      I made a claim almost a moth ago took the car to the body shop because I dont feel safe second day after I took it to body shop insurance company disappeared I was in contact with body shop and Tesla insurance company have been telling them that the claim is under review and not not answering to their calls or my calls at all its a simple claim what could be under review for this long this is unacceptable they dont even have main office where team member could help me every week theyre saying the claim is under review but they havent asked me for any information or anything and at the same time theyre telling me that theyre not covering anything while the car is at the shop and that I have to pick up the car until they finish their review the claim # CL-17-92A2AX-1 please I want it resolved ASAP

      Since day 1 i took over the Tesla solar lease it has been nothing but a horrible experience. It resulted in a loss of trust in Tesla's ability to provide reliable and functional solar energy solutions. Paying for a non-functioning solar system is unacceptable and goes against the terms of our agreement. Contacting this support did nothing but say that they are sorry about your experience and hopefully, we will fix it in a month. But you still have to pay for non functioning solar system monthly.

      Know that you pay over a 50k for a car that has frequent windshield cracks, rattling noise and fast degrading battery! When you ask them to fix those issues while under warranty, you get denied for stupid reasons!

      At time of delivery we paid for our Model 3 and this included all fees for the **** Then when we went to register the vehicle, the *** stated they never received our payment and charged us again. This charge was over $2k. At first Tesla advisors seemed helpful and were responsive. However they've begun ignoring my inquiries and its been 6 months since "they were looking into it". It also isn't helping that it's impossible to reach someone by phone and email has been the only option for contacting anyone.

      *************************************************************************** Tesla was I ever said that the down payment on the car was a non refundable and that I was signing an agreement of a nonrefundable deposit, the employee stated that it was a down payment for the car and then I was gonna be able to pick it ** in the next 2 to 3 days. Ive been going to Tesla for every solution and Im being ignored plus Ive been calling the store and no one picks up. They have really bad customer service. Its not fair that I was not stated of this action and the employee should give me that option I Would like Tesla to refund my money back since I was not advised on this.

      Before you buy new, understand that your "delivery date" is the date the car will be delivered to the showroom, NOT your location. If you want it delivered to your door, you have to pay in full, sight unseen, then wait for the car to, hopefully, show up unscathed. Maybe used is better? No way. They don't take pictures of their used inventory and "acceptable condition" to Tesla means tears in fabric up to 1" and dents up to 2" in diameter as well as other things, with no limit on the quantity.Now, we just got a free month of FSD. FSD is pretty much garbage except on the highway and FORGET about trying to use it in a busy city. What was galling is that we get an email saying our free trial is ending and it lists the features we'll be missing out on. Thing is, on our 2023 model Y, smart summon and autopark AREN'T ENABLED because Tesla removed the ultrasonic sensors. But were they listed? You betcha.Vehicle is great, so far, but we are definitely going elsewhere for our next EV. Terrible company.

      tesla insurance ***** . i had to pay deductible when i have uninsured motorists and plus it wasnt even my fault . i paid on behalf of the the other tesla insurance policy going slow to get my car fixed when the opposing person hit me ! then ive been waiting on my refund for about 2 months now

      The Tesla customer service is truly some of the worst. I recently canceled an order for a Cybertruck which I was told I would get a refund for the $100 deposit. I even received an email confirming the same. It has been two months and I have seen nothing in my account which they told me it would be returned. By some miracle I was able to talk to a real person though costumer service about this but in the end, they transferred me to another department which ended the call. So essentially costumer service hung up on me. Now I am unable to reach anyone about this matter.

      Tesla solar in ****** took a non refundable $400 deposit to begin surveying our property. Due to possibly selling our house we cancelled with the understanding that if we did not move and restarted the solar, the deposit would apply. 14 months later we contacted Tesla to restart the process, at which time they said the original deposit was forfeit and they needed a $100 to start again. We paid, deciding we wanted them anyway. They sent us the same proposal wed had before despite my telling them we wanted it downsized. After making three separate online appointments for a project adviser call back, none of which were kept, we decided to cancel and use another company. Waited two weeks then using their chat system, ( its impossible to talk to a human), we were told both the $400 and the $100 were not refundable. This is after we were directly told the $100 would be refunded if we decided against proceeding.Tesla is an extremely poor company with regard to customer service, and Id strongly advise potential buyers to look elsewhere.
