Tesla just doesnt care!

      I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst solar company ever. All they care about is getting you signed up with them without explaining any pitfalls you may fall into.
      - They processed application late which didn't qualify me for NEM 2 even though I applied before the deadline
      - Losing my grandfathered NEM 2 pricing with old solar system
      - Didn't inform me I would need a powerwall. Offered it to me but didn't emphasize I would NEED it for my situation
      - Pay more now despite being told I would save after adding more solar panels
      - Told me I was in NEM 2 but my statement said I was actually NEM 3

      Tesla does not deliver the cars as scheduled and they cancel the appointment without your approval and you and avenue to rectify the problem and no one is available to answer your questions or inquiries. There is no live person to speak, you could text an automated system

      Have had sysytem for 5 months invertor not working not producing /generating power being told next available service according to BERTA not until September 25th 7AM-1 PM. So essentially not producing power during Summer.

      I left so many messages to the first adjuster that was assigned to my claims never called me back. Later they changed the adjuster tried to call the new one and left messages and I sent email to the new one and still havent heard from them. It has been terrible experience. My car has been in the body shop and the repair shop back-and-forth for four months and still has not been repaired completely and I am still yet to hear from the adjuster.

      Tesla Targets senior citizens with fixed income. They sucker people into putting solar panels on a rooftop. In our case holes we’re drilled into the roof to install
      The mounting brackets. And theyn drilled holes for safety harness. To fix the holes a piece of metal flashing was slid under the shingle. Afte 10 years the roof rotted an 82yo man’s roof.
      Tesla asks that a 3rd party roofer do a
      Report and They would handle the damages if the roofer says the fault is due to improper installation. The report says it’s obvious that Tesla caused this damage. Once the paperwork was ready we
      Waited, and waited, and one day a field rep looked at the paperwork claim. its at this point Tesla doesn’t want To take responsibility.
      Its all whitewash.
      Bottom line. Tesla is a very unprofessional company. Their solar panels hardly ever work. You’re constantly resetting, troubleshooting, and getting
      New modems. As for the damages, they have the sweetest customer care people that when they do answer the phone they just Keep passing you off.
      Why does Tesla Solar convince people
      To think that it’s a good thing to drill into roof?

      Will never buy another Tesla. Gave me a trade in offer which I used to open a reservation. Then they cut the offer 40% because of some slight paint scrapes and refused to refund the $250 dollar deposit.
