  So, what was supposed to be the best car turned out as a big nightmare for all the Tesla consumers. Imagine my siituation - I bought it on December 15 - I was told to lose my advance if I dont buy it and was lied that the prices were only going to go up. Then I buy it, a week later they give a $7500 credits to all customers who bought after me. Then 2 weeks later, they slash the price by $12k. We should collectively file a lawsuit against this business. We cannot let them run business like this. So, clearly this car is not worth more than 40k and they are jacking up the price every week and now once they competitors they reduce the price? How are letting this company proceed like this?

  Tesla used to be a consumer friendly car company but now they treat you like an online transaction. There was no education when picking up the car. I ordered my Telsa back in August for an expected delivery of May to June 2023, when the tax cuts were announced. I had no intention of purchasing my Model Y earlier, however in December Tesla repeatly contacted me regarding that were matching tax cut before the end of the month. What is deceptive is that Tesla in January lowered their price but not offering an incentative but by changing their ****. Which is deceptive marketing, since certain states are giving rebates based on the **** and incentatives. Telsa is not willing to help their customers so they can qualify for government incentatives. They just provide a stock copy and paste response.

  Terrible terrible company. I ordered a new car online while returning my previous Tesla lease. When I arrived to the Tesla showroom to return the car and get the new one, they had absolutely no idea what to do. The woman worker at the showroom agreed that Tesla leasing is a joke and there is no communication at the showroom. After many many phone calls to Tesla leasing, she was like well I have no idea what to do to have you return your previous lease. She recommended that I just leave the previous car there with no idea what id be charged. She then said, I would have to sign for my new car to accept delivery to leave the dealership when I wasn't prepared to do so. Tesla is a scam and will do whatever it takes for you to accept delivery and then wash there hands with you. The customer service is terrible. I forcibly signed for the car and then 2 weeks later they dropped the pricing 20%! Within 2 weeks, I lost 20% of the value of my car. DO NOT BUY A TESLA! They are predatory and force you into bad leases.

  The worst car insurance on the planet. I have been paying for car insurance my whole adult life and never made a claim. Something finally happened to me while I was in a parking lot and decided to use car insurance for it. I went through the Tesla app and made the claim in November 2022, 3 months later and over 50 phone calls, over a dozen emails trying to see if I can get someone to give me directions and I have gotten no replies. I feel like the car insurance side of the company is even worse than the purchase and delivery side. They continue to take money from my account while I technically continue to get scammed by their so-called insurance company. I'm trying to cancel my car insurance so I can move on to another company with actual customer service but you can only run that process through the app and it is not clear. Beyond that you can't get an individual on the phone. Buying a Tesla was a mistake that I'll never make again.

  Do not buy tesla it is a scam I bought my car on December 31, 2022, to discover 12 days later that the price is reduced by ***** ******** Dollars is that how tesla rewards her supporter by s******* them. if they know this is coming that is miss leading because I asked the rep if the price could go down he said that will not happen and he said I have the best deal for the year to come. when I went to complain they all acted dome

  If I could I will give a 0 on the rating. Another one of those idiots for the $5000 off offer in ****** the last two days of 2022. They told us that we must pick up the vehicle by Dec 31 in person to be eligible to receive the discount, and they cannot bring the 7 seats vehicle from another city to my city in our province. The product advisor also emphasized this is a good discount because Model Y is a popular model in North America and its price keeps going up. So we travelled to another city to get the car. After purchasing this vehicle for 12 days, we saw a massive price adjustment on the same model, it is 20% less than what we paid for, and we could instantly save at least 14K. I feel like we got duped, and got taken advantage of as a consumer. Will NOT PURCHASE OR RECOMMEND TESLA to friends and family. I am done with it.

  How can they decrease the price of the Tesla and not honor it for people who recently bought the car? I have never seen MSRP of car going down. I was told to pick up my car December 15th. January (less than 30 days) the price of the car goes down by 10K. I think this is a scam.

  Good vehicle having driven it for ****km. Terrible customer service. Picked up my car Dec 14, 2022. On December 23 received an email from Tesla ****** and a text from Tesla ******** that if I pick up my car between Dec 21 and Dec 31, I would have receive $5000 off and *****km in Supercharger Kms. I attempted numerous times, via email to reach out Tesla, with no response. When I responded to the text, I was told by **** to contact sales. No luck. Finally on December 30, received a call. I asked to speak to the manager, they said no and there was nothing to be done. I asked to email the manager and they said that was a confidential email. They said I would need to come in to the Tesla dealership. I went in, two hours, later. Waited 20 mins. A salesperson said they would go to the back and talk to the manager. Waited 10 mins, while the same sales person helped someone else. Then they came back to me and said that **** was not available, not on site, and not sure when he was coming back. Pretty shady for a business model. They said to email ********_support. I did and it was rejected, bounced back. Finally got an email from **** who said he could not do anything, this is Tesla's model of business.In any other retail business, I would have returned the product. Or they would have honoured the price adjustment for 30 days. Can't do that with cars as I learned.Turns out Bram, is *********************, part of the Leggat Family automotive business. Based on this experience, I will not buy any car from a Leggat owned dealer.

  I was originally supposed to pick up my tesla around the middle of December but they hurried me to pick it up about a week earlier than the original date; they were constantly changing dates. Since I was rushed to pick up my Tesla, no one had informed me about the $7,500 Federal Tax Credit, and I had to find out myself. The price I got the car for was $69,500. Later I found out I could've gotten my Tesla for $53,000. I've been scammed.

  I'm one of those idiots that fell for the $7500 dollar rebate the last week of 2022. They knew full well they were massively cutting the costs in just a very short time and were able to squeeze more money out of their customers. Its my fault that I fell for it and I have to live with it, but it is a very shady business practice. Will not be buying anything from Tesla again.
