      After I get my car delivered, I find that I miss the cloth to clean the screen and there are no floor mats in the car. Floor mats are standard for all the other automobile manufacturers and Tesla previously provided them. I reached out to the ************** but they did not reply. Tesla also promises the car will be the same without *** radar by removing them. However, I have a hard time finding the distance to the front/rear obstacle when parking. So the *** removal is affecting my experience. All of these are caused by Tesla removing existing features/equipment/accessories. Meanwhile, they raised the price. It is a bad business practice. And it is a bad customer relationship to not provide a solution to these concerns.

      Recently, I tried to trade-in my current car and get a model 3 lease. Before I put the order with $250 non-refundable deposit, I double checked with the representative about my 2023 Mazda3's value. The gave me an estimate $26,000-$29,100 and i'm happy with it (my car is accident free and in perfect condition). Then, I moved forward to put an order for model 3 and submit all documentations for trade-in (or other personal info). SUPERISINGlY, they gave me an official esmitate for only $20,000 and tell me if I cancel the order would lose the deposite. Is this the way they are doing business?

      **************** and customer satisfaction are the lowest priority for Tesla. They really just don't care. Good product but unbelievably bad customer service. If you buy a car, solar panels, solar roof or anything from them and don't have an issue they're great. But the second you have an issue be prepared for MONTHS of frustration. Not worth the hassle IMO.

      On 11/28/2022 I had an accident for which I submitted a claim to Tesla *********. I was assigned an adjuster to which I was calling and sending emails and I never received a response. Subsequently, I received an email notifying me that a new adjuster had been assigned. I was also making calls and sending emails to this new adjuster and I never got an answer. I filed a complaint with the ********** of ********* in *****. After about a week, on 12/27/2022 a representative of the collection department called me (finally!) to inform me that my car had 3 late payments and that they had detected that the car had been in the same place for a month. My car was up to date on payments and insurance as well, and I have all the evidence. I notified the person who called me that I had an accident and that there was an open claim since 11/29/2022 and no one had contacted me. I communicated my displeasure regarding customer service since I did not receive any response regarding the claim of the accident, but they do call me to collect money that I already paid. At that time, I let him know that I had submitted a complaint to the ***** of ********* and curiously the adjuster contacted me few hours after the call was over with the collection representative. However, after having spoken to the adjuster assigned to my claim, she informs me that Tesla Ins. is not obliged to take charge of the damages caused in the accident. So, why do they force customers to pay for full cover insurance? The next day, the adjuster contacted me again to notify me that they will take responsibility for the accident (weird, right?). Today (03/01/2023), the collection representative contacted me again and suggested that I should notify them about the total loss of the car from the app, so they could communicate with the insurance company and agree on the payoff of the unit, which no one warned me at any time before. I am very disappointed with the customer service of this company.

      I got my used Tesla Model X on Sept 29th 2022. It is Dec 29th 2022. I still have not received my license plate. The temp expired and No one from tesla has helped. They said go to the **** I went to the *** and they said Tesla has not submitted the multiple documents needed. I called Tesla and still nothing. Been on hold or transferred for 4 HOURS NOW. TRASH customer service

      Tesla has really poor customer service right from ordering to delivery of the product including follow up after delivery of the vehicle. I would highly recommend against buying any Tesla car.

      We purchased a Tesla Model Y on 12.17.22. We contacted the dealer about a rebate question on *****, and the message was forwarded to ******, the head of operations. On ***** did not receive a call back from the head of ops so I called the number on the better business bureau website. Spoke with ********, and he got the head of ops to call me back; said she would talk to the store manager and get back to me on Monday ***** about my question;No call back from head of ops on ***** as promised. I called and spoke with ****, who was going to give her a message to call me back;On 12.27-no call back from head of ops so we sent a text to the dealer asking for head of ops to call back. Called Tesla and spoke with ******** again. He said he was going to ask the head of ops to call us back.Overall poor communication and customer service at this dealer. A new customer deserves some consideration after the sale goes through. This experience is being forwarded to corporate so they are aware of it.

      I encountered an issue with my model 3 which I identified and reported on 11/16/22. Mobile service came out on 11/21/22, warranty repair, replaced a few parts but could not fix the problem. Mobile tech told me to schedule service again. I scheduled service for the next available date which was on 11/28/22. ***** service center kept the car for two days. According to ********, the car needs a new computer. To fix the problem a new appointment was set for 12/28/22. Yesterday, 12/26/22, I received a notice via Tesla app. that my appointment has been rescheduled for 01/16/23. I got a hold of **** at ***** service center to see why. According to **** and ********, the service center is overwhelmed.Warranty issue that was first reported on 11/16/22 will hopefully be fixed two months later, hopefully.

      Made a service appt for my 2020 X (under warranty) for 11/17. At the time of drop-off, the advisor said to expect the car to be ready the next day. I received several message in the app stating the car would not be ready until 11/25. I arrived on 12/3 to pick it up... they never even touched it! I was lied to through the app FOR TWO WEEKS. Now told the soonest they can get me back in is 12/20!? I demanded to speak with the service manager and was assured he would call me on Monday 12/5. No call, no response to two more emails. This is my 2nd Tesla, and definitely my last!! Just horrible!!
