      Dear Tesla **************** Team,I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent service I received at your ****** location. I brought my 2022 Tesla Model 3 in for collision repairs, including fixing the right passenger side mirror, front and top windshields, and requested that the left side driver mirror be addressed only if it was a cover issue. I specifically instructed the representative not to replace the entire left mirror assembly, as I did not want to incur that additional cost. Unfortunately, despite my clear request, I was later informed that the entire assembly was replaced, and I was expected to pay for it.Additionally, I was originally told that the repair process would take five days. However, it took over two and a half weeks to complete the work. I had already rented a car for five days when, much to my frustration, I was belatedly offered a loaner vehicle. This delay caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary expense on my ******* make matters worse, after picking up my vehicle, the cameras stopped working, which required me to bring the car back for additional repairs. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for my instructions has left me extremely dissatisfied with the service I received.Given the mishandling of my requests and the inconvenience caused, I am requesting a full refund for the unnecessary left mirror replacement and compensation for the delays and additional repairs.Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience to discuss how we can resolve this issue.

      Tesla Sales is a bait switch, lies and more lies. I was told my purchase of a new Tesla was a 1.9% APR, ran the numbers and it was affordable, paid my 250 down for the new car only to be told my payment exceeded ****** a month with a 10% interest rate. Well I declined the offer and was told the 250. is non refundable. Just be aware that Tesla is all lies. Less than 1 star if possible.

      Promised I'd be paying less for solar. I pay ******/kwh for solar and ******/kwh for regular electricity now. DON'T GO SOLAR!! Or at least if you do, don't go with this company. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

      My name is ***************************. I have bought a Tesla model model Y vin number is number 5yjygdee3mf296567. September 1, 2024 I have returned my lease and I have purchased a new Tesla model Y 2024 and the old car which one I return. I left My Home the system in the front trunk and I dropped off at the ******* location ********** at the Tesla dealer now Ive been calling them and they could not find my car and I retreat my product. Its more than thousand dollar product theyve been saying that they have sent out those cars to the auction Odessa and Ive been calling them now just to saying that I need to get my product which is the home theater system brand is Boss is $1000 worth home theater system. I left it by accidentally inside the front trunk and nobodys helping me. *** been calling the supervisor manager at the promised location in the Tesla. Nobodys helping me. I contact the Tesla the advisor who tried to help me. I called them and they did nothing we could do nothing . So please I wanted to write this complaint regarding about the Tesla dealer at Paramus that did not check the proper car and gave out my car to the other people and I need to get my speaker back.

      I am disgusted by ***************** and the hatred he is spewing on his website X. It is irresponsible for him to wonder why no one has attempted to assassinate ******/*****. These statements cause panic, violence, etc. No wonder Tesla is not a member of the BBB.

      Terrible customer service. Other companies will actually work with the cutomer unlike Tesla. Dont waste your time pick a company that cares for thier customers

      Readers note that you cannot leave a No-Star review. One star is the lowest.I recommend: Do not lease solar from Tesla.I leased solar from ********** in 2016. I saw good ratings for Solar City online. Now owned by Tesla. The door-to-door *** from Solar City said Tesla was going to take over **********. Tesla's success has come by mistreating customers and staff. In ********* the Solar City *** told me Tesla fired all the Solar City sales people.There's an added fee for paying by check. I pay a month ahead because late fees apply the week after I receive the bill and send payment. I need new roofing and insurance has paid. Panels must be removed and replaced. Tesla forces me to use the phone ap. No email, no phone, website chat disabled, no human being. I was sent a multipage agreement only an attorney can understand. My roofer understandably wants a Tesla contact so he can ensure the panels are off the roof when he schedules his work.I also recommend not leasing. I'm considering having a lawyer review the agreement to see if I can buy out. I've read online that I cannot. I could have borrowed from my credit union. I don't own the equipment so I did not get solar credits.

      If I could give this less than one star I would. Save yourself hours of aggravation an DO NOT BUY A TESLA. The roadside assistance and customer service are THE WORST I have ever experienced ever. I had a flat tire and called roadside assistance. Easy fix right? No. It took 27 HOURS and 9 calls and hours on hold before anyone ever showed up. Then when the loaner tire was finally put on the car it rendered the car completely undrivable. Driving it made a horrible burning smell, the brakes stopped working and the car repeatedly put itself into auto drive. More hours waiting for another tow truck who was told by Tesla to take it to the exact wrong service center after assuring me that they would make certain that it was going to the correct center. Then they send me a text charging me for the tire. The only thing they do correctly or efficiently is charge you money. Im on hour 41 of getting a flat tire fixed and still not fixed. But I had to pay! Or they wont even start work. Dont do it. I read some reviews and thought, how bad can it be? Trust me, its bad. Its not worth it. Get a different car.

      When it works is great. After it goes down don't expect any support fixing them. Tesla bought my Solar city contract and hasn't honored it. The only way they will do anything is with an App that needs a smart phone and ability to share your information. I don't have that and have been told unless I buy one, they will not service them. Solar city contract was web based not cell phone tracking based. My inverter was down over a year before someone came out. They fixed the inverter then told me had 2 panels bad and they would return. That was 2 months ago. No phone number to contact for repair. Was told by the mechanic had several areas with exposed wiring as well. Rent/buy at your own risk.
