Less than 1 star. Tesla is collecting non refundable $250 upfront for bait and switch, lies and more lies. I was told my purchase of a new Tesla was a 0.9% APR with a credit score over 720 ran the numbers and it was affordable, paid my 250 down for the new car only to be told my payment exceeded ****** a month with a 16.9% interest rate. Well I declined the offer and was told the 250. is non refundable. Just be aware that Tesla is collecting $250 for their misinformation. Is there a class action lawsuit against them yet for this? I have tried many many times calling to modify my order and no one answers the calls.

Don't buy a Tesla because the service centers don't know how to troubleshoot or fix problems that don't have known errors. I am trying to find someone other than Tesla who can fix my car.

In March 2024, ordered a car and submitted my old car for trade in. I received a trade in estimate via email with the trade in amount and 5000 free supercharge miles as long as I traded in my car by 3/31/24. There were some issues with the new car-it didn't have the year listed on the web site (it was 2023 not 2024) and it didn't qualify for federal rebates. So I switched to another car. Unfortunately, I had to pay $250 for each-I should have been refunded the $250 for the first car since it was not advertised with all of the correct information (year and rebate disqualification). Not only did I have to pay an additional $250, I lost the referral bonus for my friend who referred me (she should have received ****** points and I was to get free self driving for a few months and additional connectivity). I still took delivery of the car and traded in my old car before 3/31 (on 3/24). For some reason, my 5000 supercharge miles was not honored, even though I took delivery by the required date. I checked with Tesla sales staff and they said since I didn't purchase my vehicle by 3/20 (I think? there was nothing about this in my email), I didn't qualify. My trade in email does not state anything about needing to purchase by a particular date, just that I needed to take delivery by 3/31, which I did. I would have sold my car elsewhere as I had a better offer, but wanted the free supercharge miles.I am very disappointed in the bait and switch. First with selecting a car that was the wrong year and didn't qualify for rebates, then for having to repay the order fee, then for losing the referral bonus, then for not getting my promised supercharge miles for my trade in. I should be refunded the $250 for one of the orders and given 5000 supercharge miles (as promised-I have the email that states this). I've tried calling customer service, but no one can help me.

Tesla identified eMMC issue and issued a recall 3 years ago. My car is non functional for two months now and Tesla does not have appointment for another month. How is this fair for a customer who spent $90,000 on car and which is not functional and Tesla cannot fix it for months. There is no customer service phone that will get answered. No response to text or messages to Tesla via Tesla app. Very very disappointing.

I own two Teslas, the * and the 3. On August 8, 2024, my daughter was driving the 3 from ** to **. When she went to charge the car in **, it gave her a charging error that something was wrong with the charging port. We called Tesla Roadside Assistance, who completely didn't listen or understanding the issues that my daughter (18 years old) was stuck in a strange city with no means of charging. They would not send anyone to help unless we paid the tow company $650.00 for a tow to the nearest Tesla dealership. They would not listen to the fact that the car was only a year old and it was a defect in the equipment - it had nothing to do with my daughter running out of battery or not charging in time. So that my daughter was not stranded, I had no choice but to pay for the tow. I complained to our local Tesla service station in Mt. Kisco, **, who promised to e-mail the appropriate party to get a reimbursement for my tow charges. The representative believed that the tow should have been covered 100%. Thus, although the car was fixed for free and covered under warranty, I'm out of pocket for $650.00 with no followup or resolution from Tesla. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this company and their horrible customer service.

My Powerwall failed three months ago. My warranty claim is stuck in limbo and Tesla customer support won't give me a name or connect me to the warranty department. The repeat that they sent an email to my installer a month ago, ignore that I have copied my installer on all the correspondence and they don't have it. And that's it. No replacement, no way to talk to anybody, and no progress. I wish I could provide zero stars

I cannot get anyone to help me!!! I was on hold for over 30 minutes and I am on hold now going on 25 minutes. I filled out the service app on my Tesla app. I was supposed to have our Tesla Y towed at 1:15pm today. Crickets! I CANNOT get a person to talk to find out what is going on. Very frustrating to say the least. I heard their service was terrible but I had no idea!!!

Don't order new vehicle from the TESLA WEBSITE. When I ordered from their official website, the official website stated as the estimated time for delivery was end of the month. I waited 3weeks later, Tesla advisor reassigned VIN 3times and called to offer/ switching on the spot available vehicle with higher payment, if I need the vehicle early. This tactic is also known as a fake listing in other countries, which they lure a customer with a fake listing and offers other vehicle to them with higher payment terms with a statement of non-availability. Why not providing this statement of non-availability from the beginning? Why 3weeks later? I ordered my Tesla in September and advisor told me today on the phone, it will be delivered by NOVEMBER. If a single individual advisor can look it up the status, then there is no way that highly sophisticated tech and electronic vehicle company like a TESLA cannot even manage their OFFICIAL WEBSITE. It has to be a some sort of scam. That is what I feel like. You cannot just get away with " we provided the disclosure as the estimate of delivery can be changed.". Then do not offer the specific terms and possible delivery dates. It just deceives us as a customer. What kind of lease term is that? So when you assign a VIN to a customer, how can the vehicle rerouted to other location? It's not belong to an assigned customer? Anyone can rearrange and re assigned the **** Then I need to re-negotiate lease terms. Since you took my non-refundable $250, I will see. I took the screenshot of initial terms from the official website. Also, the vehicle is ****** and 3yr lease contract will cost me ******? Then I have to return it? So official Tesla can sell it with another *****? That is a perfect business model. Profiting 55k with one vehicle in 3yrs.

Dear Tesla Customer Service,I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent visit to the Tesla ************** on *********************, ** . Upon arriving, I exited my vehicle and waited to be assisted while one employee was finishing up with a customer. However, the other employees appeared to be occupied with their computers and did not acknowledge my presence.Eventually, I was able to speak with a service advisor regarding my scheduled appointment for paint service, as the paint on my vehicle is flaking and peelinga defect I believe should be covered under warranty. During this conversation, the service center manager, ******, who had been listening in, interrupted and took over the discussion. To my surprise, he rudely declined to service my car, stating that he would not address the paint issue.Throughout the entire interaction, the manager displayed a complete lack of customer service skills. He did not greet or acknowledge me in a professional manner, and his communication was dismissive. I am genuinely perplexed as to how someone with such poor communication abilities could hold a management position. This experience has made me seriously question Teslas standards for customer satisfaction.I have been a loyal ********************** customer, having brought my vehicle in for service over a dozen times within just one year. I was the first Tesla owner in my household, and since then, my family has purchased two additional vehicles, with another family member currently in the process of placing an order. If this is the level of service Tesla is now offering, I will no longer recommend the brand and will actively discourage others from considering a Tesla, as the treatment I received today was completely unacceptable and not in line with the high standards I have come to expect from Tesla.I trust you will look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure such experiences do not occur in the future.
